Abstract

本发明公开了一种防火装饰板制造工艺,将辊压所得的板材经600~1200吨压力机在室温下冷压1~2min,再送入35~50℃的养护房内静置2~5小时,制备得到防火装饰板制造工艺。按本发明方法所得产品可以显著提高装饰板的密度和平整度,装饰板的厚度误差减小,与未经冷压步骤的装饰板相比,整块板的厚度误差可由0.5~1mm的误差减小到0.1mm以内,并且表观密度也可以提高20%以上。

本发明涉及一种防火装饰板制造工艺。
背景技术
在建筑装饰、家具制造中,装饰板被大量应用。现有的装饰板主要以木质为主,其防火性能差。对不燃装饰板的需求很大。而且现有的装饰板强度通常不高,达不到某些特殊工艺要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有装饰板的上述不足,本发明提供一种防火性能好,强度高的防火装饰板制造工艺,本发明采取的技术方案是:
A、在常温常压下将氧化镁粉末、秸秆粉末、膨胀珍珠岩粉末混合均匀后倒入密封釜中;再加入2 ~ 10mol/L、pH 值调至6.5 ~ 9.5 的氯化镁溶液搅拌均匀,制得浆料;在制板机最下层铺设一层无纺布,在所述无纺布上方再铺设1 ~ 5 层玻璃纤维布,所得浆料通过密封输送管输送到制板机下料口,涂覆在1 ~ 5 层玻璃纤维布的表面上,所述1 ~ 5 层玻璃纤维布的表面上涂敷浆料后,再铺设一层无纺布,然后同步辊压成板材;
B、步骤A 所得板材用600 ~ 1200 吨压力机在室温下冷压1 ~ 2min,然后送入35 ~50℃的养护房内静置2 ~ 5 小时,制备得到防火装饰板制造工艺;
所述的防火装饰板制造工艺厚度控制在3 ~ 20mm ;
所述的氯化镁溶液中的氯化镁、氧化镁粉末、秸秆粉末、膨胀珍珠岩粉末质量比为1 ∶0.4 ~ 2 ∶ 0.4 ~ 2 ∶ 0.1 ~ 1,优选1 ∶ 0.8 ~ 1.3 ∶ 0.8 ~ 1.3 ∶ 0.2 ~ 0.5。
本法所述步骤A 中,在常温常压下将氧化镁粉末、秸秆粉末、膨胀珍珠岩粉末混合均匀后倒入密封釜中,优选所述密封釜内抽真空,使密封釜内的压力为0.1 ~ 0.5atm,再加入2 ~ 10mol/L、pH 值调至6.5 ~ 9.5 的氯化镁溶液,0.1 ~ 0.5atm 压力下搅拌均匀,制得浆料。进一步,所得浆料通过密封输送管输送到制板机下料口,优选所述密封输送管内抽真空,使密封输送管的压力为0.1 ~ 0.5atm。
本发明所述牛皮纸为70 ~ 300g/m2 的牛皮纸,优选80 ~ 220g/m2。
所述酚醛树脂的乙醇溶液中,酚醛树脂的质量百分含量为15 ~ 70%,优选35 ~
55%;所述的乙醇的质量百分浓度为80 ~ 98%,优选98%。
本发明所述防火装饰板制造工艺厚度控制在3 ~ 20mm,本领域技术人员可根据所需要的最终板材的厚度,在制备工艺过程中适当调整各步骤中板材的厚度,以达到最终设定的厚度值。这是本领域技术人员公知的控制方法,不再赘述。
本发明所述秸秆可采用棉花秸秆、麦秸、稻草、油菜秸、玉米秸或豆秸等。
所述秸秆粉末通常可将秸秆粉碎至80 ~ 120 目得到。
本发明所述氧化铝粉末通常为180 ~ 200 目,所述氧化镁粉末通常为180 ~200目,所述膨胀珍珠岩粉末的粒径通常为1 ~ 3mm。

所述的经三聚氰胺胶水浸胶烘干的装饰纸可自市场购得,是成熟的商品制品。也
可按以下方法自制得到:将装饰纸浸没于三聚氰胺胶水中上胶,然后取出在120 ~200℃烘干,得经三聚氰胺胶水浸胶烘干的装饰纸,控制上胶时间使浸胶烘干的装饰纸的质量与原装饰纸的质量比为1.5 ~ 3 ∶ 1。这是本领域技术人员公知的浸胶工艺。

本发明的有益效果在于,辊压所得的板材经600 ~ 1200 吨压力机在室温下冷压1 ~ 2min 后,可以显著提高装饰板的密度和平整度,装饰板的厚度误差减小,与未经冷压步骤的装饰板相比,整块板的厚度误差可由0.5 ~ 1mm 的误差减小到0.1mm 以内,并且表观密度也可以提高20%以上。
另外,经过冷压后,装饰板的平整度提高,在后续进行装饰步骤时,所得基材与经三聚氰胺胶水浸胶烘干的装饰纸可以经热压机快速热压,只需要10 ~ 30 秒,如果不经过之前的冷压步骤,此步热压机热压需要30 分钟以上。冷压步骤大大提高了生产效率。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
A、在常温常压下将氧化镁粉末10kg、80 目棉花秸秆粉末11.25kg 膨胀珍珠岩粉末3.75kg 混合均匀后倒入密封釜中,抽真空至釜内压力为0.5atm。再加入17.5L 浓度为6mol/L、pH 值7.0 的氯化镁溶液,搅拌15 分钟,制得浆料。在制板机( 山东创新建材成套设备有限公司) 最下层铺设一层无纺布,在所述无纺布上方再铺设5 层玻璃纤维布,所得浆料通过密封输送管输送到制板机下料口,涂覆在5 层玻璃纤维布的表面上,密封输送管内同样抽真空,压力为0.5atm。5 层玻璃纤维布的表面上涂敷浆料后,再铺设一层无纺布,然后同步辊压成板材;
B、步骤A 所得板材用1000 吨压力机在室温下冷压1min,然后送入35 ~ 50℃的养护房内静置3 小时,制备得到防火装饰板制造工艺,厚度5mm。
经过冷压后,装饰板的平整度提高,在后续进行装饰步骤时,所得基材与经三聚氰胺胶水浸胶烘干的装饰纸可以经热压机快速热压,只需要10 ~ 30 秒,如果不经过之前的冷压步骤,此步热压机热压10 秒无法与装饰纸贴合。冷压步骤大大提高了生产效率。
