the water yield adjusting device (5) comprises a water outlet control channel (51) communicated with a water outlet pipe (2) and an inner annular cavity (30), a water outlet control cavity (52) is arranged on the water outlet control channel (51), a water outlet control cavity cover (53) is arranged on the water outlet control cavity (52), a water outlet control port (54) of the water outlet control channel (51) is communicated with the water outlet control cavity (52), a water outlet control sealing gasket (55) is arranged between the water outlet control port (54) and the water outlet control cavity cover (53), a water outlet water supplementing hole (56) is arranged between the water outlet control cavity (52) and the inner annular cavity (30), a water outlet elastic jack post (57) is arranged between the water outlet control sealing gasket (55) and the water outlet control cavity cover (53), a water outlet pressure cavity (58) is formed between the water outlet control sealing gasket (55) and the water outlet control cavity cover (53), and a water outlet pressure adjusting channel (59) is also arranged between the water outlet pressure cavity (58) and the outer annular cavity (40).
