It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the control mechanism 30 and the clamping mechanism 60 are connected by the connecting plate 62, and when the device rotates, because the distances between the annular grooves on the filter plate and the side walls of the filter plate are different, in order to ensure that the clamping mechanism 60 can clamp the filter plate, the length of the upper clamping plate 61 and the lower clamping plate 63 of the clamping mechanism 60 in the present embodiment is designed to be longer, so that the clamping mechanism 60 can clamp the filter plate all the time during the rotation.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 70 is provided on the opposite side of the upper clamp plate 61 and the lower clamp plate 63 of the clamping mechanism 60; wherein two opposite sides are provided with holes in which the elastic elements 70 are mounted; the resilient member 70 in this embodiment comprises a spring located inside the hole and securing the spring, i.e. mounting the spring vertically at the bottom of the hole, and a ball located at the top of the spring and having a diameter greater than the diameter of the hole so that the ball does not roll out of the hole. When the clamping mechanism 60 clamps filter plates with different thicknesses, the balls of the elastic elements 70 move along the length direction of the springs, i.e., the distance between the upper and lower elastic elements 70 is adjusted, so as to realize movable clamping of the filter plates.
It should be noted that the balls in this embodiment are made of soft rubber, and the contact area between the balls and the filter plate is small, so that the clamped filter plate is not damaged.
In the embodiment, the push rod 31 is driven by a small oil cylinder, so that the weight of the device is reduced, and the movement of the whole device is facilitated.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the clamping mechanism 60 and the control mechanism 30 rotate together, the present embodiment is provided with a ball 64 on the connecting plate 62, and further, the connecting rod 50 in the present embodiment is a telescopic connecting rod, and a spring is arranged in the connecting rod, and one end of the spring is connected with the control mechanism 30, and the other end of the spring is connected with the clamping mechanism 60. In the rotation process of the components such as the control mechanism 30, because the distances between the side wall of the filter plate and the annular groove are different, under the action of force generated by rotation, the balls 64 on the connecting plate 62 roll and rub with the side wall of the filter plate, so that the length of the connecting rod 50 is changed, and meanwhile, the springs of the inner part provide retraction tension under the action of elastic force, so that the length of the connecting rod 50 can be self-adjusted, the clamping mechanism 60 is guaranteed to clamp the filter plate all the time, and further the control mechanism 30 provides a supporting point of force. During rotation, the balls of the elastic element 70 are in rolling friction with the surface of the filter plate, which is beneficial to the rotation of the device.
Example 4
The automatic filter cloth installation device of the filter press is basically the same as the device in the embodiment 3, and the difference is that: in this embodiment, the cylinder is used as a power source of the tapping unit, and the cylinder drives the push rod 31 and the pressure plate 40 to reciprocate up and down, so as to compress the compression member and the filter cloth and seal the filter chamber.
In addition, in order to ensure that the friction force applied to the slider 93 moving in the groove 84 is small, the slider 93 in this embodiment is spherical, and the cross section of the groove 84 is formed into a circular arc shape, so that the slider 93 can move in the groove 84. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to prevent the slider 93 from coming out of the groove 84 during the movement of the slider 93, in this embodiment, the groove 84 is provided with a groove through opening 85, the groove through opening 85 is circular, the spherical slider 93 can only go in and out of the groove through opening 85, the distance between the two sides of the other region of the groove 84 is smaller than the diameter of the spherical slider 93, the spherical slider 93 cannot come out of the other region of the groove 84, but the link 92 can move on the groove 84.
In the embodiment, when the limiting mechanism 80 is installed, the sliding block 93 enters the groove 84 from the groove through opening 85, so that the spherical sliding block 93 is always positioned in the inner cavity of the groove 84 in the rotation process of the subsequent device.
The automatic installation method of the filter cloth of the filter press comprises the following steps:
step one, sleeving a sleeve 81 of a limiting mechanism 80 on a fixing head 10, and rotating an expansion link 20 to enable a sliding block 93 of a positioning mechanism 90 to enter a groove 84 from a groove through hole 85;
secondly, the fixing head 10 provided with the limiting mechanism 80 passes through a hole in the middle of the filter cloth and is inserted into a feeding hole in the middle of the filter plate;
step three, controlling the length of the connecting rod 50 to enable the clamping mechanism 60 to clamp the filter plate;
placing the sealing element at the annular groove of the filter plate, and placing the filter cloth between the sealing element and the annular groove;
step five, starting a beating unit of the control mechanism 30, so that the push rod 31 pushes the pressure plate 40 to reciprocate, and the sealing element is pressed into the annular groove; meanwhile, a motor of a rotating unit in the control mechanism 30 drives a gear 33 on the rotating shaft 32 to rotate, and under the meshing action of gear teeth 86, the control mechanism 30, the pressure plate 40, the clamping mechanism 60 and the positioning mechanism 90 which are connected with the telescopic rod 20 rotate, namely rotate by taking the fixed head 10 as a circle center, so that the sealing element and the filter cloth are pressed into an annular groove of the filter plate while rotating and beating;
and step six, after rotating for a circle, taking down the whole device, repeating the steps one to five, and installing the filter cloth of the next filter plate.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if the person skilled in the art receives the teaching, without departing from the spirit of the invention, the person skilled in the art shall not inventively design the similar structural modes and embodiments to the technical solution, but shall fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. The automatic installation method of the filter cloth of the filter press is characterized in that an automatic installation device of the filter cloth of the filter press is utilized, and the method comprises the following steps:
step one, a sleeve (81) of a limiting mechanism (80) is sleeved on a fixed head (10), a telescopic rod (20) connected with the fixed head (10) is rotated, a sliding block (93) of a positioning mechanism (90) fixedly arranged on the telescopic rod (20) enters a groove (84) from a groove through hole (85), the groove (84) is positioned on a limiting frame (83), the limiting frame (83) is connected with the sleeve (81) through a supporting rod (82), and the distance between the central point of any one position of the groove (84) and the central point of an annular groove on an opposite filter plate is equal;
secondly, a fixing head (10) provided with a limiting mechanism (80) penetrates through a hole in the middle of the filter cloth and is inserted into a feeding hole in the middle of the filter plate;
thirdly, controlling the length of a connecting rod (50), wherein one end of the connecting rod (50) is connected with a control mechanism (30), the control mechanism (30) is connected with a telescopic rod (20), the connecting rod (50) is connected with one end, deviating from the telescopic rod (20), of the control mechanism (30), and the outer end of the connecting rod (50) is connected with a clamping mechanism (60) so that the clamping mechanism (60) clamps the filter plate;
placing the sealing element at the annular groove of the filter plate, and placing the filter cloth between the sealing element and the annular groove;
step five, starting a control mechanism (30), wherein the control mechanism (30) comprises a beating unit and a rotating unit, and the beating unit controls a push rod (31) to move up and down to enable a pressure plate (40) at the bottom end of the push rod (31) to beat the sealing element; the rotating unit comprises a motor, a rotating shaft (32) and a gear (33), wherein the gear (33) is arranged on the rotating shaft (32), and the rotating shaft (32) is driven by the motor to rotate; gear teeth (86) meshed with the gear (33) are arranged on the outer wall of the limiting frame (83);
meanwhile, a motor of the control mechanism (30) drives a gear (33) on the rotating shaft (32) to rotate, and under the meshing action of the gear teeth (86), the control mechanism (30), the pressure plate (40), the clamping mechanism (60) and the positioning mechanism (90) which are connected with the telescopic rod (20) rotate, namely rotate by taking the fixed head (10) as the center of a circle, so that the purpose of rotating and beating is realized;
and step six, after rotating for a circle, taking down the whole device, repeating the steps one to five, and installing the filter cloth of the next filter plate.

The method for automatically installing filter cloth of a filter press according to claim 1, wherein: the automatic filter cloth mounting device for the filter press comprises a fixing head (10), a telescopic rod (20), a control mechanism (30), a limiting mechanism (80) and a positioning mechanism (90), wherein the fixing head (10) is cylindrical, one end of the fixing head is connected with an outer pipe (21) of the telescopic rod (20), and an inner pipe (23) of the telescopic rod (20) is connected with the control mechanism (30); the positioning mechanism (90) is fixedly arranged on the inner pipe (23) and is matched with the limiting mechanism (80) to control the elongation of the telescopic rod (20).

The method for automatically installing filter cloth of a filter press according to claim 2, wherein: the limiting mechanism (80) comprises a sleeve (81), supporting rods (82) and a limiting frame (83), wherein the sleeve (81) is sleeved on the fixing head (10), the supporting rods (82) are arranged on the sleeve (81) at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the sleeve (81), and the supporting rods (82) are connected with the limiting frame (83); and a sliding block (93) matched with the groove (84) is arranged in the positioning mechanism (90).
