Claims (9)

1. A heliostat mirror cleaning cart, comprising: the device comprises a travelling mechanism, a lifting adjusting mechanism, a swinging cleaning mechanism, a flow guide device, a filtering device and a water storage tank, wherein the travelling mechanism comprises a first travelling mechanism and a second travelling mechanism which are oppositely arranged, so that the travelling mechanism can cross over the heliostat to travel; two ends of the lifting adjusting mechanism are respectively and fixedly arranged on the first travelling mechanism and the second travelling mechanism; the swinging cleaning mechanism is hinged on the lifting adjusting mechanism; the flow guide device is fixedly arranged on one side of the cleaning vehicle; the water storage tank is arranged under the flow guide device and is fixedly arranged on the travelling mechanism at the same side with the flow guide device; the filtering device is fixedly arranged above the water storage tank and is communicated with the flow guide device through a hose;
the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting portal frame capable of sliding up and down, the lifting portal frame comprises a lifting portal frame beam, the swinging cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism is hinged to the lifting portal frame beam; the cleaning mechanism comprises a brush roll rack, double rows of spiral brush rolls, an adjusting electric cylinder, a connecting block, a sliding seat, a sliding guide rail, a water scraping mechanism and a fan-shaped spray head, wherein the brush roll rack is hinged on a lifting portal frame beam; the double-row spiral brush roller is respectively connected to the sliding seat and the connecting block in a rotating mode through bearings; the sliding seat is connected to the sliding guide rail in a sliding manner; the sliding guide rail and the connecting block are fixedly arranged on the rack; one end of the adjusting electric cylinder is hinged to the sliding seat, and the other end of the adjusting electric cylinder is hinged to the connecting block; the water wiping mechanism is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the brush roll rack and can be used for removing residual water stains on the mirror surface; the fan-shaped spray heads are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the brush roll rack at intervals; the double-row spiral brush rolls comprise first spiral brush rolls and second spiral brush rolls, and bristles of the two spiral brush rolls are spiral; the wheel base between the first spiral brush roller and the second spiral brush roller can be automatically adjusted by adjusting the electric cylinder according to the mirror surface pollution degree and the spraying amount of the cleaning liquid.

The heliostat mirror cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting push rod, a lifting guide sleeve and the lifting gantry, wherein the lifting guide sleeve comprises a first lifting guide sleeve and a second lifting guide sleeve which are respectively arranged in tandem and fixedly mounted on the traveling mechanism through bolts; the lifting portal frame slides up and down in the lifting guide sleeve; the lifting push rod comprises a first lifting push rod and a second lifting push rod which are arranged at two ends respectively, the upper ends of the two lifting push rods are hinged to the lifting portal frame, the lower ends of the two lifting push rods are hinged to the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism respectively, and the lifting push rod can adjust the height of the lifting portal frame.

The heliostat mirror cleaning cart of claim 2, wherein the oscillating cleaning mechanism further comprises an oscillating push rod; one end of the swing push rod is hinged to the lifting portal beam, the other end of the swing push rod is hinged to the cleaning mechanism, and the swing push rod can adjust the angle between the cleaning mechanism and the mirror surface.

The heliostat mirror cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the first helical brush roll bristles are left-handed and rotate counterclockwise during cleaning operation; the bristles of the second spiral brush roller rotate rightwards, and rotate clockwise during cleaning operation; when the two spiral brush rolls are used for cleaning, the rotating speeds are the same; the first spiral brush roller, the second spiral brush roller and the heliostat mirror face form a relative three-dimensional space, cleaning liquid is accumulated between the first spiral brush roller and the second spiral brush roller, the mirror face can be cleaned efficiently, and the cleaning liquid is conveyed to one side of the mirror face.

The heliostat mirror cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the flow guiding device comprises a water baffle, a water receiving tank and a moving bracket, the water baffle is fixedly arranged at one end of the inner side of the first lifting guide sleeve and the second lifting guide sleeve, the water receiving tank is fixedly arranged on the moving bracket, and the moving bracket is fixedly arranged on the same-side traveling mechanism; the flow guide device is arranged on the same side of the liquid discharging directions of the first spiral brush roller and the second spiral brush roller.

The heliostat mirror cleaning vehicle of claim 5, wherein the water receiving tank is moved by a movable carriage in a telescopic motion, and during cleaning operation, the water receiving tank is moved to a position right under the edge of the mirror surface and the cleaning liquid guided down is recovered.
7. The heliostat mirror cleaning vehicle of claim 5, wherein the inner cavity of the water-receiving tank is of a grid type.
8. A recycling device for heliostat mirror cleaning liquid, which is characterized by comprising the swing cleaning mechanism, the flow guide device, the filtering device and the water storage tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.

A recovery method of heliostat mirror cleaning liquid, which uses the recovery device of heliostat mirror cleaning liquid in claim 8, characterized in that the first spiral brush roller and the second spiral brush roller are used for conveying the cleaning liquid to the diversion device, the cleaning liquid is guided to a water receiving tank by a water baffle under the action of gravity, then flows back to a filtering device by a hose, and the filtered cleaning liquid finally flows back to a water storage tank for recycling.
