Judging whether to utilize the golden machine to be checked to execute the calibration process according to the response message, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when the response message is a first verification result, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for a calibration procedure; when the response message is the second calibration result, the golden machine to be calibrated is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
The step of checking whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information can also be executed at the MES102, in this way, the check request sent to the MES102 by the client 101 carries the identification information of the golden machine to be checked and can also carry the configuration information to be checked of the golden machine to be checked, and the MES102 receives the check request, so as to obtain the configuration information to be checked of the golden machine to be checked. The MES102 checks whether the calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be checked is consistent with the applicable check procedure of the standard golden machine, and the process of the MES102 for acquiring the check result can be as follows: the method comprises the steps of checking whether a calibration process to be executed by a golden machine to be checked is consistent with an applicable calibration process of a standard golden machine, checking whether a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the golden machine to be checked is consistent with a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the standard golden machine, checking whether the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period of the standard golden machine, and if the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period, checking whether the validity periods of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, and checking whether other attributes such as colors of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, so that the golden machine to be checked is the standard golden machine of the calibration process.
The MES102 sends the check result to the client 101, and the client 101 judges whether the golden machine to be checked is suitable for executing the calibration procedure according to the response message. When the client 101 acquires the response message as the first verification result, the golden machine to be verified is not a standard golden machine of the calibration procedure, namely the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure; when the response message is the second calibration result, the golden machine to be calibrated is not the standard golden machine of the calibration procedure, that is, the golden machine to be calibrated is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
The method for verifying the golden machine searches the standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the execution manufacturing system through the verification request, and receives the response message sent by the execution manufacturing system, so that whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure or not is verified, and the problem that the golden machine to be used at present cannot be guaranteed to be the standard golden machine corresponding to the calibration procedure is solved.
In one embodiment, the method for verifying a golden machine is applied to the manufacturing execution system 102, and includes steps 401 to 403 as shown in fig. 4.
Step 401, receiving a verification request carrying identification information sent by the client 101, where the verification request is used to instruct the manufacturing execution system 102 to obtain a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the identification information is used to identify an identity of a golden machine to be verified that is ready to execute a calibration procedure.
Client 101 sends the verification request to manufacturing execution system 102, and MES102 receives the verification request and parses the verification request for identification information and the request target. The request target is to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information.
Step 402, acquiring a response message corresponding to the identification information according to the verification request, wherein the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration process; and searching a standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the MES102 according to the verification request, acquiring a response message corresponding to the identification information, wherein the response message can be used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing a calibration procedure or not, and sending the response message to the client 101. It should be noted here that if the golden machine corresponding to the identification information is not found in the MES102, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration process. The MES102 stores in advance a standard golden machine used in the calibration process, and the standard arrangement information may include at least an application verification process of the standard golden machine, and may further include attributes such as an equipment model to which the calibration is applied, an application expiration date, and/or a color of the standard golden machine. And searching the standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the MES102, and acquiring a response message corresponding to the standard golden machine configuration information, wherein the response message can be used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure.
Step 403, sending a response message to the client 101.
The client 101 judges whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration process according to the response message. If the configuration information of the golden machine to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure; otherwise, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration process. The configuration information to be verified of the golden machine to be verified at least comprises a calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be verified in a preparation way, and can also comprise attributes such as a device model of the preparation calibration, an effective use period and/or a color of the golden machine to be verified. The standard configuration information includes at least an application verification process of the standard golden machine, and may include attributes such as a model of the equipment to which the calibration is applied, an applicable expiration date, and/or a color of the standard golden machine. The standard golden machine is a golden machine suitable for standard procedures, wherein configuration information and identification information are pre-stored in MES 102.
In one embodiment, the response message is standard configuration information, the standard configuration information at least comprises an applicable calibration procedure of a standard golden machine, and the standard golden machine is a golden machine which is stored in the execution manufacturing system and corresponds to the identification information;
the step of checking whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent may be performed at the client 101. The response message is standard configuration information of the standard golden machine, the standard configuration information at least comprises an applicable verification procedure of the standard golden machine, and the response message can also comprise attributes such as an equipment model applicable to calibration, an applicable valid period and/or a color of the standard golden machine. The standard golden machine is a golden machine suitable for standard procedures, wherein configuration information and identification information are pre-stored in MES 102. The client 101 obtains the configuration information to be verified, where the configuration information to be verified of the golden machine to be verified at least includes a calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be verified, and may also include attributes such as a device model to be calibrated, an expiration date and/or a color of the golden machine to be verified. And the client 101 checks whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, thereby determining whether the golden machine to be checked is suitable for the calibration process. If the configuration information of the golden machine to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the client 101 determines that the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing a calibration procedure; if the configuration information of the golden machine to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the client 101 determines that the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for executing the calibration procedure.
In one embodiment, the response message is a verification result of the MES102 verifying whether the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent, and the configuration information to be verified at least includes the calibration procedure.
The step of verifying whether the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent can also be executed at the MES102, the MES102 acquires the configuration information to be verified of the golden machine to be verified, verifies the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information, and sends a verification result as a response message to the client 101, wherein the verification result comprises: the first check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, and the second check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is inconsistent with the standard configuration information.
The configuration information of the golden machine to be verified at least comprises a calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be verified in a preparation way, and can also comprise attributes such as the equipment model of the preparation calibration, the service life and/or the color of the golden machine to be verified. The standard configuration information includes at least an application verification process of the standard golden machine, and may include attributes such as a model of the equipment to which the calibration is applied, an applicable expiration date, and/or a color of the standard golden machine. The standard golden machine is a golden machine suitable for standard procedures, wherein configuration information and identification information are pre-stored in MES 102.
It should be noted here that the process of checking whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent at the MES102 or the client 101 can be as follows: the method comprises the steps of checking whether a calibration process to be executed by a golden machine to be checked is consistent with an applicable calibration process of a standard golden machine, checking whether a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the golden machine to be checked is consistent with a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the standard golden machine, checking whether the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period of the standard golden machine, and if the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period, checking whether the validity periods of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, and checking whether other attributes such as colors of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, so that the golden machine to be checked is the standard golden machine of the calibration process.
In one embodiment, the response message is standard configuration information, and the response message is further used to prompt the client 101 to check whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent.
If the response message is the standard configuration information, the step of checking whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent may be performed at the client 101. The standard configuration information at least includes an applicable verification procedure of the standard golden machine, and may further include attributes such as a model of equipment to which calibration is applicable, an applicable valid period, and/or a color of the standard golden machine. The standard golden machine is a golden machine whose configuration information and identification information are stored in the MES102 and which is suitable for the calibration process. Before judging whether the calibration process is executed by using the golden machine to be checked or not by using the response message, the client 101 acquires configuration information to be checked. The configuration information of the golden machine to be verified at least comprises a calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be verified in a preparation way, and can also comprise attributes such as a device model of the preparation calibration, a service life and/or a color of the golden machine to be verified. And checking whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, thereby determining whether the golden machine to be checked is suitable for the calibration process. If the configuration information of the golden machine to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure; and if the configuration information of the golden machine to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
In one embodiment, the response message in the method for verifying the golden machine is a verification result for the manufacturing execution system 102 to verify whether the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, and includes steps 501 to 503 shown in fig. 5:
step 501, checking whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information;
step 502, when the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the verification result is a first result that the golden machine to be verified is applicable to the calibration procedure;
and 503, when the configuration information to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the verification result is a second result that the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
The step of verifying whether the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent can also be executed at the MES102, the MES102 verifies whether the calibration procedure to be executed by the golden machine to be verified and the applicable verification procedure of the standard golden machine are consistent, and the process of the MES102 acquiring the verification result may be: the method comprises the steps of checking whether a calibration process to be executed by a golden machine to be checked is consistent with an applicable calibration process of a standard golden machine, checking whether a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the golden machine to be checked is consistent with a machine type of equipment to be calibrated by the standard golden machine, checking whether the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period of the standard golden machine, and if the use date of the golden machine to be checked is within the validity period, checking whether the validity periods of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, and checking whether other attributes such as colors of the golden machine to be checked and the standard golden machine are consistent, so that the golden machine to be checked is the standard golden machine of the calibration process. The MES102 sends the verification result to the client 101, and the client 101 judges whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure according to the response message, wherein the verification result comprises: the first check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, and the second check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is inconsistent with the standard configuration information.
When the client 101 acquires the response message as the first verification result, the golden machine to be verified is not a standard golden machine of the calibration procedure, namely the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure; when the response message is the second calibration result, the golden machine to be calibrated is not the standard golden machine of the calibration procedure, that is, the golden machine to be calibrated is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
The method for verifying the gold machine comprises the following steps: receiving a verification request which is sent by a client 101 and carries identification information, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of a golden machine to be verified, which is ready to execute a calibration procedure; acquiring a response message corresponding to the identification information according to the verification request, wherein the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure; sending the response message to the client 101. And searching the standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the execution manufacturing system through the verification request, and receiving a response message sent by the execution manufacturing system, so that whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure is verified, and the problem that the golden machine to be used at present cannot be ensured to be the standard machine corresponding to the calibration procedure is solved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-5 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for verifying a golden machine is applied to a manufacturing execution system 102, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
a first receiving module 601, configured to receive a verification request carrying identification information and sent by the client 101, where the verification request is used to instruct the manufacturing execution system 102 to obtain a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the identification information is used to identify an identity of a golden machine to be verified, which is to perform a calibration procedure;
a first obtaining module 602, configured to obtain a response message corresponding to the identification information, where the response message is used to determine whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing a calibration procedure;
a first sending module 603, configured to send a response message to the client 101.
The device for verifying the golden machine searches the standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the execution manufacturing system through the verification request and receives the response message sent by the execution manufacturing system, so that whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure or not is verified, and the problem that the golden machine to be used at present cannot be guaranteed to be the standard golden machine corresponding to the calibration procedure is solved.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for verifying a golden machine is applied to the client 101, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
a second obtaining module 701, configured to obtain identification information of the golden machine to be verified before the golden machine to be verified executes the calibration procedure, where the identification information is used to identify an identity of the golden machine to be verified;
a second sending module 702, configured to send a verification request carrying identification information to the manufacturing execution system 102, where the verification request is used to instruct the manufacturing execution system 102 to obtain a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the response message is used to determine whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing a calibration procedure;
the second receiving module 703 is configured to receive a response message sent by the manufacturing execution system 102, and determine whether to execute a calibration procedure by using a golden machine to be verified according to the response message.
The device for verifying the golden machine searches the standard golden machine corresponding to the identification information in the execution manufacturing system through the verification request and receives the response message sent by the execution manufacturing system, so that whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure or not is verified, and the problem that the golden machine to be used at present cannot be guaranteed to be the standard golden machine corresponding to the calibration procedure is solved.
In one embodiment, the method for controlling the system to verify the golden machine comprises steps 801 to 806 as shown in fig. 8:
step 801, before the client 101 executes a calibration procedure by using the golden machine to be verified, acquiring identification information of the golden machine to be verified, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of the golden machine to be verified;
step 802, the client 101 sends a verification request carrying the identification information to the manufacturing execution system MES102, wherein the verification request is used for indicating the MES102 to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information;
step 803 MES102 retrieves the standard configuration information corresponding to the identification information,
step 804, sending the standard configuration information sent by MES102 to client 101;
step 805, the client 101 receives the standard configuration information sent by the MES102, and acquires the configuration information to be verified to verify with the standard configuration information;
step 806, the client 101 checks whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent; when the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure; when the configuration information to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
In one embodiment, the method for controlling the system to verify the golden machine includes steps 901 to 907 shown in fig. 9:
step 901, before the client 101 executes the calibration procedure by using the golden machine to be verified, acquiring identification information of the golden machine to be verified, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of the golden machine to be verified;
step 902, the client 101 obtains configuration information to be verified of the check machine;
step 903, sending a verification request carrying the identification information and the configuration information to be verified to manufacturing execution system MES102, wherein the verification request is also used for indicating manufacturing execution system MES102 to verify whether the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information;
step 904, the MES102 receives the verification request carrying the identification information and the configuration information to be verified sent by the client 101;
step 905, the MES102 verifies whether the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information according to the verification request, and the verification result includes: the first check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, and the second check result identifies that the configuration information to be checked is inconsistent with the standard configuration information;
step 906, the MES102 sends the verification result to the client 101;
step 907, the client 101 receives the verification result sent by the MES102, and determines whether to execute the calibration process by using the golden machine to be verified according to the response message, wherein when the response message is the first verification result, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration process, and when the response message is the second verification result, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration process.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 8-9 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 8-9 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The implementation of each module in the golden machine verification device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be in the form of a computer program. The computer program may be run on a terminal or a server. The program modules constituted by the computer program may be stored on the memory of the terminal or the server. Which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium. One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media containing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the steps of the method of verifying a golden machine.
A computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform a check-gold method.
Before a calibration procedure is executed by using a golden machine to be verified, acquiring identification information of the golden machine to be verified, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of the golden machine to be verified;
sending a verification request carrying identification information to a manufacturing execution system, wherein the verification request is used for indicating the manufacturing execution system to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing a calibration procedure;

1. A method for verifying a golden machine is applied to a client side and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
before a calibration procedure is executed by using a golden machine to be verified, acquiring identification information of the golden machine to be verified, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of the golden machine to be verified;
sending a verification request carrying the identification information to a manufacturing execution system, wherein the verification request is used for indicating the manufacturing execution system to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure;
and receiving the response message sent by the manufacturing execution system, and judging whether the gold machine to be verified is used for executing the calibration process according to the response message.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the response message is standard configuration information, the standard configuration information at least comprises an applicable calibration procedure of a standard golden machine, and the standard golden machine is a golden machine which is saved in a manufacturing system and corresponds to the identification information;
or, the response message is a verification result that the manufacturing execution system verifies whether the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent, and the configuration information to be verified at least comprises the calibration procedure.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the response message is the standard configuration information, and before determining whether to perform the calibration process using the golden machine to be verified according to the response message, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the configuration information to be verified of the golden machine to be verified.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining whether to perform the calibration process using the golden machine to be verified according to the response message comprises:
checking whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information;
when the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is suitable for the calibration procedure;
and when the configuration information to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the verification request further carries the verification configuration information, and the verification request is further used to instruct the manufacturing execution system to verify whether the verification configuration information is consistent with the standard configuration information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the response message is a verification result of the MES verifying whether the information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent,
the verification result comprises: a first check result and a second check result, the first check result identifying that the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information, the second check result identifying that the configuration information to be checked is inconsistent with the standard configuration information,
the step of judging whether to utilize the golden machine to be verified to execute the calibration process according to the response message comprises the following steps:
when the response message is the first verification result, the golden machine to be verified is applicable to the calibration procedure;
when the response message is the second check result, the golden machine to be checked is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
7. A method for verifying a golden machine, which is applied to a manufacturing execution system, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a verification request which is sent by a client and carries identification information, wherein the verification request is used for indicating the manufacturing execution system to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the identification information is used for identifying the identity of a golden machine to be verified, which is ready to execute a calibration procedure;
acquiring a response message corresponding to the identification information according to the verification request, wherein the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure;
and sending the response message to the client.

The method of claim 7, wherein the response message is standard configuration information, the standard configuration information at least comprises an applicable calibration procedure of a standard golden machine, and the standard golden machine is a golden machine corresponding to the identification information and stored in an execution manufacturing system;
or, the response message is a verification result that the manufacturing execution system verifies whether the configuration information to be verified and the standard configuration information are consistent, and the configuration information to be verified at least comprises the calibration procedure.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the response message is the standard configuration information, and the response message is further used to prompt the client to check whether the configuration information to be checked and the standard configuration information are consistent.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the response message is a verification result of the MES verifying whether the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, and the method further comprises:
checking whether the configuration information to be checked is consistent with the standard configuration information;
when the configuration information to be verified is consistent with the standard configuration information, the verification result is a first result of the golden machine to be verified, which is applicable to the calibration procedure;
and when the configuration information to be verified is inconsistent with the standard configuration information, the verification result is a second result that the golden machine to be verified is not suitable for the calibration procedure.
11. An apparatus for verifying a golden machine, applied to a manufacturing execution system, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a calibration module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a calibration request which is sent by a client and carries identification information, the calibration request is used for indicating the manufacturing execution system to acquire a response message corresponding to the identification information, and the identification information is used for identifying the identity of a golden machine to be calibrated, which is ready to execute a calibration procedure;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain a response message corresponding to the identification information, where the response message is used to determine whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure;
and the first sending module is used for sending the response message to the client.

the manufacturing execution system is used for receiving a verification request which is sent by a client and carries identification information, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the identity of a golden machine to be verified, which is ready to execute a calibration procedure; acquiring a response message corresponding to the identification information according to the verification request, wherein the response message is used for judging whether the golden machine to be verified is suitable for executing the calibration procedure; and sending the response message to the client.
