Description

Lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The light stability of the base oil of the lubricating oil is always a problem influencing the appearance of the base oil, which is particularly characterized in that the appearance color of the base oil becomes darker under the condition of visible light, and the base oil becomes darker and darker along with the prolonging of the visible time of the base oil, so that the color of a product blended by the base oil is also darker, the appearance feeling of a user of the lubricating oil on the lubricating oil is influenced, and further the quality of the product is doubted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a light stabilizer composition for base oil of lubricating oil, which is characterized in that a plurality of lubricating oil additives are optimally combined and added into the base oil according to a certain proportion, so that the color stability of the base oil under the condition of visible light is improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of antioxidant, 20-50 parts of detergent, 20-50 parts of dispersant and 10-20 parts of ultraviolet absorber.
Preferably, the lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-30 parts of antioxidant, 20-45 parts of detergent, 20-45 parts of dispersant and 12-20 parts of ultraviolet absorber.
Preferably, the lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of antioxidant, 30 parts of detergent, 31 parts of dispersant and 19 parts of ultraviolet absorber.
Further, the antioxidant comprises one or more of T501, T512 and the like; preferably T512.
Further, the detergent comprises one or more of T101, T102, T104, T105 and the like; preferably T104.
Further, the dispersant comprises one or more of T151A, T151B, T152, T161A and the like; preferably T161A.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition, which comprises the step of uniformly mixing all the components according to the proportion.
The raw materials of the invention are all available on the market.
The invention also provides application of the lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition in improving the light stability of the lubricating oil base oil or the lubricating oil.
The above-mentioned light stabilizer composition for lubricant base oils of the present invention is generally added in an amount of 100-500ppm, for example 300ppm, in the lubricant base oil or the lubricant.
The invention also provides lubricating base oil or lubricating oil containing the lubricating base oil light stabilizer composition.
The lubricating oil of the present invention may be a mixture of a lubricating base oil and additives.
The invention discovers that the color stability of the base oil under the condition of visible light can be greatly improved by adding the lubricating oil additives into the base oil according to the proportion of 100-500ppm after optimized combination.
The composition of the invention can greatly improve the color stability of the base oil under the condition of visible light.
Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The examples do not show the specific techniques or conditions, according to the technical or conditions described in the literature in the field, or according to the product specifications. The reagents or instruments used are conventional products available from regular distributors, not indicated by the manufacturer.
Example 1
A lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of T512 (antioxidant), 30 parts of T104 (detergent), 31 parts of T161A (dispersant) and 19 parts of ultraviolet absorber; the components are mixed evenly according to the mixture ratio to obtain the product.
Example 2
A lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of antioxidant, 30 parts of detergent, 30 parts of dispersant and 10 parts of ultraviolet absorber; the components are mixed evenly according to the mixture ratio to obtain the product.
Example 3
A lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of antioxidant, 35 parts of detergent, 35 parts of dispersant and 10 parts of ultraviolet absorber; the components are mixed evenly according to the mixture ratio to obtain the product.
Examples of the experiments
A, B, C three base oils are taken, the lubricating oil base oil light stabilizer composition prepared in the example 1 is respectively added into the base oils, the addition amount is 300ppm, and the mixture is stirred, mixed evenly and poured into a transparent glass bottle; the three base oils described above without any additives were used as controls (poured into clear glass bottles); the above samples were placed adjacent to a test stand irradiated with visible light, and the apparent color change of the base oil was observed every week. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
Table 1: appearance color change of base oil
Figure BDA0001431181120000031
Experimental results show that the color stability of the base oil under the condition of visible light is greatly improved by the base oil added with the light stabilizer composition.
