Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of liquid storage device products for air conditioner compressors, in particular to a dotting fixing device used when a liquid storage device steel connecting pipe for an air conditioner compressor is assembled with a cylinder body.
Background
The accumulator for the air conditioner compressor comprises a steel connecting pipe and a barrel body in the assembling and butt joint process in the production and processing process, and a dotting fixing device is needed. The current dotting positioning device is a hydraulic system and comprises three hydraulic cylinders which are uniformly distributed at 360 degrees, the hydraulic cylinders are controlled to axially move through electromagnetic valves respectively, and dotting is carried out on the metal cylinder, namely, impact and pressure are applied to the three points, three punctiform depressions are formed, and positioning or connection between the metal cylinder and a steel connecting pipe of an inner sleeve of the metal cylinder is realized.
The drawbacks of the prior art described above are: 1. the axial movement of the three hydraulic cylinders is controlled through 3 electromagnetic valves, the running speed and displacement of the main shafts of the hydraulic cylinders are asynchronous, so that one point is severely deformed by extrusion when the cylinder is extruded, the gap between the matched positions is reduced, and the cylinder is deformed in an elliptical manner when the other two points are extruded again, and is not concentric with a steel connecting pipe and uneven in gap; 2. the oil cylinder has low driving reaction speed and low production efficiency; 3. three extrusion heads are fixed on 3 different pneumatic cylinders through threaded connection, need readjust 3 towards needle length when striking to the barrel that the external diameter is less, the adjustment degree of difficulty is great, strike the degree of depth uniformity relatively poor.

the clamping die part is a die core fixedly arranged on the connecting bottom plate; a cylinder positioning sleeve sleeved on the periphery of the cylinder for positioning and a steel connecting pipe positioning core rod inserted in the steel connecting pipe for supporting are arranged in the cavity at the upper part of the mold core;
the power mechanism is driven by a cylinder, the cylinder is fixed on a cylinder fixing plate, the connecting bottom plate and the cylinder fixing plate are arranged in parallel, and the connecting bottom plate and the cylinder fixing plate are connected and supported through a fixed connecting rod; the outer end part of the push rod of the air cylinder is provided with a material ejection plate, the material ejection plate is connected with a material ejection connecting rod, and the material ejection connecting rod passes through the connecting bottom plate to act on the supporting plate;
the dotting and stamping mechanism comprises an outer sleeve die and an inner inclinator guide plate which are arranged on the supporting plate; the inclinator is in sliding fit with the inclinator guide plate, and the inclined surfaces of the inclinator and the inclinator guide plate correspond to each other; the root of the punching needle is connected to the inclinator; the side wall of the cavity at the upper part of the mold core is provided with a guide hole, a punching needle penetrates through the guide hole, and the head part acts on the joint part of the cylinder body and the steel connecting pipe;
the control part is that the air cylinder is connected with an external air source through the control of an electromagnetic valve; and a travel switch is arranged at the upper position and the lower position of the air cylinder respectively and is connected with the electromagnetic valve to control the ascending or descending of the air cylinder push rod.
The invention provides an air conditioner compressor reservoir steel connecting pipe and cylinder assembly dotting positioning device, which has the following positive effects:
1. the short-stroke single-cylinder driving is realized through the oblique device labor-saving mechanism, the synchronous feeding of a plurality of punching pins is realized, the dotting of a plurality of positions is realized corresponding to the spinning type liquid storage device cylinder body, the problem of cylinder ellipse after dotting is solved, the consistency of the welding gap between the cylinder body and the steel connecting pipe is ensured, and the welding quality is greatly improved;
2. the pneumatic control is easy to realize automatic control, reduces power consumption and waste liquid discharge compared with hydraulic transmission, has high speed and improves production efficiency;
3. for the replacement of products with different specifications, only the cylinder stroke adjusting nut is required to be adjusted, the corresponding cylinder locating sleeve and the steel connecting pipe locating core rod are required to be replaced, the punching needle is not required to be adjusted, and the replacement efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the dotting and stamping mechanism comprises an outer sleeve die 10 and an inner whipstock guide plate 11 which are arranged on the supporting plate 9; the inclinator 12 is in sliding fit with the inclinator guide plate 11, and the inclined surfaces of the inclinator 12 and the inclinator guide plate correspond to each other; the tail part of the punching needle 13 is a circular boss, is embedded in a corresponding groove of the whipstock 12, and is fixedly connected by a bolt penetrating through the groove, so that the punching needle 13 is ensured to be fixed at the central position of the whipstock 12; the side wall of the cavity at the upper part of the mold core is provided with a guide hole, the punching needle 13 passes through the guide hole, and the head part of the punching needle acts on the joint part of the cylinder 15 and the steel connecting pipe 14;
as shown in fig. 2, the sleeve die 10 on the outer side of the supporting plate 9 and the deflector 11 on the inner side are integrated by radial bolt connection, and then are fixed by vertical bolt connection with the supporting plate to transfer the force of the up-and-down movement of the cylinder 3, and the force is converted into the inward movement or the reset of the punching needle 13.
The control part is that the air cylinder is connected with an external air source through the control of an electromagnetic valve; the upper and lower positions of the air cylinder are respectively provided with a travel switch 2, which can be a photoelectric switch or a proximity switch, and are connected with the electromagnetic valve to control the upward or downward movement of the push rod of the air cylinder.
Further, a cylinder stroke adjusting nut is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder push rod, and the position of the cylinder stroke adjusting nut on the cylinder push rod is changed by rotating the cylinder stroke adjusting nut so as to control the maximum stroke of the cylinder push rod, and then the displacement distance of the punching needle 13 to the inner side is adjusted so as to be suitable for extrusion of cylinders 15 with different specifications. The cylinder stroke adjusting nut is characterized in that the cylinder stroke adjusting nut is arranged on the cylinder wall, and the cylinder stroke adjusting nut is sleeved on the cylinder push rod.
Further, the whipstock guide plate 11 is in sliding fit with the whipstock 12 in a T-shaped groove or a dovetail groove, and the punch pin 13 moves linearly inwards under the action of the guide hole of the die core 8.
Furthermore, the invention comprises 3 dotting stations which are equiangularly distributed within 360 degrees, namely, the side wall of the cavity at the upper part of the mold core is provided with 3 guide holes, and correspondingly, the whipstock 12 is provided with 3 punching pins 13 which respectively penetrate through the 3 guide holes.
When the automatic punching machine works, the electromagnetic valve is started to control the push rod of the air cylinder 3 to move upwards, the supporting plate 9, the supporting plate driving sleeve film 10 and the oblique device guide plate 11 are driven to move upwards through the material supporting plate 6 and the material supporting connecting rod 7, the oblique device 12 moves horizontally under the action of the oblique device guide plate oblique surface to drive the punching needle 13, the punching needle 13 moves radially inwards under the action of the guide hole of the mold core, three points of the workpiece cylinder 15 are punched simultaneously, the three points of the cylinder deform simultaneously under the extrusion of the punching needle, and point tight fit is realized with the steel connecting pipe 14. After the cylinder push rod acts in place, the upper travel switch acts, the cylinder starts to exhaust and descend, the supporting plate 9, the sleeve die 10, the inclinator guide plate 11 and the inclinator 12 are pulled to descend, and the punching needle 13 moves to reset in the radial outer side. After the cylinder push rod descends to the right, the lower travel switch acts, and the descending is stopped, so that the one-time dotting process is completed. Aiming at products with different types and specifications, the buffer sleeve 1 or the rotary cylinder stroke adjusting nut is only required to be replaced, the installation position of the switch is adjusted and formed, and the corresponding cylinder positioning sleeve 16 and the steel connecting tube positioning core rod 17 are replaced.
