Background
The existing building or passive house mainly adopts a traditional building assembly mode, in particular to a building process flow, external wall insulation is basically added on the basis, external wall decoration is added, and for the building mode, no matter a brick-concrete structure or a frame-shear structure is adopted, a simple external wall insulation mode is adopted for realizing the reduction of energy consumption and the reduction of heat transfer coefficient of a wall, namely an insulation layer with a certain thickness is additionally arranged on an original building main body, and the insulation layer is mostly made of traditional polystyrene board materials and concrete cement foaming insulation boards. The exterior of the heat-insulating board is provided with a decoration layer of the whole building, and the decoration layer can be ceramic tiles or exterior wall paint and the like. The building heat preservation system using the polystyrene board as the main material has the problems of extremely large fire hidden danger, easy falling off, huge amount of garbage generated after the durability and the service period, and the like, and particularly, the difference of the service life of the heat preservation layer and the building body can lead the whole building to be imperfect under the requirements of low energy consumption, safety and environmental protection, and the generated cost and a large amount of garbage seriously endanger the safety and property of human beings.
The traditional building process includes setting foundation, setting main building body, filling hollow bricks or other bricks, reserving door and window, separating corresponding functional layout or blocking one opening, installing one heat insulating layer outside the wall, and painting or other outer wall decorating material. In conclusion, the traditional procedures are complicated, the construction period is long, the energy consumption is high, and the environmental protection performance is poor.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, a quick-assembled wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate and a preparation method thereof are developed.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
A quick-assembly wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate comprises a ground beam, a heat-insulation plate, a concrete heat-insulation layer, a hanging column and a limiting steel rib plate;
The rectangular ground beam is formed by casting cement foam concrete, two rows of limit holes are reserved on the upper surface of the ground beam, the heat-insulating plate comprises a cement foam heat-insulating body layer and a decorative surface layer which are tightly fixed through a binder, hanging holes are reserved on the cement foam heat-insulating body layer, hanging posts are fixedly inserted into the two rows of limit holes in an inserted mode, the heat-insulating plate is fixedly inserted into the two rows of hanging posts through the reserved hanging holes, limit steel rib plates are sleeved on the corresponding hanging posts on the upper end face and the lower end face of each heat-insulating plate respectively, and a space between the two heat-insulating plates is filled with the casting cement foam heat-insulating layer.
Further, at least two hanging holes are reserved on each heat insulation plate.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the quick-assembled concrete grid wall body heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate comprises the following steps:
(1) Paving a ground beam, namely paving the ground beam on a building foundation, wherein the ground beam is prepared from cement foaming concrete, and two rows of corresponding positioning holes are formed in the upper surface of the ground beam;
(2) The method comprises the steps of (1) preparing an insulation board, namely casting a cement foaming insulation body layer, and tightly fixing a decorative surface layer on the surface through an adhesive, wherein hanging holes are reserved on the cement foaming insulation body layer;
(3) Inserting the hanging posts into the positioning holes formed in the ground beam, sleeving the corresponding two hanging posts with limiting reinforcing plates, fixing the heat-insulating plate on the two rows of hanging posts through the reserved hanging holes in a penetrating manner, and sleeving the hanging posts on the upper end face of the heat-insulating plate with the reinforcing plates;
(4) Filling concrete thermal insulation material, namely filling and casting cement foaming concrete thermal insulation material in the space between two rows of thermal insulation cups.
The invention relates to a fast-assembled concrete grid wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate which is mainly used for heat insulation and decoration of building walls and outer walls, and can be used for main building construction main body parts of passive low-energy-consumption houses, and the construction of the low-energy-consumption houses in a fast and attractive assembly and industrial operation mode is realized through internal installation. The floor beam forms a household structure of a building, plays a role in positioning a wall body, is mainly formed by casting cement foaming foam concrete, is provided with a fixed hanging column through a reserved positioning hole, and is reinforced by a limiting steel rib plate, so that a heat insulation board can be accurately and stably inserted and fixed on the hanging column, then a cast concrete heat insulation material is filled, the heat insulation board is in seamless connection with the heat insulation board walls on two sides, the heat conductivity coefficient of the whole wall body is ensured, the heat insulation boards on two sides are respectively adhered and fixed with a decorative surface layer, and the pattern of the decorative surface layer can be set according to actual requirements or patterns provided by customers, and meanwhile, the heat insulation and decoration effects are realized.
The method is simple, easy to operate and low in cost, realizes low-energy consumption, assembly and industrial operation, has excellent shock resistance, ageing resistance and good sound insulation effect, and can realize the overall attractive and elegant appearance of the house.
