Because metering device all adopts fixed installation, when the maintainer overhauls, need overhaul or change in the cubical switchboard, brought great inconvenience for the maintainer, the on-the-spot running condition of electricity distribution room is complicated simultaneously, if the condition of overhauling is violating regulations in electrified appears in misoperation, will bring great potential safety hazard, serious harm the personal safety of maintainer to require the maintainer to operate according to operation rule strictly.
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, a researcher needs to develop a low-voltage metering device and a low-voltage metering cabinet which are reasonable in design, high in universality, convenient to overhaul, safe and reliable.

the draw-out type low-pressure metering device comprises a draw-out frame, wherein the draw-out frame comprises a base and a mounting plate, the base is provided with rollers, and the mounting plate is vertically arranged on the base; the front surface of the mounting plate is provided with a metering junction box, a metering watt-hour meter and a secondary element; the upper end and the lower end of the reverse side of the mounting plate are respectively provided with insulators through a mounting bracket, the insulators at the upper end and the lower end are connected through a first connecting row, a second connecting row and a third connecting row, the connecting rows are connected into a whole through bolts, one end of the first connecting row is connected with the insulator at the upper end, the other end of the first connecting row is connected with the second connecting row, and a moving contact is arranged on the first connecting row; one end of the third connecting row is connected with an insulator at the lower end, the other end of the third connecting row is connected with the second connecting row, and a moving contact is arranged on the third connecting row; the measuring transformer is fixed on the second connecting row through bolts.
As a preferable scheme, two sides of the drawing frame are provided with side plates.
The low-voltage metering cabinet comprises a cabinet body, wherein a draw-out type low-voltage metering device, a guide rail, a metering chamber door plate, a partition plate, a busbar and a fixed contact are arranged in the cabinet body, and an observation window and a lead sealing lock are arranged on the metering chamber door plate; the partition plate, the metering chamber door plate and the cabinet body form an independent metering compartment, and lead sealing is carried out through a lead sealing lock on the metering door plate.
As a preferable scheme, the busbar is arranged on the cabinet body, and one end of the busbar is connected with the fixed contact.
Preferably, the rollers and the guide rail cooperate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the extraction type structure, and the metering device is extracted during overhauling and maintenance, so that the metering device is separated from the electrified body, overhauling and maintenance work is completed in a safe area, and the convenience and safety of overhauling and maintenance are effectively improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a draw-out type low-pressure metering device comprises a draw-out frame 10, wherein the draw-out frame 10 comprises a base 101 and a mounting plate 102, and rollers 104 are arranged at the bottom of the base 101 to facilitate movement of the draw-out frame 10. The mounting plate 102 is vertically disposed on the base 101, and other application devices are mounted on the mounting plate 102.
The mounting board 102 is generally designed in a flat plate shape, so that different devices can be mounted on the front and back sides of the mounting board 102, and it should be noted that the front and back sides are merely opposite concepts. In this embodiment, the front face of the mounting plate 102 is provided with a metering junction box 12, a metering electricity meter 13 and a secondary element 11; the upper and lower both ends of reverse side of mounting panel 102 are provided with insulator 15 respectively through installing support 103, and insulator 15 at upper and lower both ends is connected through first connection row 160, second connection row 161 and third connection row 162, connects and connects the row to become a whole through bolted connection between the row, and measurement mutual-inductor 19 passes through the bolt fastening on second connection row 161, and the installation and the dismantlement of measurement mutual-inductor 19 of being convenient for. The low-voltage metering cabinet comprises a cabinet body 20, wherein a busbar 22, a guide rail 21 and a fixed contact 23 are arranged in the cabinet body 20, one end of the busbar 22 is connected with the fixed contact 23, and the other end of the busbar is fixed on the cabinet body 20.
The cabinet 20 is provided with a metering chamber door plate 25 at the front and back, a partition plate 24 is arranged in the cabinet, and an observation window 26 and a lead sealing lock 27 are arranged on the metering chamber door plate 25. The partition 24, the metering chamber door 25 and the cabinet 20 form an independent metering compartment, and are sealed by lead by a lead seal lock 27 on the metering door 25 to prevent electricity theft.
During operation, the draw-out type low-voltage metering device is pushed into the cabinet body 20 through the cooperation of the idler wheels 101 and the guide rail 21, the movable contact 18 is connected with the fixed contact 23, electric connection is achieved, the front metering chamber door plate 25 and the rear metering chamber door plate 25 are closed and sealed in a lead mode, at the moment, metering of the transformer and the kilowatt-hour meter is started, and internal operation conditions can be observed through the observation window 26.
During maintenance, the lead lock 27 and the front metering chamber door plate 25 are opened, the extraction type low-voltage metering device is extracted from the cabinet body 20, separated from the electrified body and moved to a safety area for relevant maintenance work, and after the maintenance is completed, the lead lock can be put back into the cabinet body 20 again and pushed in for metering work.

The draw-out type low-pressure metering device is characterized by comprising a draw-out frame, wherein the draw-out frame comprises a base and a mounting plate, the base is provided with rollers, and the mounting plate is vertically arranged on the base; the front surface of the mounting plate is provided with a metering junction box, a metering watt-hour meter and a secondary element; the upper end and the lower end of the reverse side of the mounting plate are respectively provided with insulators through a mounting bracket, the insulators at the upper end and the lower end are connected through a first connecting row, a second connecting row and a third connecting row, the connecting rows are connected into a whole through bolts, one end of the first connecting row is connected with the insulator at the upper end, the other end of the first connecting row is connected with the second connecting row, and a moving contact is arranged on the first connecting row; one end of the third connecting row is connected with an insulator at the lower end, the other end of the third connecting row is connected with the second connecting row, and a moving contact is arranged on the third connecting row; the measuring transformer is fixed on the second connecting row through bolts.
