Abstract
本发明公开了一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,包括底板,所述底板底部外壁的两侧均设置有垫片,且垫片分别位于底板底部外壁的四角,所述底板顶部外壁的两侧均设置有支撑板,所述底板右侧的支撑板的一侧外壁设置有收集板,且收集板的外壁远离支撑板的一侧涂抹有胶水,所述底板左侧的支撑板的一侧外壁开有矩形槽,且矩形槽的一侧内壁靠近顶部和底部的位置均设置有风扇,两个所述支撑板的顶部外壁均设置有顶板。本发明能够防止由于摩擦而产生大量的热量使泡沫塑料受到损坏,能够防止泡沫塑料在切割的过程中对泡沫塑料的切割造成影响,能够防止泡沫塑料碎屑粘附在切割刀盘的表面对操作员的视线造成影响。

经检索,中国专利授权号为CN106393223A的专利,公开了一种泡沫塑料板高效切割装置,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作效率高、不易造成意外、安全性高、人力成本较低、切割后的泡沫塑料切口平整、美观的泡沫塑料板高效切割装置,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种泡沫塑料板高效切割装置,包括有桌子、滑块、放置板、第一气缸、7型板、第二气缸、压板等,桌子上竖直开有滑槽,滑槽内滑动式的连接有滑块,滑块顶部焊接有放置板,放置板上水平开有凹槽,桌子后侧焊接有7型板,7型板底部后侧通过螺栓连接的方式连接有第一气缸。上述专利中存在以下不足:1、在对泡沫塑料进行切割时,由于切割刀盘快速旋转从而与泡沫塑料之间会产生大量的热量,而热量会对泡沫塑料进行灼烧从而使泡沫塑料受到损坏;2、在对泡沫塑料进行切割时,需要对泡沫塑料进行固定,防止泡沫塑料在切割时与装置之间发生偏移从而损坏泡沫塑料;3、在对泡沫塑料进行切割时,切割刀片上往往会粘附有大量的泡沫塑料碎屑,如果不及时的进行清理会导致泡沫塑料在切割过程中由于操作员的视线模糊而影响装置对泡沫塑料的切割。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,包括底板,所述底板底部外壁的两侧均设置有垫片,且垫片分别位于底板底部外壁的四角,所述底板顶部外壁的两侧均设置有支撑板,所述底板右侧的支撑板的一侧外壁设置有收集板,且收集板的外壁远离支撑板的一侧涂抹有胶水,所述底板左侧的支撑板的一侧外壁开有矩形槽,且矩形槽的一侧内壁靠近顶部和底部的位置均设置有风扇,两个所述支撑板的顶部外壁均设置有顶板,且顶板的底部外壁开有放置槽,所述放置槽的两侧内壁均开有第一沉孔,且两个第一沉孔的内壁均焊接有第一轴承,两个所述第一轴承的内壁均转动连接有第一螺纹丝杠,且第一螺纹丝杠的外壁螺纹连接有第一滑块,所述第一滑块的底部外壁位于中间的设置有液压杆,且液压杆的底部外壁设置有固定板,所述固定板底部外壁的两侧均焊接有支撑架,且两个支撑架的一侧外壁靠近底部的位置均开有第三沉孔,两个所述第三沉孔的内壁焊接有第三轴承,且两个第三轴承的内壁均转动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆的外壁位于中间的位置设置有切割刀盘,所述转动杆的一侧外壁设置有第一皮带轮,且第一皮带轮的外壁转动连接有皮带,所述固定板底部外壁的一侧焊接有固定块,且固定块的底部外壁设置有第二电动机,所述第二电动机输出轴的一端通过螺栓连接有第二皮带轮,且第二皮带轮与皮带之间形成转动连接。
进一步的,所述顶板的一侧外壁位于中间的位置设置有第一电动机,且第一电动机输出轴的一端与第一螺纹丝杠之间焊接。
进一步的,所述底板顶部外壁的两侧均设置有槽钢滑轨,且两个槽钢滑轨的底部内壁均滑动连接有固定腿,固定腿的顶部外壁焊接有切割板,切割板的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有切割槽。
进一步的,所述切割板顶部外壁的两侧均设置有固定架,且两个固定架顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有螺纹孔。
进一步的,两个所述螺纹孔的内壁均螺纹连接有固定螺栓,且两个固定螺栓的底部外壁均螺纹连接有夹板,夹板的底部外壁设置有等距离分布的凸块。
进一步的,所述底板的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有半圆槽,且半圆槽的两侧内壁均开有第二沉孔,第二沉孔的内壁焊接有第二轴承,第二轴承的内壁转动连接有第二螺纹丝杠。
进一步的,所述第二螺纹丝杠的外壁螺纹连接有第二滑块,且第二滑块的顶部外壁焊接有连接杆,连接杆的顶部外壁与切割板之间通过螺栓连接。
进一步的,所述第二螺纹丝杠的一侧外壁设置有转动盘,且转动盘的一侧外壁焊接有把手。
进一步的,所述风扇、第一电动机、第二电动机和液压杆均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有电源。
进一步的,所述固定板的底部外壁的两侧均设置有清理板,且两个清理板的一侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有清理刷,清理刷与切割刀盘之间接触。
本发明的有益效果为:
1. 通过设置的矩形槽、风扇和收集板,使得装置在切割时能够对切割刀盘进行降温处理,防止切割刀盘快速转动导致切割刀盘与泡沫塑料之间由于摩擦而产生大量的热量,热量会对泡沫塑料进行灼烧从而使泡沫塑料受到损坏,通过收集板能够对切割后的碎屑进行粘附收集,防止由于风扇而使泡沫塑料随意飞散导致环境受到污染。
2. 通过设置的固定螺栓、夹板和凸块,能够增大泡沫塑料与装置之间的摩擦力,以便于对泡沫塑料进行固定,防止泡沫塑料在切割的过程中与装置之间发生偏移导致泡沫塑料受到损坏对泡沫塑料的切割造成影响。
3. 通过设置的清理板和清理刷,使得装置能够对粘附在切割刀盘表面的泡沫塑料碎屑进行清理,防止切割刀盘在切割泡沫塑料时由于静电导致大量的泡沫塑料碎屑粘附在切割刀盘的表面对操作员的视线造成影响。
4. 通过设置的转动盘和把手,使得装置能够根据操作员的要求对泡沫塑料的切割尺寸进行调节,以便于对模型进行制作,防止切割的尺寸过大或者过小对模型的制作造成影响。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-5,一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,包括底板1,底板1底部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓连接有垫片2,且垫片2分别位于底板1底部外壁的四角,底板1顶部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓连接有支撑板3,底板1右侧的支撑板3的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有收集板4,且收集板4的外壁远离支撑板3的一侧涂抹有胶水,能够对切割后的碎屑进行粘附收集,防止泡沫塑料随意飞散导致环境受到污染,底板1左侧的支撑板3的一侧外壁开有矩形槽14,且矩形槽14的一侧内壁靠近顶部和底部的位置均通过螺栓连接有风扇13,使得装置在切割时能够对泡沫塑料进行降温处理,防止装置与泡沫塑料之间由于摩擦而产生大量的热量,热量会对泡沫塑料进行灼烧从而使泡沫塑料受到损坏,两个支撑板3的顶部外壁均通过螺栓连接有顶板,且顶板的底部外壁开有放置槽6,放置槽6的两侧内壁均开有第一沉孔,且两个第一沉孔的内壁均焊接有第一轴承,两个第一轴承的内壁均转动连接有第一螺纹丝杠7,且第一螺纹丝杠7的外壁螺纹连接有第一滑块9,第一滑块9的底部外壁位于中间的通过螺栓连接有液压杆10,且液压杆10的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有固定板11,固定板11底部外壁的两侧均焊接有支撑架12,且两个支撑架12的一侧外壁靠近底部的位置均开有第三沉孔,两个第三沉孔的内壁焊接有第三轴承,且两个第三轴承的内壁均转动连接有转动杆25,转动杆25的外壁位于中间的位置通过螺栓连接有切割刀盘26,转动杆25的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有第一皮带轮27,且第一皮带轮27的外壁转动连接有皮带28,固定板11底部外壁的一侧焊接有固定块30,且固定块30的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有第二电动机8,第二电动机8输出轴的一端通过螺栓连接有第二皮带轮29,且第二皮带轮29与皮带28之间形成转动连接。
本发明中,顶板的一侧外壁位于中间的位置通过螺栓连接有第一电动机5,且第一电动机5输出轴的一端与第一螺纹丝杠7之间焊接,底板1顶部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓连接有槽钢滑轨21,且两个槽钢滑轨21的底部内壁均滑动连接有固定腿20,固定腿20的顶部外壁焊接有切割板19,切割板19的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有切割槽24,切割板19顶部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓连接有固定架16,且两个固定架16顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有螺纹孔,两个螺纹孔的内壁均螺纹连接有固定螺栓15,且两个固定螺栓15的底部外壁均螺纹连接有夹板17,夹板17的底部外壁设置有等距离分布的凸块18,能够增大泡沫塑料与装置之间的摩擦力,以便于对泡沫塑料进行固定,防止泡沫塑料在切割的过程中与装置之间发生偏移导致泡沫塑料受到损坏对泡沫塑料的切割造成影响,底板1的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有半圆槽22,且半圆槽22的两侧内壁均开有第二沉孔,第二沉孔的内壁焊接有第二轴承35,第二轴承35的内壁转动连接有第二螺纹丝杠36,第二螺纹丝杠36的外壁螺纹连接有第二滑块37,且第二滑块37的顶部外壁焊接有连接杆23,连接杆23的顶部外壁与切割板19之间通过螺栓连接,第二螺纹丝杠36的一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有转动盘33,且转动盘33的一侧外壁焊接有把手34,风扇13、第一电动机5、第二电动机8和液压杆10均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有电源,固定板11的底部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓连接有清理板31,且两个清理板31的一侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有清理刷32,清理刷32与切割刀盘26之间接触,使得装置能够对粘附在切割刀盘26表面的泡沫塑料碎屑进行清理,防止切割刀盘26在切割泡沫塑料时由于静电导致大量的泡沫塑料碎屑粘附在切割刀盘26的表面对操作员的视线造成影响。
使用时,将需要切割的泡沫塑料放置在切割板19上,拧紧固定螺栓15使夹板17对泡沫塑料进行夹紧,通过凸块18增大泡沫塑料与夹板17之间的摩擦力,以便于对泡沫塑料进行固定,固定完成后,打开开关,第一电动机5会带动第一螺纹丝杠7进行转动,从而对切割的位置进行调节,调节完成后,液压杆10会带动切割刀盘26下降,通过第二电动机8带动第二皮带轮29快速转动,从而使第一皮带轮27带动转动杆25快速转动,使切割刀盘26对泡沫塑料进行切割,在切割过程中风扇13会进行工作,从而使风扇13对切割刀盘26进行降温处理,防止由于摩擦而产生大量的热量导致泡沫塑料受到损坏,收集板4会对泡沫塑料碎屑进行收集,在切割的过程中,清理刷32会对切割刀盘26表面的碎屑进行清理,通过转动盘33和把手34带动第二螺纹丝杠36转动从而对泡沫塑料的切割尺寸进行调节。

1.一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)底部外壁的两侧均设置有垫片(2),且垫片(2)分别位于底板(1)底部外壁的四角,所述底板(1)顶部外壁的两侧均设置有支撑板(3),所述底板(1)右侧的支撑板(3)的一侧外壁设置有收集板(4),且收集板(4)的外壁远离支撑板(3)的一侧涂抹有胶水,所述底板(1)左侧的支撑板(3)的一侧外壁开有矩形槽(14),且矩形槽(14)的一侧内壁靠近顶部和底部的位置均设置有风扇(13),两个所述支撑板(3)的顶部外壁均设置有顶板,且顶板的底部外壁开有放置槽(6),所述放置槽(6)的两侧内壁均开有第一沉孔,且两个第一沉孔的内壁均焊接有第一轴承,两个所述第一轴承的内壁均转动连接有第一螺纹丝杠(7),且第一螺纹丝杠(7)的外壁螺纹连接有第一滑块(9),所述第一滑块(9)的底部外壁位于中间的设置有液压杆(10),且液压杆(10)的底部外壁设置有固定板(11),所述固定板(11)底部外壁的两侧均焊接有支撑架(12),且两个支撑架(12)的一侧外壁靠近底部的位置均开有第三沉孔,两个所述第三沉孔的内壁焊接有第三轴承,且两个第三轴承的内壁均转动连接有转动杆(25),所述转动杆(25)的外壁位于中间的位置设置有切割刀盘(26),所述转动杆(25)的一侧外壁设置有第一皮带轮(27),且第一皮带轮(27)的外壁转动连接有皮带(28),所述固定板(11)底部外壁的一侧焊接有固定块(30),且固定块(30)的底部外壁设置有第二电动机(8),所述第二电动机(8)输出轴的一端通过螺栓连接有第二皮带轮(29),且第二皮带轮(29)与皮带(28)之间形成转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述顶板的一侧外壁位于中间的位置设置有第一电动机(5),且第一电动机(5)输出轴的一端与第一螺纹丝杠(7)之间焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)顶部外壁的两侧均设置有槽钢滑轨(21),且两个槽钢滑轨(21)的底部内壁均滑动连接有固定腿(20),固定腿(20)的顶部外壁焊接有切割板(19),切割板(19)的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有切割槽(24)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割板(19)顶部外壁的两侧均设置有固定架(16),且两个固定架(16)顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有螺纹孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,两个所述螺纹孔的内壁均螺纹连接有固定螺栓(15),且两个固定螺栓(15)的底部外壁均螺纹连接有夹板(17),夹板(17)的底部外壁设置有等距离分布的凸块(18)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部外壁位于中间的位置开有半圆槽(22),且半圆槽(22)的两侧内壁均开有第二沉孔,第二沉孔的内壁焊接有第二轴承(35),第二轴承(35)的内壁转动连接有第二螺纹丝杠(36)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述第二螺纹丝杠(36)的外壁螺纹连接有第二滑块(37),且第二滑块(37)的顶部外壁焊接有连接杆(23),连接杆(23)的顶部外壁与切割板(19)之间通过螺栓连接。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述第二螺纹丝杠(36)的一侧外壁设置有转动盘(33),且转动盘(33)的一侧外壁焊接有把手(34)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述风扇(13)、第一电动机(5)、第二电动机(8)和液压杆(10)均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有电源。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设计用泡沫塑料模型切割装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(11)的底部外壁的两侧均设置有清理板(31),且两个清理板(31)的一侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有清理刷(32),清理刷(32)与切割刀盘(26)之间接触。
