In the prior art, the screening equipment for the aged domestic garbage has single function, light substances, humus, construction garbage and the like in the aged domestic garbage need to be subjected to multi-stage separation, the flow is complex, multiple equipment are overlapped, the occupied area is large, and great waste is caused.

The invention provides a household garbage screening device, which comprises a screen mesh 1, a screen plate 2, rolling shafts 5 arranged at two ends of the screen mesh 1 to enable the screen mesh to circularly run, fixed shafts 9 arranged on the screen mesh 1 at intervals and with the extending direction vertical to the moving direction of the screen mesh 1, and elastic spurs 8 fixedly arranged on the fixed shafts 9, as shown in figures 1 and 2.
According to the household garbage screening device provided by the invention, the two ends of the screen mesh 1 are provided with the rolling shafts 5 so as to enable the screen mesh 1 to run circularly. In the circulation of the screen cloth 1, for convenience of description, a portion above the rolling shaft 5 is referred to as an upper screen cloth, and a portion below the rolling shaft 5 is referred to as a lower screen cloth. Further, in the circulating operation of the screen 1, a surface of the screen 1 which can contact the surface of the rolling shaft 5 is referred to as an inner side of the screen, and a surface of the screen 1 which contacts the domestic garbage is referred to as an outer side of the screen.

Illustratively, the screen 1 is disposed at an incline. For convenience of description, the rolling shafts 5 arranged at the two ends of the screen cloth 1 are respectively called a high rolling shaft and a low rolling shaft, and in the process of the circular operation of the screen cloth 1, the upper screen cloth moves from a low position to a high position, namely from one end of the low rolling shaft to the high rolling shaft, as shown in fig. 1, the moving direction of the screen cloth 1 is in a counterclockwise circular operation. The elastic spurs 8 are arranged on the outer side of the screen mesh, so that light matters in the household garbage can be intercepted and moved out along with the movement of the screen mesh 1.
Further, the household garbage screening device provided by the invention further comprises a light object separation rolling shaft 6, and the light object separation rolling shaft 6 is arranged at the tail end of the upper-layer screen in the moving direction. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the light weight separating rolling shaft 6 is installed beside the high rolling shaft.

The light matters in the domestic garbage intercepted by the elastic burs 8 can be separated from the surface of the screen mesh 1 by arranging the light matters separation rolling shaft 6 with the rigid burs 7 on the surface.
Further, the household garbage screening device provided by the invention further comprises a transmission motor 4, wherein the transmission motor is configured to drive the rolling shaft 5 and the light object separation rolling shaft 6 to rotate.
Illustratively, the screen plate 2 is installed on the inner side of the screen mesh 1, one end of the screen plate 2 is arranged on the fixed shaft 9, and the screen plate 2 rotates by taking the fixed shaft 9 as an axis. As an example, one end of the sieve plate 2 is connected with a rotating shaft of a fixed shaft 9, and the sieve plate 2 can move in a sector shape of 180 degrees along a direction vertical to the fixed shaft 9 by taking the fixed shaft 9 as an axis. Therefore, the sieve plate 2 of the upper layer of the sieve screen is vertical to the ground under the action of gravity, and the sieve plate 2 of the lower layer of the sieve screen is parallel to the sieve screen 1 under the left and right sides of the gravity, namely is attached to the inner side of the sieve screen. Through installing the sieve 2 that uses fixed axle 9 to rotate as the axle center at the screen cloth inboard, the sieve on the upper screen cloth can not be closed to make rubbish such as small stone and humus soil that the particle diameter is less than screen cloth 1 among the domestic waste fall through screen cloth 1, fall on the automatic closed sieve 2 of lower floor's screen cloth.

The working process of the household garbage screening device provided by the invention is as follows: the domestic garbage falls on the screen mesh 1, wherein the construction garbage with the particle size larger than the screen mesh of the screen mesh freely falls on the upper screen mesh and is not limited by the elastic spurs 8 and the screen plate 2; the light objects in the household garbage are intercepted by the elastic spurs 8 and are separated by the light object separation rolling shaft 6; the garbage falling from the mesh holes of the upper layer screen is screened for the second time on the screen plate 2, and the garbage with the particle size larger than the mesh holes of the screen plate freely falls and is separated through the separation baffle 3. The garbage with the particle size smaller than the sieve pores of the sieve plate falls down through the sieve plate 2.
According to the household garbage screening device provided by the invention, the elastic spurs and the screen plate are arranged on the screen, so that the separation of the building garbage, light objects, small stones and humus in the household garbage can be completed by one device, and the device, the energy and the occupied area are saved.
