The working principle of the motor load testing tool in the embodiment is as follows: connecting a test motor 3 with a power supply to enable a test motor output shaft 4 on the test motor 3 to rotate, driving a test motor driven shaft 6 and a bicycle brake disc 7 to rotate by the test motor output shaft 4 through an output shaft connecting device 5, and then tensioning a brake cable 13 by pulling a tensioning brake cable screw 21, so that a brake caliper 12 can be tightly braked the bicycle brake disc 7, and the running load current on the corresponding test motor 3 is larger; releasing the tension cable screw 21 achieves the purpose of tensioning the brake cable 13, which causes the brake caliper 12 to release the bicycle brake disc 7 so that the running load current on the corresponding test motor 3 is smaller. The adjusting process is flexible and changeable, and the testing working condition is effectively optimized.
