Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, an intelligent multifunctional automatic paint spraying and polishing production line is different from embodiment 1 in that the dust collection device includes a dust collection box 21, an air suction fan 23 is disposed above the dust collection box 21, the air suction fan 23 is connected to the dust collection box 21 through a dust collection pipe 22, and an air suction inlet of the air suction fan 23 is provided with a dust suction pipe 24 extending to the inside of the base 1.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: dust and fine particle impurities are generated during the polishing process, the suction fan 23 is started, the dust in the base 1 can be absorbed through the dust suction pipe 24, and the dust is collected in the dust collection box 21 through the dust collection pipe 22.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.
