The paying-off device is used for supporting a new carrier cable through a paying-off pulley when the carrier cable of the contact network in the existing line small curve radius section is erected and fixed, so that abrasion with a V-shaped stay wire or a positioning support is avoided, paying-off is completed, the new carrier cable is fixed on a connecting ring of a positioning pipe, and abrasion with a carrier cable seat is effectively avoided. The paying-off device is simple and practical in material, convenient to process, light in weight, convenient to transport, time-saving and labor-saving to install and reusable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway contact net construction equipment, in particular to a carrier cable paying-off suspension device for the internal installation of a flat cantilever of an existing line small-curve radius section curved internal contact net and a use method thereof.
Background
With the development of economy and the increase of railway traffic, the contact line and the carrier cable of an electrified railway constructed in early stage are gradually unable to meet the highest running current carrying and safe operation requirements of an electric locomotive due to the abrasion of the contact line, and the contact line and the carrier cable are required to be replaced on the premise of not affecting the normal operation of the existing power supply system in the overhaul and capacity expansion transformation process of the contact line.
In the existing line carrier wire replacement construction, the carrier wire and the upper and lower construction cannot be completed in the same skylight point due to limited construction conditions and skylight time and high construction difficulty, so that a new carrier wire and a contact wire are separately erected, namely an anchor section contact net is separately replaced in two skylight points.
When the carrier cable at the soft positioning position in the traditional small curve is erected, in order to avoid grinding a V-shaped stay wire or a supporting tube by a new carrier cable, the reverse positioning tube is fixed by an iron wire, then the V-shaped stay wire is loosened, and when the new carrier cable is anchored down, the iron wire is removed and the V-shaped stay wire is restored to the original position when the new carrier cable is poured above the flat wrist arm. However, the traditional construction method for erecting the small curve segment carrier cable is easy to cause deformation of the positioning pipe, is difficult to recover, and takes time and labor for installing and removing the iron wire, loosening and recovering the V-shaped stay wire, so that the integral construction in the skylight point is affected. The small curve section carrier cable is poured above the flat cantilever and fixed, and the carrier cable is close to the carrier cable seat and is easy to be damaged by abrasion caused by the deflection of the cantilever, so that the normal operation of the equipment is affected. Therefore, when the carrier cable is erected and fixed at the small curve, the newly erected carrier cable needs to be supported out, so that abrasion with a V-shaped stay wire or a positioning support is avoided, and abrasion with a carrier cable seat is avoided when the new carrier cable falls down to the position above the wrist arm after falling down the anchor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a carrier cable paying-off device installed in a flat cantilever of a contact net and a use method thereof, which are used for reducing abrasion of a new carrier cable when the carrier cable of the contact net in a curve of an existing line small curve radius section is erected and fixed.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a carrier cable paying-off device internally mounted in a contact net flat cantilever, which comprises a positioning pipe, a first positioning ring, a second positioning ring and a paying-off pulley, wherein the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring are sleeved on the positioning pipe, and the paying-off pulley is hooked on the first positioning ring; the first positioning ring is provided with a connecting ring for the hooks of the paying-off pulleys to pass through; the second locating ring is used for abutting against the pipe orifice of the wrist arm after the locating pipe is inserted into the wrist arm.

Further, the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring are formed by connecting two semicircular pipe clamps through bolts; the connecting ring is welded at the bolt connection part of the first positioning ring.
The invention provides a use method of a carrier cable paying-off device internally mounted on a flat cantilever of a contact net, which comprises the following steps:
s1, removing a flat wrist arm pipe cap when entering a curved positioning point, inserting a positioning pipe into the flat wrist arm, and abutting a second positioning ring on a pipe orifice of the flat wrist arm after the positioning pipe is inserted into the flat wrist arm;
s2, pouring the new carrier rope into the paying-off pulley, and sequentially entering the next positioning point;
s3, after paying off, taking down the paying-off pulley when the new carrier cable is poured onto the flat cantilever, rotating the positioning pipe by 180 degrees to enable the connecting ring to face upwards, fixing the new carrier cable and the connecting ring by using the iron wire, and removing the paying-off device when the contact line is replaced at the next skylight point and the existing carrier cable is removed;
s4, installing a cantilever pipe cap.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

The embodiment provides a carrier cable paying-off device for the internal installation of a flat cantilever of a contact net, which comprises a positioning pipe 1, a first positioning ring 2 and a second positioning ring 3 sleeved on the positioning pipe 1, and a paying-off pulley 4 hooked on the first positioning ring 2; the first positioning ring 2 is provided with a connecting ring 2.1 for the hooks of the paying-off pulley 4 to pass through; the second positioning ring 3 is used for abutting against the pipe orifice of the flat wrist arm after the positioning pipe 1 is inserted into the flat wrist arm, determining the effective length of the exposed flat wrist arm of the positioning pipe 1, and preventing the pay-off device from deflecting or sliding towards the inside of the flat wrist arm.
Further, the diameter of the positioning tube 1 is matched with the inner diameter of the flat wrist arm, so that the positioning tube 1 is not easy to fall off from the flat wrist arm.
Further, the paying-off pulley 4 is a closed pulley, so that the carrier rope is prevented from being separated from the pulley or the pulley is prevented from being separated from the first positioning ring 2 in the process of paying-off with small tension.
Further, the first positioning ring 2 and the second positioning ring 3 are formed by connecting two semicircular pipe clamps through bolts; the connecting ring 2.1 is welded to the bolted connection of the first positioning ring 2.

The paying-off device is arranged in the flat wrist, and the length of the paying-off device entering the flat wrist is moderate during the installation, so that the positioning pipe 1 is prevented from falling off or falling off during the paying-off process. The paying-off pulley 4 adopts a closed pulley, so that a carrier rope is prevented from being separated from the pulley or the pulley is prevented from being separated from the first positioning ring 2 in the process of paying-off with small tension.
