In practical application, a transparent area may be disposed in the upper cover corresponding to the upper baking tray of the baking tray in the embodiment of the present invention, wherein a portion of the upper baking tray corresponding to the transparent area may be transparently disposed or cut, so that a user can observe cooking conditions of food in the baking chamber through the upper cover.
In this embodiment, a cooking mode, i.e. a target mode, is added to the frying and baking machine, in the cooking mode, the whole heating process is divided into three stages according to the temperature, the first stage is a preheating stage, the temperature of the baking tray is rapidly heated to a second stage of a set relatively high temperature, when the set relatively high temperature is reached, the second stage is maintained for a period of time and then is continuously heated to a third stage of a higher temperature, when the temperature of the baking tray reaches the temperature of the third stage, under the condition that the upper cover is closed, the heating is stopped after the temperature is maintained for a period of time, so as to meet the cooking requirements of some foods such as popcorn, cookies, pancakes and the like, the food is received in the second stage and is primarily heated, and after the food is heated for a period of time, the high-temperature cooking is performed, so as to improve the taste of the foods, the use experience of the user is improved.
Example two
In the embodiment of the present invention, the frying and baking machine shown in fig. 2 is taken as an example to explain the frying and baking machine in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the frying and baking machine comprises an upper cover structure composed of an upper baking tray 21, an upper heating body 22, an upper temperature sensing body 23 and an upper outer shell 24, and a base structure composed of a lower baking tray 25, a lower heating body 26, a lower temperature sensing body 27 and a lower outer shell 28. The upper cover structure and the base structure respectively correspond to independently generate heat, sense temperature and control temperature. When the upper cover structure and the base structure are closed, the upper roasting tray 21 and the lower roasting tray 25 form a frying cavity. The upper heating body 22 and the lower heating body 26 constitute the heating body in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the popcorn is made, the kernels are placed on a lower tray 25 for heating. In order to ensure that the popcorn is well shaped, the minimum height of the frying cavity can be limited so as not to cause the upper roasting tray to press and deform the corn grains, and meanwhile, the maximum height of the frying cavity is limited so as to ensure the roasting efficiency of the upper roasting tray, and the height distance of the frying cavity, namely the distance between the upper roasting tray and the lower roasting tray can be 10-50 mm.
In the frying and baking machine shown in fig. 2, a processor for controlling heating of the frying and baking machine is not shown, and the processor is connected to the upper heating body, the lower heating body, the upper temperature sensing body and the lower temperature sensing body, respectively, so as to interact with the upper heating body, the lower heating body, the upper temperature sensing body and the lower temperature sensing body, and send control commands to the upper heating body and the lower heating body, and receive data of the upper temperature sensing body and the lower temperature sensing body.
EXAMPLE III
In the embodiment of the present invention, a practical application scenario of the self-made popcorn is taken as an example to illustrate the heating method of the frying and baking machine provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, preheating the upper roasting tray and the lower roasting tray to ensure that the temperatures of the upper roasting tray and the lower roasting tray reach the set temperature of the second stage;
after entering the mode of self-making popcorn, the first preheating stage is entered, and at this time, the lower roasting tray and the upper roasting tray are heated to the set temperature of the second stage. Specifically, the lower pan is heated at the first heating power P1, and the upper pan is heated at the second heating power P2, so that the lower pan reaches the set target temperature T1, and the upper pan reaches the set target temperature T2. Wherein, the mode of self-making popcorn can be entered through hardware keys or software controls on the frying and baking machine.
S302, reminding to place butter or edible oil;
s303, heating the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray, and controlling the temperatures of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray to be maintained at the set temperature of the second stage;
here, the lower pan is heated at the third heating power P3, the upper pan is heated at the fourth heating power P4, the lower pan temperature is controlled at T1, and the upper pan temperature is controlled at T2. At this point, the user may fry the corn kernels and butter.
S304, whether the baking time t1 is reached or not is judged;
when the time t1 is reached, executing S305, and when the time t1 is not reached, continuing executing S303;
s305, reminding to close the upper cover;
s306, heating the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray to reach the set temperature of the third stage;
heating the lower baking tray with a fifth heating power P5, heating the upper baking tray with a sixth heating power P6, controlling the temperature of the lower baking tray at T3 and controlling the temperature of the upper baking tray at T4; at this time, the corn kernels are cooked and heated.
S307, whether the baking time t2 is reached or not;
when the time t2 is reached, stopping heating the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray, and finishing cooking; when the time t2 has not been reached, S306 is executed.
Here, the entire heating process may be divided into three stages, wherein S301 is a first stage, a preheating stage, S303 and S304 are second stages, a stir-frying stage, S306 and S307 are third stages, and a popping stage.
Wherein, the temperature curves of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray in three stages are as shown in fig. 4, and are sequentially increased, specifically:
a preheating stage: the stage is to rapidly raise the temperature of the upper baking tray and the temperature of the lower baking tray to reach the set temperature, wherein the set temperature point T1 of the lower baking tray is 140-200 ℃, and the optimal temperature is 150-190 ℃; the set temperature point T2 of the upper baking tray is 160-220 ℃, the optimal selection is 170-210 ℃, and butter or edible oil is prompted to be placed when the temperature of the upper baking tray and the temperature of the lower baking tray both reach the set temperature point.
The temperature difference between the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray is between T2-T1 and 10-50 ℃, the optimal selection is 20-40 ℃, the temperature of the upper baking tray is slightly higher, and the lower baking tray can quickly reach the set temperature.
And (3) stir-frying: the user opens the upper cover of the frying and roasting machine, puts butter or edible oil into the lower baking tray, waits for the butter to be boiled, puts corn kernels into the lower baking tray and turns over the corn kernels, and at the moment, the baking tray receives food, the lower baking tray keeps the temperature T1, and the upper baking tray keeps the temperature T2 (the upper baking tray does not play a role in cooking at this stage, but still needs to keep the temperature, so that the temperature of the frying and roasting machine is not suddenly reduced after the cover is closed). When the preset time t1 is reached, the user is reminded to close the upper cover.
And (3) a bursting stage: the temperature control point T3 of the lower baking tray is 160-220 ℃, and the temperature is optimally selected to be 170-210 ℃; the temperature control point of the upper baking tray is T4-170-240 ℃, and 170-230 ℃ is selected optimally. When the time meets the preset time length t2, the frying and baking machine stops heating, and the user is reminded to open the upper cover to take out the made popcorn.
It should be noted that T1 corresponds to the second set temperature in the first embodiment, T2 corresponds to the first set temperature in the first embodiment, T3 corresponds to the fourth set temperature in the first embodiment, and T4 corresponds to the third set temperature in the first embodiment.
Example four
In order to implement the method for heating a frying and baking machine provided in the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the invention provides a heating device 40 of a frying and baking machine, as shown in fig. 5, including: a heating body 41, a temperature-sensitive body 42, and a processor 43;
a heating body 41 arranged in the frying and baking machine and connected with a processor 43;
a temperature sensing body 42 arranged in the frying and baking machine and connected with a processor 43;
a processor 43, which is disposed in the frying and baking machine, and is used for preheating a baking tray of the frying and baking machine in a first stage, determining that the temperature of the baking tray reaches a set temperature in a second stage through a temperature sensing body 42, and maintaining the temperature of the baking tray at the set temperature in the second stage when food is detected; and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage for a first set time period, controlling the heating body 41 to heat the baking tray to the set temperature of the third stage.
The set temperature of the second stage is less than the set temperature of the third stage, and the temperature difference between the set temperature of the second stage and the set temperature of the third stage is between 10 ℃ and 80 ℃.
The baking tray comprises an upper baking tray and a lower baking tray, and the distance between the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray is between 10 millimeters and 50 millimeters.
The first stage of preheating the baking tray by the processor 43 includes: the heating body 41 is controlled to heat the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray, and the temperature sensing body 42 is controlled to detect the temperatures of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; when the temperature sensing body 42 determines that the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a first set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a second set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray reaches a set temperature of a second stage; wherein the first set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃, and the second set temperature is between 140 ℃ and 200 ℃.
After the temperature sensor 42 determines that the temperature of the bakeware reaches the set temperature of the second stage, the processor 43 is further configured to: and prompting food addition, and monitoring the baking tray to determine whether the food is detected.
When the control heating body 41 heats the baking tray, the processor is further configured to: the temperature sensing body 42 is controlled to detect the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; when the temperature sensing body 42 determines that the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a third set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a fourth set temperature, the temperature of the baking tray is determined to be heated to the set temperature of the third stage; wherein the third set temperature is between 170 ℃ and 240 ℃ and the fourth set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃.
When the upper cover of the frying and baking machine is in an open state, before controlling the heating body 41 to heat the baking tray, the processor 43 is further configured to: triggering a cover closing prompt and monitoring the state of an upper cover of the frying and baking machine; correspondingly, when the upper cover is determined to be in the closed state, the heating body is controlled to heat the baking tray.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating body may include an upper heating body and a lower heating body as shown in fig. 2, where the upper heating body is used for heating the upper baking tray, and the lower heating body is used for heating the lower baking tray.
Here, the processor 43 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capability. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 43. The Processor 43 may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. Processor 43 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or can be implemented by combining hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a frying and baking machine 400, as shown in fig. 6, the frying and baking machine 400 includes the heating device 40 of the frying and baking machine shown in fig. 5, the baking tray of the frying and baking machine is preheated in a first stage by using the heating device 40 of the frying and baking machine, and when the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature of a second stage and food is detected, the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage; and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage for a first set time period, heating the baking tray to the set temperature of the third stage. And after the third stage is maintained for the second set time period, stopping heating the baking tray of the frying and baking machine. The food is cooked through three stages with sequentially increasing temperatures, so that the cooking requirements of some foods such as popcorn, cookies, pancakes and the like are met, the mouthfeel of the foods is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
EXAMPLE six
In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory, comprising a computer program, which is executable by the processor 43 of the heating device of the toaster to perform the steps of the aforementioned method. The computer readable storage medium may be Memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash Memory, magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM.
A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs: preheating a baking tray of the frying and baking machine in a first stage, and maintaining the temperature of the baking tray at the set temperature in a second stage when food is detected after the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature in the second stage; and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage for a first set time period, heating the baking tray to the set temperature of the third stage.
The set temperature of the second stage is less than the set temperature of the third stage, and the temperature difference between the set temperature of the second stage and the set temperature of the third stage is between 10 ℃ and 80 ℃.
When the computer program is executed by the processor, before the baking tray of the frying and baking machine is preheated in the first stage, the following steps are further executed: and receiving a set operation instruction.
The computer program, when executed by the processor, further performs: acquiring display parameters, and displaying a mode menu according to the display parameters, wherein the mode menu comprises a target mode; and when a target mode in the mode menu receives a selection operation, generating a set operation instruction.
Here, the baking tray includes an upper baking tray and a lower baking tray, and a distance between the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray is between 10 mm and 50 mm.
When the computer program is executed by the processor, the preheating the baking tray in the first stage comprises the following steps: heating the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray, and detecting the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; and when the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a first set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a second set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature of the second stage. Wherein the first set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃, and the second set temperature is between 140 ℃ and 200 ℃.
After the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature of the second stage, the computer program is executed by the processor to further execute: and prompting food addition, and monitoring the baking tray to determine whether the food is detected.
When the baking tray is heated, the computer program is executed by a processor, and the computer program further executes: detecting the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; and when the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a third set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a fourth set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray is heated to the set temperature of the third stage. Wherein the third set temperature is between 170 ℃ and 240 ℃ and the fourth set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃.
When the upper cover of the frying and baking machine is in an open state, and before the baking tray is heated, the computer program is executed by a processor, and the computer program further executes: triggering a cover closing prompt and monitoring the state of an upper cover of the frying and baking machine; correspondingly, when the upper cover is determined to be in the closed state, the baking tray is heated.
The computer program, when executed by the processor, further performs: and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the third stage for a second set time period, stopping heating the baking tray.
The computer program, when executed by the processor, further performs: and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the third stage for a second set time period, stopping heating the baking tray.

Claims (20)
1. A method of heating in a grill, the method comprising:
heating an upper baking tray and a lower baking tray, and detecting the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray;
when the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a first set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a second set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray reaches a set temperature of a second stage, and after determining that the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature of the second stage, maintaining the temperature of the baking tray at the set temperature of the second stage when food is detected;
after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage for a first set time period, heating the baking tray to the set temperature of the third stage; wherein the set temperature of the second stage is less than the set temperature of the third stage, and the temperature difference between the set temperature of the second stage and the set temperature of the third stage is between 10 ℃ and 80 ℃;
when the baking tray is heated, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray;
when the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a third set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a fourth set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray is heated to the set temperature of the third stage; wherein the third set temperature is higher than the fourth set temperature.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the first stage of preheating a pan of the fryer, the method further comprises:
and receiving a set operation instruction.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring display parameters, and displaying a mode menu according to the display parameters, wherein the mode menu comprises a target mode;
and when a target mode in the mode menu receives a selection operation, generating a set operation instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the bakeware comprises an upper bakeware and a lower bakeware, and the distance between the upper bakeware and the lower bakeware is between 10 mm and 50 mm.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃ and the second set temperature is between 140 ℃ and 200 ℃.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the temperature of the bakeware reaches the set temperature of the second stage, the method further comprises:
and prompting food addition, and monitoring the baking tray to determine whether the food is detected.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the third set temperature is between 170 ℃ and 240 ℃ and the fourth set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein when the upper cover of the grill is in an open position, prior to heating the grill pan, the method further comprises:
triggering a cover closing prompt and monitoring the state of an upper cover of the frying and baking machine;
correspondingly, when the upper cover is determined to be in the closed state, the baking tray is heated.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the third stage for a second set time period, stopping heating the baking tray.
10. A heating device of a frying and baking machine, characterized in that the device comprises: the heating body, the temperature sensing body and the processor;
the heating body is arranged in the frying and baking machine and is connected with the processor;
the temperature sensing body is arranged in the frying and baking machine and is connected with the processor;
the processor is arranged in the frying and baking machine, controls the heating body to heat the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray, and controls the temperature sensing body to detect the temperatures of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; when the temperature sensing body determines that the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a first set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a second set temperature, the temperature of the baking tray is determined to reach a set temperature of a second stage, and after the temperature sensing body determines that the temperature of the baking tray reaches the set temperature of the second stage, the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage when food is detected; when the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the second stage for a first set time period, controlling the heating body to heat the baking tray to the set temperature of the third stage; wherein the set temperature of the second stage is less than the set temperature of the third stage, and the temperature difference between the set temperature of the second stage and the set temperature of the third stage is between 10 ℃ and 80 ℃;
when the heating body is controlled to heat the baking tray, the processor is further configured to:
controlling the temperature sensing body to detect the temperature of the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; when the temperature sensing body determines that the temperature of the upper baking tray reaches a third set temperature and the temperature of the lower baking tray reaches a fourth set temperature, determining that the temperature of the baking tray is heated to the set temperature of a third stage; wherein the third set temperature is higher than the fourth set temperature.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the processor is further configured to: receiving a set operation instruction before preheating a baking tray of the frying and baking machine in a first stage.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processor is further configured to:
acquiring display parameters, and displaying a mode menu according to the display parameters, wherein the mode menu comprises a target mode;
and when a target mode in the mode menu receives a selection operation, generating a set operation instruction.
13. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the baking tray comprises an upper baking tray and a lower baking tray, and the distance between the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray is between 10 mm and 50 mm.
14. The device of claim 10, wherein the first set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃ and the second set temperature is between 140 ℃ and 200 ℃.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein after determining that the temperature of the bakeware reaches the set temperature of the second stage through the temperature sensing body, the processor is further configured to:

16. The device of claim 10, wherein the third set temperature is between 170 ℃ and 240 ℃ and the fourth set temperature is between 160 ℃ and 220 ℃.

triggering a cover closing prompt and monitoring the state of an upper cover of the frying and baking machine;
correspondingly, when the upper cover is determined to be in the closed state, the heating body is controlled to heat the baking tray.
18. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and after the temperature of the baking tray is maintained at the set temperature of the third stage for a second set time period, controlling the heating body to stop heating the baking tray.
