The working principle is as follows: when the lamp body 15 needs to be maintained according to fig. 2, the circular pressing plate 406 is pulled downwards, the circular pressing plate 406 presses the second spring 403 to compress downwards, the circular pressing plate 406 drives the hook 402 to be pulled out from the inside of the hanging hole 11, the cross rod 9 rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the cross rod 9 drives the lamp body 15 to rotate 90 degrees, the handle 501 and the circular block 502 are rotated clockwise, the circular block 502 drives the push rod 508 to rotate downwards, the push rod 508 drives the external thread of the disc 507 and the internal thread of the cylinder 503 to rotate downwards, the push rod 508 pushes the mounting head 505 to be screwed inside the fixing base 16 to fix the cross rod 9, so as to fix the lamp body 15, when the lamp body 15 needs to be vertically placed, the circular pressing plate 406 is rotated anticlockwise, the mounting head 505 is rotated out from the inside of the fixing base 16, the lamp body 15 is vertically placed, the circular pressing plate 406 is pulled downwards, the circular pressing plate 406 presses the second, the circular pressing plate 406 is rotated to rotate the circular pressing plate 406 180 degrees along the water needle, so that the hook 402 corresponds to the hanging hole 11, the circular pressing plate 406 is loosened, and the second spring 403 is reset upwards to push the hook 402 to be hung in the hanging hole 11 to fix the lamp body 15.
