The self-service device settlement statement is generated by a transportation card transaction device self-serviced by the public transportation system and can comprise at least one of self-service device identification, settlement time period, transaction amount and transaction number. The second server inquires transaction amounts corresponding to the traffic card identification in the manual equipment settlement report and the self-service equipment settlement report respectively according to the intelligent card identification, calculates long and short money amounts according to the transaction amounts inquired from the manual equipment settlement report and the self-service equipment settlement report, and verifies that the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system when the long and short money amounts are equal to the current transaction amount in the candidate missed transaction information. For example, when the candidate missing transaction information is the recharge transaction information, the transaction amount queried by the second server from the manual device settlement report is 100, the transaction amount queried from the self-service device settlement report is 0, the second server calculates to obtain the long money amount 100, and the current transaction amount in the candidate missing transaction information is 100, so the candidate missing transaction information is the missing transaction information of the second traffic information system.
In one embodiment, when the second server fails to verify the candidate missed transaction information as the missed transaction information according to the equipment settlement report, a manual verification request is generated according to the candidate missed transaction information, the generated manual verification request is sent to the terminal, and the staff of the public transportation system of the terminal performs manual verification on the candidate missed transaction information according to the manual verification request.
In the embodiment, when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is the transaction unfinished state, the device settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system is obtained, whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information or not is verified again according to the device settlement report calculation, and a transaction reconciliation result is generated, so that the accuracy of processing the public traffic transaction information is improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a public transportation transaction information processing apparatus 700 including: an information acquisition module 702, a candidate determination module 704, an information extraction module 706, and a candidate verification module 708, wherein:
the information obtaining module 702 is configured to obtain traffic card transaction information and traffic card settlement information corresponding to the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system, respectively.
And the candidate determining module 704 is used for comparing the traffic card transaction information with the traffic card settlement information and determining candidate missing transaction information of the second traffic information system.
And the information extraction module 706 is used for extracting the card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missing transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to the information arrangement sequence.

In the embodiment, the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system respectively correspond to the traffic card transaction information and the traffic card settlement information, and candidate missed transaction information of the second traffic information system is determined by comparing the traffic card transaction information with the traffic card settlement information, so that the efficiency of searching the candidate missed transaction information is improved; and then extracting card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to the information arrangement sequence, and accurately verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information, and obtaining a transaction reconciliation result, so that the processing efficiency of the public traffic transaction information is improved.

In the embodiment, whether the traffic card log information is matched with the information in the candidate missed transaction information is determined, when the traffic card log information is matched with the candidate missed transaction information, the transaction state of the traffic card log information is determined according to the transaction state identification in the traffic card log information, whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information is determined according to the transaction state, and a transaction reconciliation result is obtained, so that the accuracy of processing the public traffic transaction information is improved.
In one embodiment, the result obtaining module is further configured to obtain an equipment settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is a transaction incomplete state; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the equipment settlement report, and generating a transaction reconciliation result.
In the embodiment, when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is the transaction unfinished state, the device settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system is obtained, whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information or not is verified again according to the device settlement report calculation, and a transaction reconciliation result is generated, so that the accuracy of processing the public traffic transaction information is improved.

The respective modules in the public transportation transaction information processing apparatus described above may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a second server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data for the processing of public transportation transaction information. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a public transportation transaction information processing method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring a first traffic information system and a second traffic information system, and traffic card transaction information and traffic card settlement information which respectively correspond to the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system; comparing the traffic card transaction information with the traffic card settlement information to determine candidate missing transaction information of the second traffic information system; extracting card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to the information arrangement sequence; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system or not according to the extracted card settlement information to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the extracted card settlement information, and obtaining the transaction reconciliation result comprises: extracting a transaction serial number and a transaction amount from the extracted card settlement information and the candidate missing transaction information; verifying whether the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount meet preset missed verification conditions; when the extracted transaction sequence number and the transaction amount meet a preset missing verification condition, acquiring equipment transaction data corresponding to the candidate missing transaction information; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the equipment transaction data to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, after verifying whether the extracted transaction number and the transaction amount satisfy the preset missed verification condition, the processor executes the computer program to further implement the following steps: when the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount do not meet the preset missing verification condition, extracting transaction equipment identification and traffic card identification in the candidate missing transaction information; acquiring an equipment log from the traffic card transaction equipment corresponding to the transaction equipment identifier; inquiring traffic card log information corresponding to the traffic card identification in the equipment log; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information, and obtaining the transaction reconciliation result comprises: determining whether the information in the traffic card log information and the candidate missing transaction information are matched; when the traffic card log information is matched with the information in the candidate missing transaction information, determining the transaction state of the traffic card log information according to the transaction state identification in the traffic card log information; and determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction state to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction state includes: when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is a transaction unfinished state, acquiring an equipment settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the equipment settlement report, and generating a transaction reconciliation result.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring a first traffic information system and a second traffic information system, and traffic card transaction information and traffic card settlement information which respectively correspond to the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system; comparing the traffic card transaction information with the traffic card settlement information to determine candidate missing transaction information of the second traffic information system; extracting card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to the information arrangement sequence; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system or not according to the extracted card settlement information to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the extracted card settlement information, and obtaining the transaction reconciliation result comprises: extracting a transaction serial number and a transaction amount from the extracted card settlement information and the candidate missing transaction information; verifying whether the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount meet preset missed verification conditions; when the extracted transaction sequence number and the transaction amount meet a preset missing verification condition, acquiring equipment transaction data corresponding to the candidate missing transaction information; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the equipment transaction data to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, after verifying whether the extracted transaction number and the transaction amount satisfy the preset missed verification condition, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount do not meet the preset missing verification condition, extracting transaction equipment identification and traffic card identification in the candidate missing transaction information; acquiring an equipment log from the traffic card transaction equipment corresponding to the transaction equipment identifier; inquiring traffic card log information corresponding to the traffic card identification in the equipment log; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information, and obtaining the transaction reconciliation result comprises: determining whether the information in the traffic card log information and the candidate missing transaction information are matched; when the traffic card log information is matched with the information in the candidate missing transaction information, determining the transaction state of the traffic card log information according to the transaction state identification in the traffic card log information; and determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction state to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
In one embodiment, determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction state includes: when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is a transaction unfinished state, acquiring an equipment settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system; and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the equipment settlement report, and generating a transaction reconciliation result.

Claims (10)

1. A method of public transportation transaction information processing, the method comprising:
acquiring a first traffic information system and a second traffic information system, and traffic card transaction information and traffic card settlement information which respectively correspond to the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system; the traffic card transaction information is obtained by summarizing equipment transaction data generated by traffic card transaction equipment by a first traffic information system of a traffic card service provider; the traffic card settlement information is obtained by summarizing the equipment transaction data by a second traffic information system of a public traffic operator and comprises information of transaction time and transaction serial number;
searching the information which is lacked by the traffic card settlement information and the traffic card transaction information to obtain candidate missing transaction information of the second traffic information system;
extracting card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to an information arrangement sequence; the information arrangement sequence is the sequence of arranging the traffic card settlement information according to the transaction time and the transaction sequence number; the card settlement information comprises previous card settlement information and next card settlement information;
and verifying whether the transaction sequence number in the card settlement information and the transaction sequence number in the candidate missed transaction information are continuous or not, and whether the sum of the transaction balance corresponding to the previous card settlement information and the current transaction amount corresponding to the candidate missed transaction information is equal to the pre-transaction amount corresponding to the next card settlement information or not, so as to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
extracting a transaction serial number and a transaction amount from the extracted card settlement information and the candidate missing transaction information;
verifying whether the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount meet preset missed verification conditions;
when the extracted transaction sequence number and the transaction amount meet a preset missing verification condition, acquiring equipment transaction data corresponding to the candidate missing transaction information;
and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the equipment transaction data to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after verifying whether the extracted transaction number and the transaction amount satisfy a preset missed verification condition, the method further comprises:
when the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount do not meet preset missed verification conditions, extracting transaction equipment identifications and traffic card identifications in the candidate missed transaction information;
acquiring an equipment log from the traffic card transaction equipment corresponding to the transaction equipment identifier;
inquiring traffic card log information corresponding to the traffic card identification in the equipment log;
and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the traffic card log information and obtaining a transaction reconciliation result comprises:
determining whether information in the traffic card log information and the candidate missed transaction information match;
when the traffic card log information is matched with the information in the candidate missed transaction information, determining the transaction state of the traffic card log information according to the transaction state identification in the traffic card log information;
and determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction state to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the transaction status to obtain a transaction reconciliation result comprises:
when the transaction state of the traffic card log information is a transaction unfinished state, acquiring an equipment settlement report corresponding to the second traffic information system;
and verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information according to the equipment settlement report, and generating a transaction reconciliation result.
6. A public transportation transaction information processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system, and traffic card transaction information and traffic card settlement information which respectively correspond to the first traffic information system and the second traffic information system; the traffic card transaction information is obtained by summarizing equipment transaction data generated by traffic card transaction equipment by a first traffic information system of a traffic card service provider; the traffic card settlement information is obtained by summarizing the equipment transaction data by a second traffic information system of a public traffic operator and comprises information of transaction time and transaction serial number;
the candidate determining module is used for searching the information which is lacked by the traffic card settlement information and the traffic card transaction information to obtain candidate missing transaction information of the second traffic information system;
the information extraction module is used for extracting card settlement information adjacent to the candidate missed transaction information from the traffic card settlement information according to an information arrangement sequence; the information arrangement sequence is the sequence of arranging the traffic card settlement information according to the transaction time and the transaction sequence number; the card settlement information comprises previous card settlement information and next card settlement information;
and the candidate verification module is used for verifying whether the transaction number in the card settlement information and the transaction number in the candidate missed transaction information are continuous or not, and whether the sum of the transaction balance corresponding to the previous card settlement information and the current transaction amount corresponding to the candidate missed transaction information is equal to the pre-transaction amount corresponding to the next card settlement information or not, so that a transaction reconciliation result is obtained.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the candidate verification module comprises:
the extraction module is used for extracting a transaction serial number and a transaction amount from the extracted card settlement information and the candidate missing transaction information;
the verification module is used for verifying whether the extracted transaction serial number and the transaction amount meet preset omission verification conditions or not;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring equipment transaction data corresponding to the candidate missed transaction information when the extracted transaction sequence number and the transaction amount meet preset missed verification conditions;
and the result obtaining module is used for verifying whether the candidate missed transaction information is the missed transaction information of the second traffic information system according to the equipment transaction data to obtain a transaction reconciliation result.
