Abstract
The water pump comprises a coupling interface, a sealing structure, a pump outlet flange and a water outlet base flange, wherein the coupling interface is connected with the pump outlet flange, and the coupling interface is provided with the sealing structure which is in sealing fit with the water outlet base flange. The sealing structure comprises a sealing block, an upper lip, a metal framework, a sealing cavity, an air bag, a sealing cavity inclined plane, a shell, a lower lip and an adhesive, wherein the metal framework is arranged in the shell; the air bag is arranged in the sealed cavity; the upper lip and the lower lip of the shell are bonded with the sealing block through an adhesive; and a pressure relief groove is arranged on the sealing contact surface of the water outlet base flange and the coupling interface. The invention utilizes the radial force generated by the medium conveyed by the pump entering the cavity, the air bag arranged in the structure is extruded to deform, thereby generating pressing force on the sealing contact surface, the elastic energy stored in the sealing block is gradually released, the axial compensation effect is realized, and the sealing property of the contact surface can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the water pump comprises a coupling interface 1, a sealing structure 2, a pump outlet flange 3 and a water outlet base flange 4, wherein the coupling interface 1 is connected with the pump outlet flange 3, and the coupling interface 1 is provided with the sealing structure 2 which is in sealing fit with the water outlet base flange 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the sealing structure of the present invention includes a sealing block 201, an upper lip 202, a metal frame 203, a sealing cavity 204, an air bag 205, a sealing cavity inclined plane 206, a housing 207, a lower lip 208, and an adhesive 209, wherein the metal frame 203 is disposed in the housing 207; the air bag 205 is arranged in the sealed cavity 204; the upper lip 202 and the lower lip 208 of the housing are bonded to the seal block 201 by an adhesive 209; and a pressure relief groove 401 is arranged on the sealing contact surface of the water outlet base flange 4 and the coupling interface 1. The shell 207 of the sealing structure is made of rubber material; the section of the sealing structure 2 is in a shape of Chinese character 'hui'; the inclined angle of the inclined plane of the sealing cavity 204 of the sealing structure 2 is 10-15 degrees; the metal framework is made of iron alloy material; the width of a sealing contact surface between the water outlet base flange 4 and the coupling interface 1 is 0.4-0.6 mm; the pressure relief grooves 401 are uniformly distributed on the sealing contact surface of the water outlet base flange and the coupling interface.
When the pump starts to operate, the sealing block 201 deforms to store energy, a medium conveyed by the pump rapidly flows through the sealing shell 207 to generate a high-pressure area, the wall surface of the lower lip portion 208 of the shell 207 is pressed to deform and extrude the air bag 205 with a low-pressure area arranged in the cavity, so that the air bag 205 extrudes towards one side of the sealing block 201 to generate pressing force on a sealing contact surface, meanwhile, elastic energy stored in the sealing cavity 204 is gradually released to generate reverse force on the air bag 205 to play an axial compensation role, and therefore the sealing performance of the whole device is greatly improved.
Claims (7)
1. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device comprises a coupling interface, a sealing structure, a pump outlet flange and a water outlet base flange, wherein the coupling interface is connected with the pump outlet flange; the air bag is arranged in the sealed cavity; the upper lip and the lower lip of the shell are bonded with the sealing block through an adhesive; and a pressure relief groove is arranged on the sealing contact surface of the water outlet base flange and the coupling interface.
2. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device according to claim 1, wherein: the shell of the sealing structure is made of rubber materials.
3. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device according to claim 1, wherein: the section of the sealing structure is in a shape of Chinese character hui.
4. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device according to claim 1, wherein: the inclined angle of the sealing cavity inclined plane of the sealing structure is 10-15 degrees.
5. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device according to claim 1, wherein: the metal framework is made of iron alloy materials.
6. A sealing structure of an automatic coupling device according to claim 1, wherein: the width of the sealing contact surface between the water outlet base flange and the coupling interface is 0.4-0.6 mm.
