As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the side walls of the rail plate 16 and the air box 17 are respectively provided with a rail groove matched with the second motor 19, the second motor 19 is movably connected with the air box 17 and the hanging seat 20 in the rail groove, and the third motor 21 is rotatably connected with the three air blowing cylinders 23 through the frame plate 22.

After the pretreatment of the PCB in the loading disc 8 by the pretreatment table 2 is completed, the loading disc 8 is pushed into the loading frame 1 by the pushing plate 13, the second hydraulic pump 26 at the bottom of the loading frame 1 drives the rotating shaft 25 to move up and down through the hydraulic rod a271, the rotating shaft 25 turns up and down through the four turnover rods 24 which are arranged in a crossed manner, so that the height of the loading disc 8 is adjusted, the bottom height of the feeding hopper 11 on the pretreated loading disc 8 is connected with one end of the lower conveying belt 6, the longitudinal rolling belt 29 and the transverse rolling belt 30 on the loading disc 8 rotate synchronously, the longitudinal rolling belt 29 rolls the PCB onto the transverse rolling belt 30, the transverse rolling belt 30 conveys the PCB into the clamping holes 34 of the lower conveying belt 6 through the feeding hopper 11, when the lower conveying belt 6 drives the PCB to move below the printing plate 36 of the printing disc 7, the third hydraulic pump 37 drives the PCB to move down through the hydraulic rod b272 to be attached to the surface of the PCB, and a plurality of ink through holes 41 at the bottom of the printing plate 36 synchronously discharge ink, meanwhile, the hydraulic pump IV 43 drives the hydraulic pump III 37 and the printing plate 36 to reciprocate back and forth through the hydraulic rod c27 to print ink on the PCB, and three rolling shafts 42 arranged at equal intervals at the bottom of the printing plate 36 roll on the surface of the PCB when the printing plate 36 moves, so that the printed ink is rolled, the ink is more firmly attached to the surface of the PCB and is not easy to fall off, a plurality of layers of carrying discs 8 are arranged on the carrying frame 1 of the device, a plurality of PCBs can be arranged in the carrying discs 8 at equal intervals, and the PCB is clamped and connected with the plurality of clamping holes 34 on the conveying belt 6 respectively to print the ink in a matching manner, so that the high efficiency of the whole work of the device is ensured, the PCB is more stable and firm when being printed with the ink, and the quality of the printed ink on the PCB is improved.

The PCB ink printing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of concave clamping holes (34) are arranged on the upper conveying belt (33) and the lower conveying belt (6) at equal intervals, a motor five (35) is arranged inside each of the upper conveying belt (33) and the lower conveying belt (6), and each of the motor five (35) and the upper conveying belt (33) and the lower conveying belt (6) is movably connected.

A PCB ink printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third hydraulic pump (37) is movably connected to the printing plate (36) through the hydraulic rod b (272), the fourth hydraulic pump (43) is movably connected to the third hydraulic pump (37) through the hydraulic rod c (27), and the sixth electric motor (40) is connected to the heat gun (39) in a swinging manner.

9. A PCB ink printing apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the method of use of the apparatus includes the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: a worker places a PCB to be printed with ink into a carrying and placing disc (8) of a loading frame (1), then a first hydraulic pump (12) on a supporting seat (3) drives a pushing plate (13) to move back and forth, the pushing plate (13) is connected with the bottom of the carrying and placing disc (8) at the top of the loading frame (1) in a hanging mode, so that the pushing plate (13) drives the carrying and placing disc (8) to move back and forth to a plurality of rotating rollers (15), a first motor (14) drives the rotating rollers (15) to rotate synchronously to drive the PCB in the carrying and placing disc (8) to move back and forth in a reciprocating mode, an air box (17) on a pretreatment table (2) blows hot air to the PCB in the carrying and placing disc (8) in a blowing mode to preheat the PCB while moving, the rotating rollers (15) drive the carrying and placing disc (8) to move back and forth in a reciprocating mode, and forth of the air box (17) on a rail plate (16) in a matching mode through a second motor (19), when the hanging seat (20) on the mounting rod (18) moves back and forth, the motor III (21) drives the three air blowing cylinders (23) on the frame plate (22) to blow air to the PCB in the carrying and placing disc (8) to remove dust on the surface of the PCB, the three air blowing cylinders (23) are arranged in an equal radian mode, the motor III (21) drives the air blowing cylinders (23) to rotate continuously, and meanwhile, the motor II (19) drives the mounting rod (18) and the hanging seat (20) to move back and forth continuously in the rail groove of the air box (17);
step two: after the pretreatment of the PCB in the loading disc (8) by the pretreatment table (2), the loading disc (8) is pushed into the loading frame (1) by a push plate (13), a second hydraulic pump (26) at the bottom of the loading frame (1) drives a rotating shaft (25) to move up and down through a hydraulic rod a (271), the rotating shaft (25) is turned up and down through four cross-arranged turning rods (24) so as to adjust the height of the loading disc (8), the bottom height of a delivery hopper (11) on the pretreated loading disc (8) is connected with one end of a lower conveying belt (6), a longitudinal rolling belt (29) and a transverse rolling belt (30) on the loading disc (8) rotate synchronously, the longitudinal rolling belt (29) rolls the PCB to the transverse rolling belt (30), the transverse rolling belt (30) conveys the PCB to a clamping hole (34) of the lower conveying belt (6) through the delivery hopper (11), and the lower conveying belt (6) drives the PCB to move to the lower side of a printing plate (7) below a printing plate (36), a third hydraulic pump (37) drives a printing plate (36) to move downwards through a hydraulic rod b (272) to be attached to the surface of the PCB, a plurality of ink through holes (41) in the bottom of the printing plate (36) synchronously discharge ink, meanwhile, a fourth hydraulic pump (43) drives the third hydraulic pump (37) and the printing plate (36) to reciprocate back and forth through a hydraulic rod c (27) to print the ink on the PCB, three rolling shafts (42) arranged at equal intervals in the bottom of the printing plate (36) roll on the surface of the PCB while the printing plate (36) moves, so as to roll the printed ink, and a loading frame (1) of the device is provided with a plurality of layered loading discs (8), a plurality of PCBs can be placed at equal intervals in the loading discs (8), and the PCB can be clamped and connected with a plurality of clamping holes (34) on a lower conveying belt (6) respectively to print the ink;
step three: the third hydraulic pump (37) drives the printing plate (36) to adjust the height up and down through the hydraulic rod b (272), the printing plate (7) is matched with the left and right adjusting positions of the printing plate (36) on the upper conveying belt (33) for printing ink on the PCB, the two printing plates (7) are matched to move synchronously for printing the PCB, and after the printing plate (7) prints the PCB, the hot air gun (39) blows hot air to the surface of the PCB, the ink is dispersed on the surface of the PCB, the motor six (40) drives the hot air gun (39) to swing left and right in a reciprocating mode while blowing the hot air, when the PCB moves to the other end of the lower conveying belt (6), a worker takes out the printed PCB and performs operation of the next step.
