Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
Generally, in the process of using a refrigerator or freezer, a large amount of stored articles are increased, or a large number of articles are required to be stored, such as a temporary large amount of refrigeration storage in a certain period of time in holidays and the like.
In the prior art, the volume of a certain chamber inside the refrigerator is increased or decreased, but the total volume of the refrigerator is not changed at all, so that the prior art cannot really increase the volume of the refrigerator when the storage space needs to be increased, and the total volume of the refrigerator is flexibly adjustable;
meanwhile, in the process of adjusting the volume of the refrigerator, due to the gravity of the refrigerator body, the stability of the refrigerator cannot be guaranteed if no good support exists in the use process after the volume is increased or reduced. For example, chinese patent No. CN205569251 discloses a portable nursing box, which comprises a box body, a drawer, a box cover, and roller assemblies, wherein the roller assemblies are used as rollers of the drawer in the box body, and the drawer is unfolded under the action of a torsion spring when being pulled out, and is used as a supporting rod of the drawer.
However, when the drawer is pushed inwards, the support rod needs to be manually rotated back until the drawer is pushed in, which is troublesome in operation; and after the drawer is pulled out, the drawer is continuously pulled under the condition that the stay bar is vertical, so that the stay bar can rotate backwards to support unstable conditions, potential safety hazards exist, and the service life of the box body can be damaged in the long term.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a refrigerator.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a refrigerator comprises an outer box body, an inner box body and a front door which is pivotally connected to the front side of the inner box body, wherein the outer box body is nested outside the inner box body, the rear side opening of the inner box body and the front side opening of the outer box body are opened so that a closed space is formed between the inner box body and the outer box body, and the volume of the closed space is changed in the process of pulling the inner box body; the outer box includes the bottom, interior box includes the bottom plate and sets up two curb plates on the bottom plate, interior box still includes:
the supporting component comprises a stopping part, a supporting part and a locking part which are sequentially close to the side plates from front to back respectively, the supporting part comprises a supporting part which can be connected to the side plates or the bottom plate in a pivoting way, the supporting part can rotate to the lower side of the bottom plate to support the inner box body, and the locking part can be movably connected to the side plates or the bottom plate;
the trigger assembly is electrically connected with the locking piece to control the locking piece to pop out outwards or retract inwards to the side plate or the bottom plate;
in the process of pulling the inner box body open, the lower part of the supporting part firstly leaves the bottom of the outer box body so as to rotate towards the direction of the outer box body to be vertical to the horizontal plane and abut against the stop piece; the inner box body is continuously pulled open, the trigger assembly is separated from the bottom of the outer box body, and the locking piece pops up to stop the supporting part;
in the pushing process of the inner box body, when the inner box body is pushed to the triggering assembly to sense the bottom of the outer box body, the locking piece retracts, the supporting portion is in contact with the bottom of the outer box body and rotates towards the direction deviating from the outer box body, and then the inner box body is pushed completely.
As a further improvement of the invention, the supporting part further comprises a first roller connected to the tail end of the supporting part, and the first roller can roll along the horizontal plane after the supporting part rotates to the vertical horizontal plane in the process of pulling the inner box body open.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the support assembly further includes a rotating shaft connecting the support member and the side plate or the bottom plate, the support member being rotatable around the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft being provided between the stopper member and the locking member in the front-rear direction.
As a further improvement of the invention, the distance between the rotating shaft and the first roller is equal to the vertical distance between the rotating shaft and the horizontal plane.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the side plate or the bottom plate is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating the locking portion, when the trigger assembly is separated from the bottom of the case, the locking member is ejected out of the accommodating space, and when the trigger assembly abuts against the bottom of the case, the locking member is retracted into the accommodating space.
As a further improvement of the invention, the trigger assembly includes a trigger portion, the locking member being ejected when the trigger portion is de-energized, and the locking member being retracted when the trigger portion is energized.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the trigger assembly includes a connecting portion connected between the trigger portion and the side plate or the bottom plate and an electrical connection line communicated with a power supply, when the trigger portion abuts against the bottom of the outer box body, the electrical connection line is connected to the trigger portion, and the trigger portion is energized; when the trigger part is separated from the bottom of the outer box body, the trigger part falls downwards and is separated from the electric connecting wire.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the connecting portion includes a fixing portion fixed to the side plate or the bottom plate and a spring connecting the fixing portion and the trigger portion, and when the trigger portion abuts against the bottom of the outer case, the spring is in a compressed state.
As a further improvement of the invention, a second roller is arranged on the bottom plate of the inner box body far away from the front door.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the invention provides a refrigerator, which realizes the adjustment of the total volume of the refrigerator through the change of the volume of a closed space in the process of pulling an inner box body, and meets the requirements of users in different periods;
the supporting component is matched with the outer box body, so that the inner box body is always supported in the pulling process and the static state, the stability is enhanced, and the service life is prolonged;
the whole process does not need to manually adjust the position of the supporting piece, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is better.

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a refrigerator 100, wherein the refrigerator 100 includes an outer box 2, an inner box 1 and a front door 3 pivotally connected to a front side of the inner box 1, the outer box 2 is nested outside the inner box 1, and a rear side of the inner box 1 is opened and a front side of the outer box 2 is opened so that a closed space is formed between the inner box 1 and the outer box 2, and a volume of the closed space changes during pulling the inner box 1;
it should be noted that the terms "front side" and "rear side" are used for relative positional relationship, and are only used for describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and it should be understood that the positions of the outer box 2 and the inner box 1 can also be described by using "left side" and "right side", for example;
outer box 2 includes bottom 21, interior box 1 includes bottom plate 10 and sets up two curb plates 20 on bottom plate 10, interior box 1 still includes:
a support assembly 30 including a stopper 31, a support 32 and a locking member 33 respectively disposed adjacent to the side plate 20 from front to back in sequence, wherein the support 32 includes a support 321 pivotably connected to the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10, the support 321 is rotatable to the lower side of the bottom plate 10 to support the inner box 1, and the locking member 33 is movably connected to the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10;

in the process of pulling the inner box body 1 open, the lower part of the supporting part 321 firstly leaves the bottom 21 of the outer box body 2 and rotates towards the direction of the outer box body 2 to be vertical to the horizontal plane and abuts against the stop part 31, and the unstable condition of the inner box body 1 caused by the fact that the tail end of the supporting part 321 continues to rotate towards the direction of the outer box body 2 is avoided through the abutting action of the stop part 31; the inner box body 1 is continuously pulled open, the trigger assembly 40 is separated from the bottom 21 of the outer box body 2, and the locking piece 33 is popped out to stop the supporting part 321, so that the unstable condition of the inner box body 1 caused by outward rotation of the tail end of the supporting part 321 is prevented in the pulling process of the inner box body 1;
when the inner case 1 is pushed forward until the trigger assembly 40 senses the bottom 21 of the outer case 2 during the pushing of the inner case 1, the locking member 33 is retracted to make a space for allowing the end of the supporting portion 321 to rotate outward; the supporting portion 321 is in contact with the bottom 21 of the outer box body 2 and rotates in the direction away from the outer box body 2, then the inner box body 1 is completely pushed, the supporting portion 321 is in the process that the inner box body 1 is pulled, the position does not need to be manually adjusted by a user, the operation is simple and convenient, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the supporting member 32 further includes a first roller 322 connected to the end of the supporting portion 321, and in the process of pulling the inner box 1 open, when the supporting portion 321 rotates to a vertical horizontal plane, the first roller 322 can roll along the horizontal plane, so that in the process of pulling the inner box 1, a user can pull the inner box by applying a force in the horizontal direction slightly, which is time-saving and labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 2, the supporting assembly 30 further includes a rotating shaft 34 connecting the supporting member 32 and the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10, the supporting member 32 can rotate around the rotating shaft 34, and the rotating shaft 34 is disposed between the stopper 31 and the locking member 33 in the front-rear direction; specifically, the distance between the rotating shaft 34 and the first roller 322 is equal to the vertical distance between the rotating shaft 34 and the horizontal plane, so that when the supporting portion 321 rotates to the vertical horizontal plane, the inner box 1 is pulled out or pushed in the horizontal direction, which is stable and labor-saving.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10 is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating the locking portion, when the trigger assembly 40 is separated from the bottom 21 of the box body, the locking member 33 is ejected out of the accommodating space, and when the trigger assembly 40 abuts against the bottom 21 of the box body, the locking member 33 is retracted into the accommodating space.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the trigger assembly 40 includes a trigger portion 41, when the trigger portion 41 is de-energized, the locking member 33 is ejected, and when the trigger portion 41 is energized, the locking member 33 is retracted; in the embodiment of the present invention, the triggering component 40 includes a connecting portion 42 connected between the triggering portion 41 and the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10, and an electrical connecting wire communicated with a power supply, when the triggering portion 41 abuts against the bottom 21 of the outer case 2, the electrical connecting wire is connected to the triggering portion 41, and the triggering portion 41 is energized; when the trigger part 41 is separated from the bottom 21 of the outer box 2, the trigger part 41 falls downwards and is separated from the electric connecting wire;
the bottom plate 10 or the side plate 20 is further provided with an opening which enables the trigger part 41 to move, when the inner box body 1 is pulled to the state that the trigger assembly 40 is separated from the bottom 21 of the outer box body 2, the trigger part 41 extends out of the opening due to gravity and then is disconnected from the point connecting line; when the trigger assembly 40 abuts against the bottom 21 of the outer case 2, the trigger portion 41 is forced upward by the pushing force to connect with the electrical connection wire.
Further, the connecting portion 42 includes a fixing portion 421 fixed on the side plate 20 or the bottom plate 10 and a spring 422 connecting the fixing portion 421 and the trigger portion 41, when the inner box 1 is not pulled out, the spring 422 is compressed by an external force of the bottom 21 of the outer box 2 to electrify the trigger portion 41, and the locking member 33 is retracted; when the outer box 2 is pulled out until the trigger assembly 40 is separated from the bottom 21 of the outer box 2, the spring 422 is free from external force to make the trigger part 41 fall downwards and be separated from the electric connection line, so that the locking piece 33 is ejected after power failure;
through the action of force between the spring 422 and the bottom 21 of the outer box 2, the trigger assembly 40 is powered on and powered off to retract and eject the locking piece 33, so that manual operation of a user is not needed, and the structure is simple.
Of course, if the triggering portion 41 is shaped to extend obliquely downward in a direction away from the outer case 2, so that the triggering portion 41 can automatically disengage from or abut against the outer case 2, thereby powering off or on, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a second roller 11 is further disposed on the bottom plate 10 of the inner box 1 away from the front door 3 so as to facilitate the inner box 1 to be pulled out or pushed in, so that the inner box 1 is more stable in the pulling or pushing process, and the burden of the user is reduced.
In summary, the present invention provides a refrigerator 100, wherein a closed space is formed between the inner box 1 and the outer box 2 by opening the rear side of the inner box, and the volume of the closed space changes during the process of pulling the inner box 1, so that the total volume of the refrigerator 100 can be adjusted, and the requirements of users in different periods are met; through the matching of the supporting component 30 and the outer box body 2, the inner box body 1 is always supported in the pulling process and the static state, the stability is enhanced, and the service life is prolonged; through the arrangement of the first roller 322 and the second roller 11, a user can pull the inner box body 1 by applying horizontal force, so that time and labor are saved; the position of the support piece 32 does not need to be manually adjusted in the whole process, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the user experience feeling is better.
