Description
技术领域
本发明涉及市政下水道监控技术领域,具体涉及一种市政下水道网路监控系统。
背景技术
下水道是一种城市公共设施,下水道系统是用于收集和排放城市生活废水、工业废水的重要设置。在城市化进程中,地下空间更多地留给了电力、电信以及地铁等直接关系到GDP的公共设施,并不是所有城市,都有能力建造巨型下水道网路。因此在下水道出现排水不畅、拥堵甚至溢满等情况时,检修就成了一个困难的问题,首先由于下水道网路复杂绵长,难以确定准确的故障点,容易造成路面错误开挖的浪费。如果能够实时监控各段下水道内的排水情况,就能起到防范于未然的作用,在故障恶化前夕,提前发觉异常,便能避免恶化到开挖路面。但是由于下水道内情况复杂,安排巡检人员并不现实,单纯定点设置的检测点也难以实现全面细致的巡检,而且下水道网路众多,如何收集整个城市范围内下水道里的检测信号,也是难点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术的不足,提供了一种基于物联网联系各段下水道的市政下水道网路监控系统。
本发明的技术方案:一种市政下水道网路监控系统,包括云端管理平台、区域基站、设置于下水道内的巡检机器人及路径轨道,所述路径轨道沿下水道内壁铺设,所述巡检机器人包括检测传感器模块、电池模块、行走模块及LORA发射模块,该行走模块与路径轨道配合驱动巡检机器人沿路径轨道巡检,所述检测传感器模块沿路径轨道收集下水道内测量信息,并由LORA发射模块发送至区域基站,该区域基站将测量信息上传至云端管理平台,所述电池模块对巡检机器人供电。
采用上述技术方案,本发明选定LORA(LONG RANG),作为下位机(巡检机器人)与区域基站之间进行信号传输方案。
基于 ALOHA 的 LoRa 架构中不需要设备定时进行网络同步,只在节点有数据要发送的时候采取向网络同步数据。在 LoRa 的异步频段中,终端应用程序精确决定设备的“休眠”时间,因此设备的电池电量可以轻松保存,延长了设备电池的使用寿命。而且LORA高达157dB的链路预算使其通信距离可达数公里(与环境有关)。其接收电流仅10mA,睡眠电流200nA,这大大延迟了电池的使用寿命
LoRa使用线性调频扩频调制技术,保持了低功耗的同时,明显增加了通信距离和网络效率,并消除了干扰,达到即使使用相同频率同时发送也不会产生相互干扰。
通过将城市划分区域后,设置在地面的区域基站,将本区域内各段下水道信号统一收集并通过3G、4G运营商网络或以太网发送至云端管理平台,实现操作人员远程监控,提前发现下水道网路各段的异常,从而通过调节流量、调节管路、安排检修等方法,避免故障点进一步恶化。
设置在各段下水道内的巡检机器人,具备检测传感器模块、电池模块、行走模块及LORA发射模块,实现下水道工况实时检测,自主供电,沿路径轨道往复巡逻、实时通信等功能。
本发明的进一步设置:所述路径轨道呈半圆管状,与下水道内竖直上方底面固定连接,该半圆管内沿轨道铺设方向设置的第一螺旋凸纹及排水通槽,所述巡检机器人的行走模块包括机架、电机、前轮及后轮,所述前轮及后轮均呈与半圆管内径适配的圆柱体,该圆柱体外表面设有与第一螺旋凸纹螺距、旋向适配的第二螺旋凸纹,并同轴设置于半圆管内,所述电机、检测传感器模块、电池模块及LORA发射模块均设置于机架上,该机架设置于前轮与后轮之间并之旋转配合,所述电机与前轮、后轮联动配合,驱动前轮、后轮轴向周转,带动第二螺旋凸纹与第一螺旋凸纹螺纹配合,将旋转运动转换为线性。
采用上述技术方案,由于下水道内水情复杂,特别是大流量时,水中附带的污泥、水花会飞溅至路径轨道上,常规结构的路径轨道会被出现堵塞、积水等情况。因此通过本发明的设计,通过在路径轨道内设置排水通槽,避免积水,同时该排水通槽还可以做为检测传感器伸出路径轨道的出口,避免轨道遮挡传感器信号,影响检测精度。
同时利用在半圆管内设置第一螺纹凸纹,前轮、后轮上设置第二螺纹凸纹,利用螺纹凸纹之间的螺纹配件做进给,避免出现常规移动结构因为污泥打滑、堵塞的情况,保证行走质量,同时前轮后轮旋转时,第二螺旋凸纹会将半圆管内的污泥、杂物旋转带出,自行清理路径轨道,保证行走质量。
本发明的进一步设置:所述前轮、后轮远离机架的端面上均设有锥形钻头,所述第二螺旋凸纹延伸至锥形钻头外周面。
采用上述技术方案,在前轮后轮相对原路机架的端面上均设有锥形钻头,即是巡检机器人前进后退的方向上设置钻头,帮助破开路径轨道上的阻碍物。
本发明的进一步设置:所述下水道内还设有安全屋,该安全屋设有防水腔及联通防水腔的出入口,该出入口与路径轨道一端衔接,所述防水腔内设有与路径轨道形状尺寸适配的半圆管停靠座,该半圆管停靠座内设有第一螺旋凸纹,所述防水腔内相对出入口处设有封闭门,该封闭门包括启封出入口的门体及气缸,该门体一侧端面与防水腔内壁贴合滑动,该端面边缘设有密封圈,所述气缸与门体联动配合并驱动门体启封出入口。
采用上述技术方案,当下水道内流量极大时,会出现管内都是流水的情况,此时巡检机器人容易被流水冲走,因此在下水道内设置固定并防水的安全屋,在巡检机器人检测到流量超过危险值,或操作人员提前放出避险指令,巡检机器人驶入安全屋,封闭门关闭安全屋出入口,形成密封不透水的防水腔供新机器人停靠。
本发明的进一步设置:所述安全屋内设有无线充电座,该无线充电座与电源联通并包括变频器及送电线圈,所述巡检机器人的电池模块还包括与电池联通的受电线圈及整流器。
采用上述技术方案,在停靠期间,利用无线充电座对巡检机器人进行充电。
本发明的进一步设置:所述检测传感器模块包括超声波水流传感器。
采用上述技术方案,水流传感器是指通过对水流量的感应而输出脉冲信号或电流、电压等信号的水流量感应仪器,这种信号的输出和水流量成一定的线性比例,有相应的换算公式和比较曲线,因此可做水控方面的管理和流量计算,在热力方面配合换能器可测量一段时间介质能量的流失,如热能表。水流传感器主要和控制芯片、单片机,甚至PLC配合使用。水流传感器具有流量控制准确,可以循环设定动作流量,水流显示和流量累积计算的作用。
本发明的进一步设置:所述检测传感器模块包括声呐传感器。
采用上述技术方案,声纳传感器是直接探测和识别水中的物体和水底的轮廓,声纳传感器发出一个声波信号,当遇到物体后会反射回来,依据反射时间及波型去计算它的距离及位置超声波传感器是利用超声波的特性研制而成的传感器。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,一种市政下水道3网路监控系统,包括云端管理平台、区域基站、设置于下水道3内的巡检机器人1及路径轨道2,所述路径轨道2沿下水道3内壁铺设,所述巡检机器人1包括检测传感器模块31、电池模块、行走模块及LORA发射模块,该行走模块与路径轨道2配合驱动巡检机器人1沿路径轨道2巡检,所述检测传感器模块31沿路径轨道2收集下水道3内测量信息,并由LORA发射模块发送至区域基站,该区域基站将测量信息上传至云端管理平台,所述电池模块对巡检机器人供电。
本发明选定LORA(LONG RANG),作为下位机(巡检机器人1)与区域基站之间进行信号传输方案。
基于 ALOHA 的 LoRa 架构中不需要设备定时进行网络同步,只在节点有数据要发送的时候采取向网络同步数据。在 LoRa 的异步频段中,终端应用程序精确决定设备的“休眠”时间,因此设备的电池电量可以轻松保存,延长了设备电池的使用寿命。而且LORA高达157dB的链路预算使其通信距离可达数公里(与环境有关)。其接收电流仅10mA,睡眠电流200nA,这大大延迟了电池的使用寿命

设置在各段下水道3内的巡检机器人1,具备检测传感器模块31、电池模块、行走模块及LORA发射模块,实现下水道3工况实时检测,自主供电,沿路径轨道2往复巡逻、实时通信等功能。
所述路径轨道2呈半圆管状,与下水道3内竖直上方底面固定连接,该半圆管内沿轨道铺设方向设置的第一螺旋凸纹21及排水通槽22,所述巡检机器人1的行走模块包括机架11、电机、前轮12及后轮13,所述前轮12及后轮13均呈与半圆管内径适配的圆柱体,该圆柱体外表面设有与第一螺旋凸纹21螺距、旋向适配的第二螺旋凸纹14,并同轴设置于半圆管内,所述电机、检测传感器模块31、电池模块及LORA发射模块均设置于机架11上,该机架11设置于前轮12与后轮13之间并之旋转配合,所述电机与前轮12、后轮13联动配合,驱动前轮12、后轮13轴向周转,带动第二螺旋凸纹14与第一螺旋凸纹21螺纹配合,将旋转运动转换为线性。
由于下水道3内水情复杂,特别是大流量时,水中附带的污泥、水花会飞溅至路径轨道2上,常规结构的路径轨道2会被出现堵塞、积水等情况。因此通过本发明的设计,通过在路径轨道2内设置排水通槽22,避免积水,同时该排水通槽22还可以做为检测传感器伸出路径轨道2的出口,避免轨道遮挡传感器信号,影响检测精度。
同时利用在半圆管内设置第一螺纹凸纹,前轮12、后轮13上设置第二螺纹凸纹,利用螺纹凸纹之间的螺纹配件做进给,避免出现常规移动结构因为污泥打滑、堵塞的情况,保证行走质量,同时前轮12后轮13旋转时,第二螺旋凸纹14会将半圆管内的污泥、杂物旋转带出,自行清理路径轨道2,保证行走质量。
所述前轮12、后轮13远离机架11的端面上均设有锥形钻头15,所述第二螺旋凸纹14延伸至锥形钻头15外周面。
在前轮12后轮13相对原路机架11的端面上均设有锥形钻头15,即是巡检机器人1前进后退的方向上设置钻头,帮助破开路径轨道2上的阻碍物。
所述下水道3内还设有安全屋4,该安全屋4设有防水腔42及联通防水腔42的出入口41,该出入口41与路径轨道2一端衔接,所述防水腔42内设有与路径轨道2形状尺寸适配的半圆管停靠座43,该半圆管停靠座43内设有第一螺旋凸纹21,所述防水腔42内相对出入口41处设有封闭门,该封闭门包括启封出入口41的门体43及气缸44,该门体43一侧端面与防水腔42内壁贴合滑动,该端面边缘设有密封圈,所述气缸44与门体43联动配合并驱动门体43启封出入口41。
当下水道3内流量极大时,会出现管内都是流水的情况,此时巡检机器人1容易被流水冲走,因此在下水道3内设置固定并防水的安全屋4,在巡检机器人1检测到流量超过危险值,或操作人员提前放出避险指令,巡检机器人1驶入安全屋4,封闭门关闭安全屋4出入口41,形成密封不透水的防水腔42供新机器人停靠。
所述安全屋4内设有无线充电座45,该无线充电座45与电源联通并包括变频器及送电线圈,所述巡检机器人1的电池模块还包括与电池联通的受电线圈及整流器。
在停靠期间,利用无线充电座45对巡检机器人1进行充电。
所述检测传感器模块31包括超声波水流传感器。
水流传感器是指通过对水流量的感应而输出脉冲信号或电流、电压等信号的水流量感应仪器,这种信号的输出和水流量成一定的线性比例,有相应的换算公式和比较曲线,因此可做水控方面的管理和流量计算,在热力方面配合换能器可测量一段时间介质能量的流失,如热能表。水流传感器主要和控制芯片、单片机,甚至PLC配合使用。水流传感器具有流量控制准确,可以循环设定动作流量,水流显示和流量累积计算的作用。
