Among the prior art, when carrying out the spary to coating, mostly rely on the workman to hold the spray gun and accomplish, this kind of mode is wasted time and energy, also has to be close to machinery and accomplishes the spary, but is not convenient for adjust the position of spray gun during the use, needs frequent mobile device, and the spary scope is less, therefore we have proposed a building coating spary machine, is used for solving above-mentioned problem.

The invention aims to solve the defects that the position of a spray gun is inconvenient to adjust, frequent moving equipment is required and the spraying range is small in the prior art, and provides a building coating spraying machine.

In the invention, the inner wall of the bottom of the groove 31 is provided with a mounting groove, the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting groove is fixedly provided with a second motor, the output shaft of the second motor is welded with the bottom of the rotating gear 32, and the rotating gear 32 can be driven to rotate by the second motor.
According to the invention, the top of the material box 2 is fixedly provided with the feeding port 6, the top of the feeding port 6 is hinged with the baffle 7, the top of the baffle 7 is fixedly provided with the handle, the baffle 7 is opened through the handle, and the coating is added through the feeding port 6.
In the invention, the top of the material box 2 is provided with a slide hole, a slide rod 33 is arranged in the slide hole in a sliding manner, the bottom of the slide rod 33 extends into the material box 2 and is fixedly provided with a floating plate 34, the floating plate 34 floats on the coating, and the floating plate 34 rises or falls along with the liquid level of the coating.
In the invention, a first contact block is fixedly arranged on one side of a slide bar 33, a first correlation type photoelectric sensor 39 is fixedly arranged on the top of the first contact block, a fixed block 37 is fixedly arranged on the top of a material box 2, a second correlation type photoelectric sensor 38 is fixedly arranged on one side of the fixed block 37, the first correlation type photoelectric sensor 39 is matched with the second correlation type photoelectric sensor 38, and the first correlation type photoelectric sensor 39 and the second correlation type photoelectric sensor 38 are conducted when being positioned on the same horizontal axis to send signals to a controller 35.
In the invention, the top of the work bin 2 is fixedly provided with a second contact block, the second contact block is positioned below the first contact block, the slide bar 33 is provided with a limit groove, the second contact block is in sliding connection with the side wall of the limit groove, and when the first contact block is contacted with the second contact block, the first and second correlation photoelectric sensors 39 and 38 are conducted when positioned on the same horizontal axis.

In the invention, the side walls of the two connecting holes 9 are welded with sliding rails, the two sides of the mounting plate 10 are fixedly provided with sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are connected with the sliding rails in a sliding manner, and the mounting plate 10 can only slide up and down through the matching of the sliding rails and the sliding blocks.
In the invention, when in use, the movable bottom plate 1 is moved to a position needing spraying through the handrail and the universal wheel, the baffle 7 is opened through the handle, the coating is added into the material box 2 through the feed inlet 6, the floating plate 34 floats on the coating, then the booster pump 3 is started, the coating in the material box 2 is sprayed out from the spray gun 5 through the connecting pipe 4 by the booster pump 3, when in spraying, the first motor 15 is started through the motor switch, the first motor 15 drives the chain wheel 12 to rotate, the chain wheel 12 rotates to drive the chain 13 to transmit, the chain 13 drives the mounting plate 18 to transversely move, the mounting plate 18 drives the spray gun 5 to transversely move for spraying and brushing, then the double-shaft motor 22 is started through the motor switch, the double-shaft motor 22 drives the two rotating rods 23 to rotate, the two rotating rods 23 drive the two gears 24 to roll on the two gears 20, so that the mounting plate 10 vertically moves, the spray gun 5 can vertically move through the movement of the mounting plate 10, the spraying range can be increased through the movement of the spray gun 5, the working efficiency is improved, when in spraying, along with the reduction of the coating in the material box 2, the floating plate 34 moves downwards along with the liquid level of the coating, so as to drive the sliding rod 33 to move downwards, the sliding rod 33 drives the first contact block to move downwards, the first contact block drives the first correlation type photoelectric sensor 39 to move downwards, when the first contact block is contacted with the second contact block, the first correlation type photoelectric sensor 39 is conducted with the second correlation type photoelectric sensor 38, at the moment, the controller 35 controls the alarm 36 to give an alarm to remind a worker that the coating reaches a critical value and needs to be added, after the coating is sprayed and brushed, the second motor is started through the motor switch, the second motor drives the rotating gear 32 to rotate, the rotating gear 32 drives the annular strip 28 to rotate through the annular rack 30, the annular strip 28 drives the annular plate 25 to rotate, the annular plate 25 drives the two scrapers 26 to scrape off attached coating on the inner wall of the material box 2, the valve is opened, the high-pressure water gun is used for cleaning the material box 2 through the feed inlet 6, and sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe.
