Abstract
The invention provides a rapid cleaning device for a mud pit, which comprises the mud pit and water inlet and outlet pipes respectively communicated with two sides of the mud pit, wherein a pit bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the mud pit. The invention solves the problems of poor cleaning effect and high cleaning cost of the conventional equipment for cleaning the silt deposited in the silt well in the prior art.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of open caissons, in particular to a rapid cleaning device for an open caisson.
Background
The outdoor drainage design Specification (GB 50014-2006) (2016) requires that a sludge sink, i.e. a sludge sink, be arranged in the inspection well of the drainage pipeline and in the inspection well in front of the pump station at appropriate intervals. The invention provides a rapid cleaning device for a mud well, which aims to solve the problems of poor cleaning effect and high cleaning cost in the prior art when mud and sand deposited in the mud well are cleaned by traditional equipment.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the invention provides a rapid cleaning device for a mud pit, which comprises a mud pit 6 and water inlet and outlet pipes 5 respectively communicated with two sides of the mud pit 6, wherein a pit bottom plate 7 is arranged at the bottom of the mud pit 6, and the rapid cleaning device is characterized in that a mud sand supporting plate 1 is arranged on the pit bottom plate 7, a guide rod 2 is further arranged on the pit bottom plate 7, the guide rod penetrates through the center of the mud sand supporting plate 1, and a lifting device 4 is arranged on the mud sand supporting plate 1 around the guide rod 2 by taking the guide rod 2 as the center and is used for lifting the mud sand supporting plate.
The periphery of the silt supporting plate 1 is provided with a rubber ring 3, the silt supporting plate and the rubber ring are tightly combined, and the silt is prevented from entering the lower part of the silt supporting plate.
The water inlet and outlet pipe 5 is provided with a 3-5 cm extension section in the open caisson 6 and is used for controlling the lifting height of the silt supporting plate.
