Abstract

Background

As shown in fig. 1, the electric toothbrush with the pressure feedback function comprises a toothbrush handle 1 and a toothbrush head 2 movably connected with the toothbrush handle 1, wherein a mounting bracket 3 is arranged in the toothbrush handle 1, the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a battery 4 and an electric motor 5, the electric motor 5 is provided with a motor shaft 6 connected with the toothbrush head 2, one side inner wall of the toothbrush handle 1 is provided with a PCB 7, the PCB 7 is provided with a sensor element 8, the outer side of the toothbrush handle 1 is provided with a numerical display 9 for displaying a pressure value, and the battery 4, the electric motor 5, the sensor element 8 and the numerical display 9 are all electrically connected with the PCB 7.
When brushing teeth, the toothbrush head 2 is in contact with teeth, the battery 4 provides necessary electric support for the normal operation of the PCB 7, the battery 4 and the electric motor 5 are fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket 3, the mounting bracket 3 is movable, the toothbrush head 2 applies force to the electric motor 5 through the motor shaft 6, the mounting bracket 3 slightly deflects the electric motor 5 upwards, the electric motor 5 deflects upwards and applies pressure to the sensor element 8 along with the upward deflection of the electric motor 5, and the sensor element 8 adopts a piezoelectric sensor, preferably, the sensor element 8 adopts a piezoelectric sensor, on one hand, the acquired data is sent to the numerical display 9 for analysis processing, a specific pressure value can be clearly and intuitively displayed, the specific pressure value can be compared with a specified normal pressure value, if the specific pressure value is larger than the normal pressure value, the display value is red to show warning, and if the specific pressure value is smaller than the normal pressure value, the display value is green to show normal, and a user can conveniently and rapidly know the brushing force condition of the user; on the other hand, the sensor element 8 collects pressure data in the working process of the electric toothbrush, the collected data are sent to the PCB 7, after the data analysis processing of the MCU module of the PCB 7, the PCB 7 converts the analysis processing result into corresponding working instructions and sends the corresponding working instructions to the electric motor 5, and then the vibration frequency of the electric motor 5 is adjusted, so that the running state of the current electric toothbrush is accurately controlled. The pressure acquisition precision is high, feedback is visual and timely, the intelligent degree is high, oral health is better protected, and user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket 3 of the present embodiment is provided with a hinge 10, and a hinge arm of the hinge 10 is connected to the electric motor 5. As shown in fig. 1, an ultraviolet LED lamp 13 is disposed near the side of the elastic support head 11 of the toothbrush handle 1 in this embodiment, the light emitting direction of the ultraviolet LED lamp 13 faces the toothbrush head 2, and the ultraviolet LED lamp 13 is electrically connected with the PCB board 7. Specifically, the ultraviolet LED lamp 13 installed on the toothbrush handle 1 and facing the toothbrush head 2 not only can effectively kill bacterial viruses attached to the toothbrush head 2, but also can play the roles of furthest protecting a user from being mistakenly irradiated by the ultraviolet LED lamp 13 and furthest reducing the bacterial viruses attached to the toothbrush head 2 by the time delay on and time off functions of the ultraviolet LED lamp 13.
As shown in fig. 1, a shock pad 14 is disposed between the PCB 7 and the electric motor 5 in the present embodiment.
