Firstly, an operator places a collecting container at the left lower side of the sliding frame 23, when the cutter 203 moves outwards to cut off the thin steel bars, the cut thin steel bars fall into the sliding frame 23, the thin steel bars contact with the roller 24 and slide into the collecting container, and the roller 24 enables the thin steel bars to slide more smoothly. Therefore, the cut thin steel bars can be collected more conveniently.
When the head end of the thin steel bar moves between the annular groove 16 and the groove 17, an operator can twist the screw rod 26 to rotate forwards, the screw rod 26 rotates forwards and downwards through the threaded hole 25, the screw rod 26 moves downwards and drives the arc plate 27 to move downwards through the third bearing seat 28, the arc plate 27 moves downwards to be in contact with the steel bar, the twisting of the screw rod 26 is stopped, and the thin steel bar can be cut off. When the thin steel bar is cut off, the twisting screw 26 rotates reversely, and then the arc plate 27 is driven to move upwards and return to the original position, and the twisting screw 26 is stopped. So, can make better drive reinforcing bar of circular frame 9 remove left and cut.
