The embodiment of the invention provides a sole cleaning device, which comprises a first shell, a second shell, a cleaning device and an induction device, wherein the first shell is provided with a first accommodating cavity, the cleaning device is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity, the second shell is provided with a second accommodating cavity for accommodating shoes, the first shell is detachably connected with the second shell, the first accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating cavity so that the shoes can be attached to the cleaning device, and the induction device is arranged at the junction of the first shell and the second shell and is electrically connected with the cleaning device.
Further, the cleaning device comprises a driving device and a brushing device, the driving device is connected with the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, the brushing device is connected with the driving device, and the driving device is used for driving the brushing device to reciprocate.
Further, the driving device comprises a transmission assembly and a motor, a sliding rail is arranged on the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, the brushing device is in sliding fit with the sliding rail, and the transmission assembly is respectively connected with the brushing device and the output end of the motor.
Further, the transmission assembly comprises a crank connecting rod mechanism and a gear assembly, wherein the crank connecting rod mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, the crank connecting rod mechanism is connected with the brushing device, the crank connecting rod mechanism is matched with the gear assembly, and the gear assembly is matched with the output end of the motor.
Further, the brushing device comprises a brush and a water supply and drainage device, the brush is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, and the water supply and drainage device is connected with the brush.
Further, a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the brush, the water supply and drainage device comprises a water inlet pipeline and a drainage assembly, the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the first through hole, and the drainage assembly is located below the brush.
Further, the drainage assembly comprises a water collecting funnel and a drainage pipeline, wherein the water collecting funnel is arranged below the brush, and the water collecting funnel is communicated with the drainage pipeline.
Further, the sole cleaning device further comprises a first water circulation device and a second water circulation device, the water inlet pipeline and the water drainage pipeline are connected with the first water circulation device, and the water inlet pipeline and the water drainage pipeline are connected with the second water circulation device.
Further, the first water circulation device comprises a first water storage tank, an activated carbon filter and a sponge filter, wherein the water drainage pipeline is communicated with the sponge filter, the sponge filter is communicated with the first water storage tank, the sponge filter is used for filtering water discharged by the cleaning device, the first water storage tank is communicated with the water inlet pipeline, the activated carbon filter is arranged in the first water storage tank, and the activated carbon filter is used for filtering water discharged by the cleaning device again.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a sole cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the invention. The sole cleaning device 1 is mainly applied to clean environment and is a household product for quickly obtaining clean soles. The sole cleaning device 1 is generally placed at the position of the right-entry door to replace the traditional carpet, so that a user can conveniently enter the room without carrying a large amount of dust, the clean and tidy state can be kept in the room for a long time, the number of times that the user cleans the room is reduced, the rest time is saved for the user, and the user experience is improved. The sole cleaning device 1 can be easily disassembled and assembled, is convenient to clean the inside, is flexible and simple to operate, and can save water resources.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a brushing device 42 of a cleaning device 4 of a sole cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a water supply and drainage device 422 of the brushing device 42 of the cleaning device 4 of the sole cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1-3 in combination.
The sole cleaning device 1 comprises a first shell 2, a second shell 3, a cleaning device 4 and an induction device 5, wherein the first shell 2 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 21, the cleaning device 4 is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 21, the second shell 3 is provided with a second accommodating cavity 31 for accommodating shoes, the first shell 2 is detachably connected with the second shell 3, the first accommodating cavity 21 is communicated with the second accommodating cavity 31 so that the shoes can be attached to the cleaning device 4, the induction device 5 is arranged at the junction of the first shell 2 and the second shell 3, and the induction device 5 is electrically connected with the cleaning device 4.
It should be noted that, can dismantle through first casing 2 and second casing 3 and connect, can clear up the inside of sole cleaning device 1 when not using sole cleaning device 1, when need clean the sole, only need with second casing 3 and first casing 2 equipment, put into the second casing 3 to shoes to laminate with cleaning device 4, when induction device 5 sensed the existence of shoes, just start cleaning device 4 clean the shoes bottom, when shoes leave, in time close cleaning device 4, whole sole cleaning device 1 flexible operation is simple and convenient, and can the water economy resource.
The first casing 2 may have any shape such as a cylindrical shape or a spherical shape, and may have a first accommodating cavity 21 therein to accommodate the cleaning device 4 and the sensing device 5.
The second housing 3 is matched with the first housing 2, and in this embodiment, the second housing 3 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, which is not limited herein, and only needs to have a second accommodating cavity 31 therein to accommodate the shoe. The second housing 3 can function to position the shoe.
The sensing device 5 may be a device having a function of receiving a signal and stimulating a response, such as a microwave sensor, a laser detector, and an image sensor. The sensing device 5 is used for detecting the existence of shoes in real time so as to start and stop the cleaning device 4, thereby achieving the effect of not wasting resources, being convenient for users to use, and avoiding the trouble of complex operation caused by frequent switch on during use.
Further, the cleaning device 4 includes a driving device 41 and a brushing device 42, the driving device 41 is connected with the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 21, the brushing device 42 is connected with the driving device 41, and the driving device 41 is used for driving the brushing device 42 to reciprocate.
The brushing device 42 includes a brush 421 and a water supply and drainage device 422, a sliding rail 411 is disposed on an inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 21, the brush 421 is slidably connected with the sliding rail 411, and the water supply and drainage device 422 is connected with the brush 421.
It should be noted that, the brush 421 is mainly used for repeatedly brushing the sole, and achieves the effect of cleaning the sole under the water spraying effect of the water supply and drainage device 422, so that dirt on the sole can be well removed, and the cleaning of the sole is ensured. The brush 421 may be made of wool, brown, plastic wire, metal wire, or the like.
In the present embodiment, the number of the brushes 421 is four, and is not limited to four. Through the circulating motion of a plurality of brushes 421, can improve clean effect, avoid using only a brush 421 when needs change, wasted the resource, and adopt the combination of a plurality of brushes 421 can avoid changing simultaneously a plurality of, only need change the brush 421 of corresponding damage can, played the effect of practicing thrift subsequent use cost.
The brush 421 is provided with a first through hole 4211 and a second through hole 4212, the water supply and drainage device 422 comprises a water inlet pipeline 4221 and a drainage assembly 4222, the water inlet pipeline 4221 is communicated with the first through hole 4211, and the drainage assembly 4222 is located below the brush 421.
The first through hole 4211 is used for water intake, and the second through hole 4212 is used for water drainage. In this embodiment, the number of the first through holes 4211 is one, the number of the second through holes 4212 is two, and the number of the second through holes 4212 is not limited to this number, and only the number of the second through holes 4212 is larger than the number of the first through holes 4211, the number of the second through holes 4212 playing the role of drainage is larger than the number of the first through holes 4211, so that water flow can not gather on the surface of the brush 421, water can be conveniently drained in time through the second through holes 4212, excessive water can not overflow the first housing 2, and the role of protecting device can be played.
The drain assembly 4222 includes a water collection funnel 4224 and a drain line 4223, the water collection funnel 4224 is disposed below the brush 421, and the water collection funnel 4224 is in communication with the drain line 4223.
The water collecting funnel 4224 is mainly used to collect the sewage after cleaning the sole and discharge the sewage through the water discharge line 4223. It will be appreciated that multiple drain lines 4223 are also possible, as are multiple inlet lines 4221.
The sole cleaning apparatus 1 further includes a first water circulation device 6 and a second water circulation device 7, the water intake line 4221 and the water discharge line 4223 are connected to the first water circulation device 6, and the water intake line 4221 and the water discharge line 4223 are connected to the second water circulation device 7.
The first water circulation device 6 and the second water circulation device 7 are mainly two circulation water utilization modes. The first focuses on purifying water and the second focuses on using water for watering plants.
The first water circulation device 6 includes a first water storage tank 61, an activated carbon filter 62 and a sponge filter 63, the drain line 4223 is communicated with the sponge filter 63, the sponge filter 63 is communicated with the first water storage tank 61, the sponge filter 63 is used for filtering water discharged from the cleaning device 4, the first water storage tank 61 is communicated with the water inlet line 4221, the activated carbon filter 62 is arranged in the first water storage tank 61, and the activated carbon filter 62 is used for filtering water discharged from the cleaning device 4 again. The first water circulation device 6 further comprises a water pump, and the water pump is used for supplying power for circulating flow to the whole system.
The activated carbon filter 62 and the sponge filter 63 can filter the sewage from which the sole is washed, and a clean water source is obtained. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, filtration means such as high efficiency filters, multi-layer filter papers, etc. may be employed, and are not particularly limited herein.
The second water circulation device 7 includes a second water storage tank 71 and a soil filter layer 72, the drain line 4223 communicates with the soil filter layer 72, the soil filter layer 72 communicates with the second water storage tank 71, and the second water storage tank 71 communicates with the water intake line 4221.
It should be noted that flowers and plants can be planted on the soil filter layer 72, water from the sole cleaning process can irrigate flowers and plants, and after the water is filtered by the soil filter layer 72, water with fewer impurities is obtained to clean the sole, so that a cycle is formed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a first perspective view of a driving device 41 of a cleaning device 4 of a sole cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a second perspective view of the driving device 41 of the cleaning device 4 of the sole cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4 and 5 in combination.
The driving device 41 comprises a transmission component 412 and a motor 413, a sliding rail 411 is arranged on the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 21, the brushing device 42 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 411, the transmission component 412 is respectively connected with the brushing device 42 and the output end of the motor 413, and the motor 413 can drive the transmission component 412 so that the brushing device 42 slides on the sliding rail 411.
Specifically, the brush 421 is slidably connected to the slide rail 411, and the brush 421 can perform a cyclic reciprocating motion on the slide rail 411.
The transmission assembly 412 includes a crank-link mechanism 4121 and a gear assembly 4122, the crank-link mechanism 4121 is disposed on the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 21, the crank-link mechanism 4121 is connected with the brushing device 42, the crank-link mechanism 4121 is matched with the gear assembly 4122, and the gear assembly 4122 is connected with the output end of the motor 413.
It should be noted that the transmission assembly 412 may also be a worm gear mechanism, and is not limited to the combination of the crank-link mechanism 4121 and the gear assembly 4122. The transmission assembly 412 only needs to transmit the power of the motor 413 to the brush 421.
The following describes the assembly process of the sole cleaning device 1 provided in this embodiment:
The first housing 2 and the second housing 3 are detachably connected, the slide rail 411 is connected to the inner wall of the first accommodation cavity 21, the brush 421 is slidably connected to the slide rail 411, the brush 421 is connected to the crank link mechanism 4121, the crank link mechanism 4121 is connected to the gear assembly 4122, and the gear assembly 4122 is connected to the motor 413. One end of the water intake pipe 4221 is connected to the first through hole 4211 of the brush 421, and the other end of the water intake pipe 4221 is connected to the first water circulation device 6 and the second water circulation device 7, respectively. And the first water circulation device 6 and the second water circulation device 7 are connected with the water outlet pipeline.
The following describes the working principle of the sole cleaning device 1 provided in this embodiment:
the shoe is placed in the second accommodating cavity 31 and attached to the brush 421, after the sensing device 5 senses the existence of the shoe, the motor 413 is started, and power is transmitted to the brush 421 through the transmission assembly 412, so that the brush 421 reciprocates on the slide rail 411, and water is fed through the first through hole 4211, thereby cleaning the sole. The cleaned sewage flows out from the second through hole 4212, respectively enters the first water circulation device 6 and the second water circulation device 7, and flows to the water inlet pipeline 4221 to discharge water from the first through hole 4211 after circulation, so that the purpose of one water circulation is achieved.
In summary, according to the sole cleaning device 1 provided by the invention, the first shell 2 and the second shell 3 are detachably connected, so that when the sole cleaning device 1 is not used, the interior of the sole cleaning device 1 can be cleaned, when the sole is required to be cleaned, the second shell 3 and the first shell 2 are only required to be assembled, shoes are placed in the second shell 3 and are attached to the cleaning device 4, when the sensing device 5 senses the existence of the shoes, the cleaning device 4 is started to clean the bottoms of the shoes, and when the shoes leave, the cleaning device 4 is timely closed, so that the whole sole cleaning device 4 is flexible and simple to operate, and water resources can be saved.
