The sealing tongue 110 extends from the rear panel, and a strip-shaped second adhesive area 111 is provided on the sealing tongue 110, and after the sealing tongue 110 is folded toward the bag opening, the first adhesive area overlaps the second adhesive area. The first adhesive area 101 is provided with an adhesive tape 200, and the adhesive tape 200 is used for connecting the first adhesive area and the second adhesive area, so that the sealing tongue seals the bag mouth. The adhesive tape 200 is composed of a plurality of layers of adhesive layers and release layers alternately arranged. In this embodiment, the adhesive tape 200 is composed of two adhesive layers and two isolation layers, and of course, in actual production or use, it may be one adhesive layer and one isolation layer, or three adhesive layers and three isolation layers or four adhesive layers and four isolation layers, or more, each time the logistic packaging bag is used, one adhesive layer and one isolation layer are consumed. The isolating layer takes non-woven fabric as a base material, and one surface of the non-woven fabric is provided with a PE coating, a PP coating or a PET coating. The non-woven fabric has a polar surface and is easy to be adhered to viscose. The other side of the nonwoven fabric is subjected to a nonpolar treatment, i.e. a PE coating, PP coating or PET coating is provided on its surface. The nonpolar surface has small adhesion force with the adhesive and is easy to peel.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the adhesive tape 200 includes a first adhesive layer 210 and a first release layer 220, a second adhesive layer 230 and a second release layer 240. Starting from the front panel, a first adhesive layer 210, a first release layer 220, a second adhesive layer 230, and a second release layer 240 are sequentially disposed. The first adhesive layer 210, the first isolation layer 220, the second adhesive layer 230, and the second isolation layer 240 are elongated. The first adhesive layer 210 is adhered to the first adhesive region 101 along the length direction of the first adhesive region, the first isolation layer 220 covers the first adhesive layer 210, the first isolation layer 220 is wider than the first adhesive layer 210, the rest is adhered to the first adhesive region 101, the surface of the first isolation layer 220 contacting the first adhesive layer 210 is a nonpolar surface, and the other surface of the first isolation layer 220 is a polar surface. The second adhesive layer 230 is adhered to the polar surface of the first adhesive layer 220, the second adhesive layer 230 is covered by the second adhesive layer 240, the second adhesive layer 240 is wider than the second adhesive layer 230, the remaining portion of the second adhesive layer is adhered to the first adhesive layer 220, the contact surface of the second adhesive layer 240 and the second adhesive layer 230 is a nonpolar surface, and the other surface of the second adhesive layer 240 is a polar surface.
The first isolation layer 220 is provided with a first pull tab 221, and the second isolation layer 240 is provided with a second pull tab 241. The design of the pull lug is convenient for tearing the isolation layer. The first isolation layer 220 and the second isolation layer 240 may be a single-layer design or a double-layer design. When the double-layer design is adopted, the upper isolation layer is an upper adhesive bonding layer, and the lower isolation layer is a lower adhesive protection layer.
The adhesive layer is composed of pressure-sensitive adhesive. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is an existing material, is short for pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is a kind of pressure-sensitive adhesive. The method is mainly used for preparing the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Pressure-sensitive adhesives can be classified into rubber type and resin type according to the main resin component. Rubber type is also classified into natural rubber and synthetic rubber; the resin type mainly comprises acrylic, organosilicon and polyurethane.
The invention is mainly designed in the structural design, but not in the improvement of materials. The materials used are conventional in the art. The length of the adhesive layer varies according to the size of the package. The thickness of the adhesive layer and the isolation layer is not particularly required, and the thickness of the adhesive layer and the isolation layer is acceptable in all the thickness dimensions which can play the function of the invention.
As a further embodiment, a metal foil layer is provided on the second adhesion region 111, and an aluminum foil layer is preferably used, and fine uneven texture is provided on the aluminum foil layer. The aluminum foil layer is arranged, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be peeled off from the surface of the aluminum foil, the adhesive force between the second adhesive area 111 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive is reduced, and the service life of the sealing tongue is prolonged. The metal foil paper is made by calendaring metal (such as gold, aluminum, copper, etc.) material into thin foil, and bonding the preheated metal foil with the metal foil backing paper by using molten resin under the strong pressure of a press roller.
