Preferably, the conveying device comprises a first conveying part, a second conveying part and a lifting driving device, wherein the second conveying part is connected with the lifting driving device and is positioned below the first conveying part;
the first conveying part moves along a conveying line, the moving direction of the second conveying part is intersected with the conveying direction of the first conveying part, the packing area is arranged in the moving direction of the second conveying part, and the lifting driving device drives the second conveying part to lift so as to change the matched relative height of the second conveying part and the first conveying part.
Preferably, the first conveying part is a roller conveying device, and comprises a plurality of conveying rollers arranged at intervals;
the second conveying part comprises at least two transmission belts arranged at intervals, the transmission belts are positioned between gaps of the conveying rollers, and the transmission belts are in cross fit with the conveying rollers.
Preferably, the packaging platform is further provided with a reading device for reading the label of the package;
the first conveying part is provided with an inlet and an outlet along the conveying direction of the first conveying part, wherein the reading device is arranged at the inlet; or, the reading device is arranged at the outlet.
Preferably, the reading device comprises an RFID reading device and/or a barcode scanner.
Preferably, a detection sensor for detecting whether a package body exists in the packaging area is further arranged on the packaging platform.
Preferably, a detection sensor for detecting whether the package is full is arranged at the packaging area.
Preferably, the detection sensor is a photoelectric switch or a laser sensor.
Preferably, the article conveying platform comprises a conveying track, a belt type trolley is arranged on the conveying track, a conveying belt for conveying articles to the grid openings is arranged on the belt type trolley, and the conveying direction of the conveying belt is intersected with the conveying direction of the conveying track;
and an inclined sliding plate is arranged on at least one side of the transportation rail along the transportation direction of the transportation rail, and a plurality of grid openings are formed in the inclined sliding plate.
Preferably, oblique sliding plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the transportation rail along the transportation direction of the transportation rail, and the transportation direction of the transportation rail is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt of the belt type trolley;

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic packing device, which is suitable for packing an article by adopting a packing body 5, and comprises a packing platform 1 and an article conveying platform 2 positioned above the packing platform, wherein a plurality of grid openings 3 for conveying the article are arranged on the article conveying platform 2;
the packaging platform 2 is provided with a packaging area 4 corresponding to the grid openings 3 one by one, the packaging area 4 receives articles conveyed by the corresponding grid openings 3, and the packaging platform is also provided with a conveying device for conveying the packaging body 5 to the packaging area 4.
The automatic packing device that this embodiment provided is carried the packing body to the packing district through conveyor, is carried the goods to the check that corresponds with this packing district by article conveying platform, and the goods slides the packing body in the packing district through the check, utilizes the packing body to pack the article.
The package in this application may take a number of forms: for example, the number of the cells to be processed,
the packaging bag is preferably opened by a bag opening frame, and a label is arranged on the packaging bag; or,
preferably, the packing bag is supported by a tray, the packing bag is supported by a bag supporting frame, and a label is arranged at the bottom of the tray or on the packing bag; or,
preferably a package, on which a label is provided.
The automatic packing device that this application provided, the packing body can be the wrapping bag of conventional understanding, of course also can be the packing box, can carry out the packing to the article of carrying on the conveying platform can.
The package of this embodiment is preferably in the form of a tray supporting a package, the bottom of the tray being provided with a label 15, the information of the label 15 corresponding to the unique number of the package, which may preferably be one of the following: bar codes, two-dimensional codes, or RFID tags.
As a preferred embodiment, the conveying device includes a first conveying portion 6, a second conveying portion 7 and a lifting driving device 8, the second conveying portion is connected to the lifting driving device, and the second conveying portion is located below the first conveying portion, and reference may be made to a schematic structural diagram of the conveying device shown in fig. 3, and the specific structure is not limited to the example of fig. 3;

In this embodiment, the two-direction conveyance is realized by the first conveying portion and the second conveying portion, and when the second conveying portion is lower than the first conveying portion, the package body moves along the first conveying portion; when the second conveying part is higher than the first conveying part, the package moves along the second conveying part.
Further, the first conveying part 6 is a roller conveying device, and the first conveying part 6 comprises a plurality of conveying rollers 9 which are arranged at intervals;
the second conveying part 7 comprises at least two transmission belts 10 which are arranged at intervals, the transmission belts 10 are positioned between the gaps of the conveying rollers 9, and the transmission belts 10 are in crossed fit with the conveying rollers 9.
In this embodiment, the lifting driving device may preferably be a substrate supporting the second conveying portion and a pneumatic lifting device disposed below the substrate, such as four cylinders, to drive the second conveying portion to lift. Of course, the elevation drive device is not limited to this example, and may be used to elevate and lower the second conveying section.
Further, a reading device for reading the label of the package body is also arranged on the packaging platform;

Further, a detection sensor for detecting whether a package exists in the packaging area is further arranged on the packaging platform 1.
In the packaging platform, whether the packaging area is provided with the packaging body or not is determined by arranging the detection sensor, if the packaging area is empty, a new packaging body can be input into the packaging platform, and the packaging body can be ensured to orderly enter the packaging platform.
Further, a detection sensor for detecting whether the package is full is arranged at the packaging area.

When the automatic packing device is used in the current logistics, a packing process is carried out, the automatic packing device is matched with a sorting process for use, and sorting is carried out before packing. The scanning gun at the conveying track sends data (namely express mail information) obtained by scanning the express mail to the background, the background correlates the package body with the express mail information, so that the package body packages articles, when the package body is detected to be fully packaged, the articles are stopped to be conveyed to the package body, a background planning path conveys out the fully packaged package body, the background gathers information of the express mail loaded in the fully packaged package body, and then sends the information to a printer in communication with the information, a package plate is printed out and is attached to the corresponding package body.

Claims (9)
1. The automatic packing device is suitable for packing articles by adopting packing bodies and is characterized by comprising a packing platform and an article conveying platform positioned above the packing platform, wherein a plurality of grid openings for conveying the articles are arranged on the article conveying platform, packing areas which are in one-to-one correspondence with the grid openings are arranged on the packing platform, the packing areas receive the articles conveyed by the corresponding grid openings, and a conveying device for conveying the packing bodies to the packing areas is also arranged on the packing platform;
the conveying device comprises a first conveying part, a second conveying part and a lifting driving device, wherein the second conveying part is connected with the lifting driving device and is positioned below the first conveying part;
the first conveying part moves along a conveying line, the moving direction of the second conveying part is intersected with the conveying direction of the first conveying part, the packing area is arranged in the moving direction of the second conveying part, and the lifting driving device drives the second conveying part to lift so as to change the matched relative height of the second conveying part and the first conveying part.
2. The automated bagging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first conveying section is a roller conveyor, the first conveying section comprising a plurality of conveying rollers arranged at intervals;
the second conveying part comprises at least two transmission belts arranged at intervals, the transmission belts are positioned between gaps of the conveying rollers, and the transmission belts are in cross fit with the conveying rollers.
3. The automatic packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the packaging platform is further provided with a reading device for reading the package label;
the first conveying part is provided with an inlet and an outlet along the conveying direction of the first conveying part, wherein the reading device is arranged at the inlet; or, the reading device is arranged at the outlet.
4. An automatic packing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the reading device comprises an RFID reading device and/or a barcode scanner.
5. The automatic packing device according to claim 1, wherein a detection sensor for detecting whether a packing body exists in the packing area is further provided on the packing platform.
6. The automatic packing device according to claim 1, wherein a detection sensor for detecting whether the package is full is provided at the packing area.
7. The automated bagging apparatus of claim 5 or 6, wherein the detection sensor is a photoelectric switch or a laser sensor.
8. The automated bagging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the article transport platform comprises a transport rail having a belt trolley thereon, the belt trolley having a conveyor belt for transporting articles to a gate, the conveyor belt having a conveying direction intersecting a transport direction of the transport rail;
and an inclined sliding plate is arranged on at least one side of the transportation rail along the transportation direction of the transportation rail, and a plurality of grid openings are formed in the inclined sliding plate.
9. The automated bagging apparatus of claim 8, wherein,
the two sides of the transport rail are respectively provided with an inclined slide plate along the transport direction of the transport rail, and the transport direction of the transport rail is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt of the belt type trolley;
the first conveying part is positioned right below the conveying track.
