The upper part of the periphery of the water storage tank 12 is provided with a mooring lug 1205, the structural framework 2 is provided with a hanging ring 1203, and the mooring lug 1205 is connected with the hanging ring 1203 through a mooring rope 1204; the top of the water storage tank 12 is provided with an intelligent valve 1202 and an exhaust pipe, the intelligent valve 1202 can detect whether the water is sea water or fresh water, the fresh water flows into the water storage tank 12, the sea water is discharged, and a water pumping interface is reserved.
