Abstract

本发明涉及个人润肤和清洁组合物。
湿润剂通常作为留置产品直接施用于皮肤。个人清洁产品通常与水一起作为泡沫施用并周清水漂洗。理想的漂洗个人清洁剂应当温和地洁肤、没有或引起很少刺激,不会使皮肤脱脂和/或干燥,并且在频繁使用后不会使皮肤紧绷。但是多数起泡个人清洁产品、皂条、液体和合成洗涤剂液体在这方面是不成功的。
目前某些市售的个人清洁液声称可“湿润”皮肤。但是,大部分当前这些清洁个人清洁液并不能提供足够的湿润益处。因此,用户通常必须在清洁后,用单独的留置产品湿润其皮肤。
与目前市售的个人清洁液相比,改进来自清洁液组合物的皮肤润湿剂的供应是非常合乎需要的。如果这一点能够实现,该组合物将能给使用者提供方便地从单一的产品同时获得清洁性和润湿性。
双重的清洁和类脂的湿润液体组合物很难配制和备加工。一般地,其中一个原因是清洗组份倾向于与类脂湿润剂组份不匹配。另一个问题是工业规模加工。还有另一个问题是使液体中的类脂沉积于用户的皮肤上。液体中类脂湿润剂在皮肤上的沉积可以很低,原因在于洗涤和漂洗中的类脂损失。相反地,若沉积于皮肤则会感到过粘。还有另外一个问题是起泡良好的双重(功能)液体的配制。另一个问题是贮存稳定的双重液体的配方。还有另一个问题是应力稳定的双重液体的配制。
来自起泡双重液体组合物的类脂湿润剂的实际沉积对有效的类脂益处是必需的。现有已知的商业液体声称为清洁和类脂湿润液体,还没有能在每平方厘米的清洁皮肤上沉积多至3毫克的类脂湿润剂。
美国专利3,829,563(Barry等人),1974年8年13日颁发,公开了一种含10-70份(重量)的凡士林的滋润清洁液和膏状组合物,其中至多98份,优选95-98份具有小于5μm的颗粒直径。
美国专利5,308,526(Dias等人,1994年5月3日颁发),引入本文作参考,它公开了一种含至多5份凡士林的液体皮肤组合物,其中20-80份的所述凡士林颗粒具有10-120μm的粒径。
美国专利5,312,559(Kacher等人,1994年5月17日颁发),引入本文作参考,它公开了一种含0.5~15份凡士林的具有60,000~400,000厘泊粘度的半固体组合物,它具有其中20%~80%颗粒具有10~20μm的粒径分布。
此处定义的储存稳定的双重(功效)的清洁液体组合物在室温下至少两周的时间内是稳定的。但是正如以下定义,这种组合物不要求在应力(剪切)条件下是稳定的。

水相
本发明的水包油型乳液的水相含一种结晶的含羟基的稳定剂、一种表面活性剂和水以及各种任选成份。下文详述乳液水相的各组份。
1.结晶的含羟基的稳定剂
本发明的乳液的水相包括结晶的含羟基的稳定剂。该稳定剂可以为含羟基的脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯或脂肪肥皂水不溶性类蜡物质或类似物。该稳定剂用以在乳液中形成结晶稳定网络,它可以防止产品中的类脂小滴聚结和相分离。网络表现出剪切后随时间的粘度恢复(例如摇溶性)。
此处所用的稳定剂不是表面活性剂。稳定剂提供改善的贮存和应力稳定性,但允许水包油型乳液在起泡时分离,并因此提供类脂在皮肤上沉积的增加。下述情况下这一点尤为真实,即当本发明的水包油型清洁乳液和聚合菱形网眼海绵辅助物一起使用时,如描述于Campagnoli,USP 5,144,744;1992年9月8日颁发,在此引入本文以作参考。

一些优选的含羟基稳定剂包括12-羟基硬脂酸、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸、三-9,10-二羟基硬脂酸甘油酯、和三-12-羟基硬脂酸甘油酯(氢化蓖麻油大部分为三-12-羟基硬脂酸甘油酯)。本发明的乳液最优选使用三-12-羟基硬脂酸甘油酯。
2.
起泡表面活性剂
本发明的液体清洁乳液组合物的水相也包含一种起泡表面活性剂,它选自阴离子、非离子、阳离子、两性表面活性剂及它们的混合物。
本文的起泡表面活性剂定义为一种表面活性剂或其混合物,在25℃CMC下测量,当组合(使用)时,具有15~50达因/厘米,更优选25~40达因/厘米的平衡表面张力。某些表面活性剂混合物可以具有低于其单独组份的表面张力。

在本产品中,两性合成表面活性剂不能用作单独的表面活性剂,但优选较低的含量作为共同表面活性剂,以重量计为约1~10份,更优选的类型选自两性单和双乙酸烷基酯(alkyl-ampho mono-and di-acetates)、烷基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基胺氧化物、烷基磺基甜菜碱(alkyl sultaines)、烷基酰氨基丙基甜菜碱、烷基酰氨基丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱及其混合物。其中所述表面活性剂含C8~C22烷基链。
在本产品中,非离子表面活性剂不能用作单独表面活性剂,但可以以较低的含量作为共同表面活性剂,以重量计为约1~15份。更优选的类型选自烷基葡糖酰胺、烷基葡糖酯、聚氧乙烯酰胺、脂肪烷酰胺、烷基胺氧化物、烷基多葡糖苷、聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚、脂肪酸的聚氧乙烯酯、EO/PO嵌段共聚物,例如聚乙二酰胺和Poloxamers、脱水山梨醇酯和乙醇酯及它们的混合物。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,本液体乳液组合物除含有起泡合成表面活性剂外,还含有0.5~8份的C8-C4皂;其中皂的相反离子选自K和N(CH2CH2OH)3及其混合物。
在本产品中,阳离子表面活性剂不能用作单独表面活性剂,但优选以较低的含量作为共同表面活性剂,以重量计为约0.5~6份。更优选类型的阳离子表面活性剂选自烷基三甲基氯化铵(alkyl trimonium chloride)和甲氧基硫酸铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵和甲基硫酸铵,和烷基烷氧基氧化铵(alkylalkonium chloride)和甲基硫酸铵及其混合物。这些表面活性剂每个烷基链上含C12~C24碳原子。最优选的阳离子表面活性剂选自硬脂基烷氧基氯化铵、硬脂基三甲基氯化铵、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵及其混合物。阳离子表面活性剂也可用作类脂沉积助剂。

本发明的湿润和清洁液体乳液组合物含有水作为基本组份。水在本发明液体清洁乳液的含量通常为约30~80份,优选约40~75份,和最优选约40~65份。

任选组份
除结晶含羟基稳定剂、表面活性剂和水以外,本发明的水包油型乳液的水相也可含一些任选组份。
例如,本发明的液体清洁乳液可以任选含在其乳液的水相中的水可分散的凝胶型的聚合物。这种聚合物优选为阴离子、非离子、阳离子或疏水改性的聚合物,选自阳离子瓜耳胶类的阳离子多糖,其分子量为1,000~3,000,000;衍生于丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸,阴离子、阳离子和非离子纤维素树脂的阴离子、阳离子和非离子均聚物;二甲基二烷基氯化铵和丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;分子量为约10,00~4,000,000的阳离子聚烯烃和乙氧基聚烯亚胺聚乙二醇;及它们的混合物。优选地,聚合物选自聚丙烯酸钠、羟基乙基纤维素、鲸蜡基羟基乙基纤维素和Polyquaternium 10。
优选在本发明的乳液中的聚合物的含量为约0.1~1份,更优选约0.1~0.5份。聚合物除提供产品稳定性外,可改善皮肤上类脂的肤感。改善的肤感源自降低的发粘和油脂感和改善的光滑感。使用聚合物的混合物是特别优选的实施方案,它们中的某些因提供产品稳定性而优选,某些因改善肤感而优选。改善肤感的优选聚合物选自聚乙二醇、羟基丙基耳胶、瓜耳胶羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵、Polyquaternary 3,5,6,7,10,11和24及其混合物。
本组合物的另一种高度优选的任选组份为湿润剂和溶质。可使用各种湿润剂和溶质,其含量可为约0.5%~25%,更优选约3.0%~20%。湿润剂和溶质为非挥发的有机物,在10份水中至少具有5份的溶解度。一种优选的水溶性的有机物选自下式结构的多羟基化合物:

使用油增稠聚合物,例如那些列在Hewitt的EP 0547897A2(93年6月23日出版,在此引入作为参考)中的,也可以包含在本发明的乳液的水相中。
各种另外的组份也可以掺入本发明的组合物中,这些物料包括但不限于液体外观助剂、盐及它们的水合物和其它“填充物”,它们均记载于USP5340492,Kacher等人,1994年8月23日颁发和USP 4,919,934,Deckner等人,1990年4月24日颁发;在此引入本文作参考。

B.
类脂相
本发明的水包油型乳液也含一种类脂相,它含有约1~30份,优选约5~30份,更优选约10~25份的类脂皮肤湿润剂。该类脂皮肤湿润剂通过在使用时类脂沉积于皮肤上而给用户的皮肤提供湿润益处。本发明中的类脂皮肤湿润剂的定义是严格的。本发明的类脂类型及其物理性质对总体产品效果至关重要,它限定于具有下述流变性质的疏水材料。
两类流变性参数用于定义本发明的类脂。流体的粘度用稠度(k)和剪切指数(n)表示。不受任何理论所限制,超出本发明下文定义的流变性质之外的类脂,要么太易乳化从而不会沉积,要么太“硬”无法在皮肤上粘连或沉积而提供湿润益处。另外,类脂的流变性质对于用户的感觉也很重要。有些类脂沉积于皮肤上时,被认为太粘,不受用户欢迎。

尽管以上描述了对流变性和溶解度的要求,但大范围的类脂类物质及其混合物可适用于本发明的组合物中。优选地,类脂选自烃类油和蜡、硅氧烷、脂肪酸衍生物、胆固醇、胆固醇衍生物、甘油二酯和三酯、植物油、植物油衍生物、液体非煮解油,如那些描述于USP 3600186,Mattson,1971年8月17日颁发;和4005195和4005196,Jandacek等人,均颁发于1977年1月25日,它们均引入本文以做参考。或者,液体煮解或非煮解油与固体多羟基聚酯的混合物,如描述于USP 4797300,Jandecek,颁发于1989年1月10日;USP 5306514,5306516和5306515,Letton,均颁发于1994年4月26日,它们均引入本文做参考。还有乙酰甘油酯、烷基酯、链烯基酯、羊毛脂及其衍生物,乳状甘油三酯、蜡酯、蜂蜡衍生物、固醇、磷脂及其混合物;我们定义的类脂特别排除脂肪酸、脂肪酸皂和水溶性多羟基化合物。因此,硬脂酸、甘油和丙二醇排除在我们的类脂定义之外。
烃油和蜡:一些实例为凡士林、矿物油、微晶蜡、聚烯烃类(如氢化的和非氢化的聚丁烯和聚癸烯)、石蜡、角铅矿、地蜡、聚乙烯和全氢角鲨烯。凡士林和氢化及非氢化的高分子量聚丁烯的混合物也可适用作本发明的组合物的类脂皮肤湿润剂,其中凡士林与聚丁烯的比例为约90∶10至约40∶60。
硅氧烷油:一些实例是二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、二甲基聚硅氧烷、二乙基聚硅氧烷,、高分子量的二甲基硅氧烷、混合C1-C30烷基聚硅氧烷、苯基二甲基硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷醇(dimethiconol)及其混合物。更优选的例子为非挥发性的硅氧烷,选自二甲基硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷醇,混合C1-C30烷基聚硅氧烷及其混合物。此处有用的硅氧烷的非限制性例子描述于USP5011681,Ciotti等人,1991年4月30日颁发,在此引入本文以作参考。
甘油二酯或三酯:某些例子为蓖麻油、大豆油、豆油衍生物如马来酸化的豆油、红花油、棉籽油、玉米油、核桃油、花生油、橄榄油、鳕鱼肝油、杏仁油、鳄梨油、棕榈油和芝麻油、植物油及植物油衍生物;椰子油和椰子油衍生物;棉籽油和棉籽油衍生物、西蒙德木油、椰子油等等。
可使用乙酰甘油酯,其一个例子为乙酰化的甘油单酯。
优选羊毛脂及其衍生物,一些实例为羊毛脂、羊毛脂油、羊毛脂蜡、羊毛脂醇、羊毛脂脂肪酸、羊毛脂异丙酯、乙酰化羊毛脂、乙酰化羊毛脂醇、亚油酸羊毛脂醇酯、蓖麻酸羊毛脂醇酯。
最优选的是至少75%的类脂是由选自下列的类脂组成:凡士林、凡士林和高分子聚丁烯的混合物、矿物油、液体非煮解油(例如液体棉籽蔗糖辛酯)或液体煮解(digestible)或非煮解油与固体多羟基化合物聚酯(如由C22脂肪酸制备的蔗糖辛酯)的混合物,其中液体煮解或非煮解油与固体多羟基化合物聚酯的比例为约96∶4至约80∶20,氢化或非氢化的聚丁烯、微晶蜡、聚烷烯、石蜡烃,角铅矿、地蜡、聚乙烯、全氢角鲨烯;聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基硅氧烷、聚甲基硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷及其混合物。当使用凡士林和其它类脂的混合物时,凡士林与其它选择的类脂(氢化或未氢化聚丁烯或聚癸烯或矿物油)的比例优选为约10∶1至约1∶2,更优选为约5∶1至约1∶1。
乳液的类脂滴的大小优选为约0.1~100μm,不包括反常地很小或一些很大的滴。优选地,大于25%的类脂滴为约5~120μm,更优选地,至少40%的类脂滴为约5~25μm。一种特别优选的类脂滴大小范围为,15%~35%的类脂滴的大小为0.1~5μm,15~45%的类脂滴的大小为5~10μm,30%~50%的类脂滴的大小为10~25μm和少于15%的类脂滴的大小为大于25μm。出乎意料的是,在清洗过程中,高浓度的尺寸大的类脂液滴在液体清洁组合物中可以稳定并也有有效量的沉积。不受理论限制,较大的类脂滴通常比较小的类脂滴更有效地沉积。
C.
双重清洁和类脂湿润的液体水包油型乳液
意外地发现,含有结晶的含羟基的稳定剂的本发明乳液与含不含羟基的结晶蜡(如乙二醇二硬脂酸酯或(三)硬脂酸甘油酯)的乳液相比,更加具有应力稳定性。另外,如前所述,本发明的双重清洁和湿润液体乳液组合物表现出良好的起泡特征,并且可配制使有效量的类脂确实地沉积于皮肤上以提供卓越的湿润益处。
类脂在皮肤上的沉积可通过下列类脂沉积方法(lipid deposition protocol)测试。这种方法是根据消费者一般如何使用洁肤产品来确定模型的。这种方法为使用了6名实验者的活体测试方法。该方法包括产品应用阶段,随后测定沉积类脂的量。类脂的定量是用活体,并因此由于皮肤类型和条件的差异具有大的误差。为了抵消误差,使用平衡的设计来测量原型;皮肤类型也平衡并使用大的基准尺度。
类脂沉积方法的准备
实验者周95-100F自来水将前臂内部的整个表面湿润5秒钟。实验者然后润湿洗浴块(puff),如在USP 5,144,744(Campagnoli,1992年9月8日颁发)中所述,并使洗浴块排水10秒。将1ml产品施用于实验者前臂,然后用洗浴块搓产品10秒钟以生成泡沫。允许泡沫在前臂保留15秒,然后用水彻底漂洗15秒,水从内肘流向腕部。实验者用纸巾拍干臂部。实验者然后让臂晾干30秒。
类脂沉积方法
皮肤上的类脂沉积测量使用Sebumeter SM810仪器,该仪器可从Courage& Khazaka公司购得,并据报道它得到了科学界的承认。Sebumeter通过一种特定塑料条的光度学测量皮肤上的类脂,它在吸收液体后变得透明。塑料条在连接在弹簧上的镜子上延伸。装置的测量头(包括弹簧、镜子和塑料条)压在皮肤上30秒。产生的值(μg/cm2)是沉积在皮肤上的类脂量的表征,并随类脂量增加而增加。这种方法对湿度不敏感。沿前臂的长度方向取得3个Sebumeter读数,类脂沉积值LDV(μg/cm2)定义为三个读数的平均值,除以含凡士林的类脂混合物的系数0.56。0.56是将含凡士林的类脂的Sebumeter读数换为实际沉积量(μg/cm2)的转换因子。LDV优选为15~200μg/cm2,更优选30~150μg/cm2。
Sebumeter有以下限定:
1.Sebumeter纱带(tape)也检测天然皮肤类脂。该测试的一个标准是,在臂部皮肤清洗前,Sebumeter测到的实验者基线值小于或等于3μg/cm2前臂皮肤。
2.象其它表面提取测量方法,Sebumeter不可能测量所有沉积的类脂,若皮肤表面起伏不平,有可能Sebumeter带提取不到沉积的类脂。
3.在LDV为约300μg/cm2以上时,Sebumeter纱带变得饱和;所以这种方法只可用于沉积值小于约300μg/cm2。
4.不同的类脂体系具有不同转换系数。测量非凡士林类脂时,需要一个新的校准曲线。
本发明的双重清洁和湿润液体乳液具有的LDV最低为5μg/cm2。这意味着使用上述方法,在每平方厘米的上臂皮肤上至少沉积5μg的类脂。
对于本发明的某些乳液,认为乳液的流变特性对类脂沉积和乳液稳定性具有重要影响。特别地,对于某些组合物,认为理想的是具有较高的假塑性(低n值和高k值)。但是,当一个洗浴块,如在USP 5144744(Campagnoli,1992年9月8日颁发)所述的聚合菱形网眼海绵,用于将乳液施用于皮肤时,乳液的假塑性可能变得稍不重要。本发明乳液的优选的n和k值如下表所示。

使用Carrimed CSL 100 Controlled Stress Rheometer分别测量本发明的液体清洁产品和类脂的剪切指数n和稠度k。测量在35℃进行,使用4cm 2°锥体测量系统,它通常设置一个51μm间缝,测量是通过相对于时间程序化施以剪切应力(通常为0.06~5,000达因/cm2)。如果此应力导致样品变形,即至少10-4拉德(rad)/秒的测量几何形状的应变,则此应变率报告为剪切率。这些数据用于绘制该物料粘度μ对剪切率γ的流动曲线。该流动曲线可以模型化以提供一个数学表达式,它可以在特定剪切应力和剪切率限度内描述物料的行为。这些结果的拟合可用下述广为接受的power定律模型(参见如:Chemical Engineering(化学工程),Coulson和Richardson,Pergamon,1982,或
Transport Phenomena(迁移现象),Bird,Stewart和Lightfoot,Wiley,1960):
粘度,μ=k(γ)n-1本发明乳液也具有好的起泡特征。起泡可以通过下述任一方法测试:
液体手洗起泡法
手洗起泡试验是用来提供对皮肤清洁液的起泡性能的使用中泡沫体积的测量。该试验测量有油污下和没有油下生成的泡沫体积。用合成污物来进行本发明的测试。它的配方描述于USP 4673525(Small等人,1987年6月16日颁发),引入本文以作参考。
开始试验前,技术人员先用Ivory皂条洗手。然后该技术人员将一只手通过95F城市用水,留少量水于手掌上并将1.7ml的试验产品分布在该手上。该技术人员然后将另一只手通过水中并搓手掌以扩散产品。在手掌和手指上环流产品3次,然后在手背环流一次。该过程重复5次。
另外的2ml水加到手上,产品再在手上扩散和如上连续环流另外5次,然后产品收集/刮入一250ml的烧杯和测量体积(通常表示为毫升)。

5.以圆周运动将产品加到洗浴块上,覆盖洗浴块表面(不要集中于中部);
6.湿润用具3秒;
7.计时器设为30秒;使用用具,将洗浴块按至200ml标线,然后又提至600ml标线(这计为一次)。在30秒内如此进行30次(每个提升和按下用1秒);
8.在没有压力下将用具置于洗浴块(250ml)上,读数;。测量用具之上的泡沫高度;减去水量(约100ml)。
本发明的双重湿润和清洁液体可如下方法制备,其中使用三羟基硬脂精作为代表性稳定剂。
单容器工艺
1.将三羟基硬脂精加入蒸馏水并允许混合直至完全水合化(应配带合适的通风和防尘罩以防止吸入尘土)。
2.加入表面活性剂(阴离子、两性、阳离子和非离子),将混合物加热至190°F,直至三羟基硬脂精全部熔化和溶解(87.8℃)。当加热时,通过中等至高的搅拌速度给混合物施以剪切。
3.使用一种板和架热交换器,快速冷却三羟基硬脂精至大约100°F~80°F的温度(43℃~27℃),以形成三羟基硬脂精晶体。其它类蜡的稳定剂的最佳冻出温度由DSC(差示扫描量热法)光谱的冷冻曲线确定。
4.加入EDTA四钠和Glydant。加入香料。中等速度连续搅拌混合物。
5.若包括任选聚合物,可根据其类型用下述几种方法之一加入。若聚合物是Polyquaternium 10或多氧化物(polyox),它与甘油预混,并作为预混物加入,继续混合前混合5分钟。另外,Polyquaternium 10或多氧化物与水预混并允许搅拌10~20分钟以让聚合物水合。
6.加入任何其它肤感助剂例如硅氧烷,并混合1~2分钟。
7.通过称重和回加批料制备中蒸发损失量的水,以调节批料中水的损失。
8.将温度为105-110°F(40-43℃)的类脂混合物(如聚丁烯或矿物油与凡士林)加入到温度为105-110°F(40-43℃)的混合物中,在低中(速度)设置下搅拌2分钟。加入类脂后的混合期间和强度非常重要,特别对于粒径而言。因此,如果混合过长或过快,粒径和所得类脂沉积下降。

引入以上对比例是说明本发明乳液的稳定性的有益效果。对比例5-7为含类脂的湿润液体清洁产品,它们分别利用了两种不同非羟基蜡和一种非羟基蜡聚合物的组合作为稳定剂。
对比例5利用三硬脂精作为稳定剂,其基质和含量完全与上述实施例1所用的三硬脂精相同。这种对比的重要性在于这两个分子完全相同,除了三羟基硬酯精有三个羟基。相应地,三硬脂精原型表现出更低的稠度并且没有应力稳定性。这与使用三羟基硬脂精的实施例1形成明显对比,后者表现出较高的稠度和应力稳定性。这种对比清楚地确认了羟基基团在获得利用结晶蜡作为稳定剂/增稠剂的高度假塑性和应力稳定液体清洁产品中的重要性。

实施例6是一种含湿润类脂的液体清洁剂,它利用了乙二醇二硬脂酸酯作为稳定剂。乙二醇二硬脂酸酯是一种非羟基蜡并类似于上面的三硬脂精,这种稳定剂也赋予液体清洁剂很低的稠度和应力稳定性的缺乏。
实施例7表明,利用稳定聚合物和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯可改善应力稳定性。但是,聚合物的加入增高了清洁剂的剪切指数n。发现无需聚合物而能够提供足够应力稳定性的仅有的结晶蜡为含羟基的蜡,例如本文所述的那些。上述内容进一步确认了这一观点,即结晶蜡上的羟基是本发明的关键。

Claims (21)
1、一种应力稳定起泡的洁肤液体组合物,它包括以液体组合物重量份计的如下组份:
(a)约0.5~10份结晶的含羟基稳定剂,选自下列物质:
其中
R2为R1或H
R3为R1或H
R4为C0-20烷基
R5为C0-20烷基
R6为C0-20烷基
R4+R5+R6=C10-22
和其中1≤x+y≤4;
其中
R7为-R4(COH)xR5(COH)yR6
M为Na+,K+或Mg++,或H;和
(iii)它们的混合物;
(b)约1~30份的类脂皮肤湿润剂,它在35℃的剪切指数为0.1~0.9和35℃下稠度k为5~5,000泊;
(c)约5~30份的表面活性剂,它的组合CMC平衡表面张力值15~50;和
(d)水;
其中所述应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物的类脂沉积值约5~1000,和其中所述组合物在38℃至少两周内是稳定的。
2、权利要求1的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述起泡洁肤液体组合物在35℃的剪切指数为0.30~0.05和35℃下稠度k为175~500泊。
3、权利要求1的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其含(a)约0.75~8份的结晶含羟基稳定剂;(b)约5~30份的类脂湿润剂,其中所述类脂湿润剂在35℃的粘度稠度k值为10~3,000泊和35℃下剪切指数为0.1~0.5;(c)约5~25份的表面活性剂,它在25℃下的组合CMC平衡表面张力值为25~40达因/厘米;和(d)约30~80份的水;其中所述液体组合物的类脂沉积值为约15~200微克/平方厘米。
4、权利要求3的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述类脂湿润剂选自烃类油和蜡、硅氧烷、脂肪酸衍生物、胆固醇、胆固醇衍生物、二和三甘油酯、植物油、植物油衍生物、液体非煮解油、液体煮解或非煮解油与固体多羟基聚酯的混合物、乙酰甘油酯、烷基酯、链烯基酯、羊毛脂及羊毛脂衍生物、乳状三甘油酯、蜡酯、蜂蜡衍生物、固醇、磷脂及其混合物。
5、权利要求4的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述结晶含羟基的稳定剂含三-12-羟基硬脂精。
6、权利要求5的起泡洁肤液体组合物,含约1.25-5份的结晶含羟基的稳定剂。
7、权利要求3的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述类脂湿润剂选自:凡士林、矿物油、微结晶蜡、聚烯烃类、石蜡、角铅矿、地蜡、聚乙烯和全氢角鲨烯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基硅氧烷、聚甲基硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、羟基化的乳状甘油酯、蓖麻油、豆油、马来酸化的豆油、红花油、棉籽油、玉米油、核桃油、花生油、橄榄油、鳕鱼肝油、杏仁油、鳄梨油、棕榈油、芝麻油、液体蔗糖辛酯、液体蔗糖辛酯和固体多羟基聚酯的混合物、羊毛脂油、羊毛脂蜡、羊毛脂醇、羊毛脂脂肪酸、羊毛脂异丙酯、乙酰化的羊毛脂、乙酰化的羊毛脂醇、亚油酸羊毛脂醇酯、蓖麻酸羊毛脂醇酯、蜡酯、蜂蜡衍生物、鲸蜡、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、硬脂酸硬脂酯、巴西棕榈蜡和小烛树蜡、胆固醇、胆固醇脂肪酸酯及其同系物、卵磷脂及其衍生物、神经鞘脂类、神经酰胺、糖神经鞘脂类及其同系物,和它们的混合物。
8、权利要求7的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述液体组合物的类脂沉积值为30~150;和其中至少75%的所述类脂相选自凡士林、凡士林和高分子量聚烯烃的混合物、矿物油、液体蔗糖辛酯、液体蔗糖辛酯和固体多羟基聚酯的混合物、氢化的和非氢化的聚丁烯、微结晶蜡、聚烯烃类、石蜡、角铅矿、地蜡、聚乙烯和全氢角鲨烯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基硅氧烷、聚甲基硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷和它们的混合物。
9、权利要求8的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中类脂相含比例为约5∶1至1∶1的凡士林和聚丁烯的混合物。
10、权利要求8的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中类脂相含比例为约96∶4至80∶20的液体蔗糖辛酯和固体多羟基聚酯的混合物。
11、权利要求8的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,它含约10~25份的类脂湿润剂,其中所述类脂的稠度k值为50~2,000泊,剪切指数为0.20~0.50。
12、权利要求1的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,它含5~25份表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂选自酰基羟乙磺酸盐、酰基肌氨酸盐、烷基甘油基醚磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、酰基乳酸盐、甲基酰基牛磺酸盐、石蜡磺酸盐、线性烷基苯磺酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸酯、烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基磷酸酯、乙氧基化的烷基磷酸酯、α-烯属硫酸酯、烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物,其中所述表面活性剂含C8~C22的烷基链和其中的相反离子选自Na,K,NH4,N(CH2CH2OH)3。
13、权利要求12的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述结晶含羟基的稳定剂含三-12-羟基硬脂精。
14、权利要求1的起泡洁肤液体组合物,它含约0.1至1份的水可分散的凝胶型的聚合物。
15、权利要求12的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中聚合物选自阳离子瓜耳胶类的阳离子多糖,其分子量为1,000~3,000,000,衍生自丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸,阴离子、阳离子和非离子纤维素树脂的阴离子、阳离子和非离子均聚物;二甲基二烷基氯化铵和丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;分子量为约10,00~4,000,000的阳离子聚烯烃和乙氧基聚烯亚胺聚乙二醇;及它们的混合物。
16、权利要求1的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述组合物另外含0.5~25份的水溶性有机物,和所述的水溶性有机物选自下式结构的多羟基化合物:
R1-O(CH2-CR2O)nH
其中R1为H,C1-C4烷基;R2为H,CH3和n=1-200;C2-C10链烷二醇类;胍;甘醇酸和甘醇酸盐;乳酸和乳酸盐;多羟基醇如山梨醇、甘油、己三醇、丙二醇、己二醇等;聚乙二醇;蔗糖和淀粉;蔗糖和淀粉衍生物;泛醇;吡咯烷酮羧酸;透明质酸;乳酰胺单乙醇胺;乙酰胺单乙醇胺;脲;和结构为(HOCH2CH2)xNHy的乙醇胺类,其中x=1-3;y=0-2和x+y=3,及它们的混合物;其中所述水溶性的有机物至少有50%溶于水。
17、权利要求1的起泡洁肤液体组合物,它还含有水相中的0.5~5份的热解法二氧化硅。
18、权利要求1的起泡洁肤液体组合物,它还含有0.5~3份的马来酸化的豆油。
19、一种起泡沫洁肤液体组合物,包括以液体组合物重量份计的如下组份:
(a)约1.25~5份的水不溶性的结晶羟基蜡稳定剂,其中该稳定剂含三-12-羟基硬脂精;
(b)约10~25份的类脂皮肤湿润剂,它在35℃的剪切指数为0.2~0.5和35℃下的稠度k为50~2,000泊;
(c)约10~25份的表面活性剂,它的组合CMC平衡表面张力值为15~50;和
(d)40~65份的水;
其中所述应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物的类脂沉积值(LDV)为约30~150。
20、权利要求19的应力稳定的起泡洁肤液体组合物,其中所述起泡清洁液在35℃的剪切指数为0.30~0.05和35℃下稠度k为175~500泊。
21、一种个人洗浴和洁肤组合用品,它包括:a)一种重量轻的聚合物菱形网眼个人清洁手持式海绵;b)权利要求1的应力稳定起泡和洁肤液体组合物。
