In the running process of the equipment, the main gear group rotates to drive the chain to move, the fixed plate moves along with the chain, the moving direction of the fixed plate passes through the front bridge plate firstly and then passes through the rear bridge plate, when the fixed plate is positioned at the front end of the equipment in the lower direction, the movable plate is hung on the fixed plate, when passing through the front bridge plate and the middle bridge plate, the long screw rod at the front end is firstly contacted with the front bridge plate, and because the stressed movable plate keeps in a separated state with the fixed plate, when the fixed plate continues to run, the long screw rod at the rear end starts to be contacted with the middle bridge plate, so that the movable plate and the fixed plate are always in a stable interval state in the running process, the movable plate is convenient to place on the fixed plate, after the rice cake cushion plate is dried, the fixed plate continues to move forwards, and because the length of the front bridge plate is larger than the length of the middle bridge plate, the gap is designed as a vertical interval between the front bridge plate and the middle bridge plate, so that the long screw rod at the front end can be synchronous, and the middle bridge plate can be ensured, and the movable plate always parallel to the fixed plate when the movable plate falls down, and the movable plate is prevented from being inclined to cause the damage to the equipment when the movable plate is not pressed. The equipment mainly solves the problem that the movable plate can stably fall onto the fixed plate at the front end of the operation of the equipment, so that the situation that the movable plate is clamped due to inclination is avoided, and the equipment is damaged.
The rear axle plate is arranged to take the pressed rice cake off the fixed plate, thus realizing repeated work.
The rice cake is processed by putting a rice cake backing plate between a movable plate and a fixed plate, clamping the rice cake backing plate by the movable plate and the fixed plate, quantitatively putting rice in a rice cake hole on the movable plate, extruding by a pressing plate on a cake pressing mechanism, forming the rice in the rice cake hole, lifting the movable plate when passing through a rear axle plate, and taking out the rice cake backing plate.
