Preferably, as shown in FIG. 5 and with reference to FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the upper and lower ends of the elastic band B6 are fastened to the upper and lower ends of the elastic band A5 by rivets 602, respectively; the two side surfaces of the two pairs of transversely extending buckles 502 at the upper and lower ends of the elastic attachment strap A5 are provided with hook and loop fasteners, so that the two pairs of opening grooves 403 at the upper and lower ends of the smart phone attachment plate 4 can be firmly wound.

This facilitates the consumer to dynamically adjust the vertical height position of the smartphone 7 relative to the entire microphone when using the present invention. Moreover, the elastic overlapped through hole array has good adaptability to the ring buckles of the smart phones with various dimensions, and the width of the straight groove 404 is controlled to be capable of accommodating the ring hinge frame.

the sound-electricity conversion unit (2) is tightly installed on a base (3), and the handle (1) consists of three parts, namely a top seat (204) for bearing the base (3) and the sound-electricity conversion unit (2) at the uppermost part, a base (202) at the lowermost part and an elongated straight rod-shaped middle connecting handle (203) for bearing the top seat (204) and the base (202); the upper end of the middle connecting handle (203) is positioned at one side edge of the top seat (204), the lower end of the middle connecting handle (203) is positioned at the same side edge of the base (202), the top seat (204) is connected with the base (202) through the middle connecting handle (203) to form the handle (2), and a cavity (201) which is not filled by the middle connecting handle (203) is arranged between the top seat (204) of the handle (1) and the base (202); the industrial and civil dual-purpose microphone also comprises a smart phone backup plate (4) in a thin and long sheet shape, the upper end of the smart phone backup plate (4) is fastened on the top seat (204), the lower end of the smart phone backup plate (3) is fastened on the base (5), the upper end and the lower end of the smart phone backup plate (3) are respectively fastened on one side edge of the top seat (204) and the base (202) opposite to the middle connecting handle (203), one inner side surface of the smart phone backup plate (4) in the thin sheet shape faces to face to the middle connecting handle (203), and the other outer side surface faces to the outer direction of the handle (2); the top seat (204), the middle connecting handle (203), the base (202) and the smart phone leaning plate (3) form a straight rod-shaped whole body with a cavity (201) in the middle; the user can put four fingers of index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger or palm of one palm into the cavity (201) between the middle connecting handle (203) of the handle (2) and the smartphone leaning plate (4), then hold one smartphone (7) by the four fingers and the palm and operate the smartphone (7) by the thumb of the same hand, and the same hand of the user holds the handle (2) and the whole industrial and civil dual-purpose microphone on the palm of the same hand because the same hand also stretches into the cavity (201) in the middle of the handle (2);
two elastic sticking bands which are tightly attached to the smart phone backing plate (4) are fastened on the smart phone backing plate (4), one of the two elastic sticking bands which is directly and tightly attached to the smart phone backing plate (4) is an elastic sticking band A (5), and the other elastic sticking band B (6) which is tightly attached to the elastic sticking band A (5) but not directly attached to the smart phone backing plate (4) is an elastic sticking band B; the upper end and the lower end of the elastic sticking belt B (6) are fastened to the upper end and the lower end of the elastic sticking belt A (5) respectively; two side edges of the upper end and the lower end of the smart phone backup plate (4) are respectively provided with a pair of opposite open grooves (403), the tail ends of the upper end and the lower end of the elastic backup band A (5) are respectively provided with a pair of extending hasps (502) which extend transversely relative to the length direction of the elastic backup band A (5) and are integrated with the elastic backup band A (5), and the two pairs of extending hasps (502) are respectively and tightly wound in the two pairs of open grooves (403) of the upper end and the lower end of the smart phone backup plate (4) so as to fasten the upper end and the lower end of the elastic backup band A (5) on the smart phone backup plate (4); the two elastic attachment straps can be rotated around the smartphone attachment plate (4) to be adjusted to be located on the outer side of the smartphone attachment plate (4) or to be adjusted to be located on the inner side of the smartphone attachment plate (4) facing the intermediate connection handle (203) and the cavity (201); when the two elastic leaning bands are positioned on the outer side of the smartphone leaning plate (4), comfortable buffering can be provided for fingers or palms of users who directly hold the straight rod-shaped integral handle (2); when the two elastic leaning bands are positioned on the inner side of the smartphone leaning plate (4), comfortable buffering can be provided for fingers or palms of users stretching into the cavity (201);
