Leak protection is applied ointment or plaster
Technical Field
The invention relates to a leak-proof application.
Background
Many patients, particularly those with advanced solid tumors and tuberculous pleurisy, are most often associated with pleural and peritoneal effusions, in which case most patients undergo thoracoabdominal paracentesis, or puncture catheterization. After the patient punctures or extracts the tube (especially under the condition that the drainage tube is left on the body for 10-15 days after the tube is punctured), a tube hole can be formed after the tube is extracted, and most of the influences of basic diseases such as diabetes and the like are removed, and the healing can be gradually carried out after 24-72 hours. The phenomenon of effusion leakage can appear in the tube hole after the operation or after the drainage tube is pulled out. The conventional application is usually fixed in the following way: and a plurality of adhesive tapes are added for pressurization and fixation after covering and applying, and the dressing is added for pressurization and bandaging and then is fixed by a chest belt or an abdominal belt. The fixed form is poor in patient perception, and the hot summer season also increases patient discomfort and does not prevent effusion from leaking out. In clinical application, the effect of only using the traditional application or dressing is poor, and effusion leakage cannot be avoided. The leakage of the accumulated liquid not only brings inconvenience to the patient, but also easily causes infection and increases the pain of the patient.

Detailed Description
A concrete structure of a leakproof application of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and comprises an application sheet 1, a projecting portion 2 fixed to the application sheet 1, a lock portion 7 for fixing the projecting portion 2 to the application sheet 1, and a fixing portion for fixing the application sheet 1 to a human tissue. The patch 1 comprises a cushion layer 3, an absorption layer 4 and a film coating layer 6, wherein the absorption layer 4 comprises a wound surface and a back wound surface, the back wound surface is connected on the cushion layer 3, and the film coating layer 6 is pasted on the wound surface. The convex part 2 is arranged to protrude from the wound surface of the absorption layer 4. The protruding part 2 is provided with a groove, and the opening of the groove is positioned on the overhanging end face (i.e. towards the wound face) of the protruding part 2. The bulge 2 is used for covering the periphery of the pipe hole to prevent the effusion from leaking outside. In order to promote the healing of the tube hole and avoid effusion leakage, the groove is filled with wound dressing 5 which can be dissolved and adhered to the tube hole. The wound dressing 5 may be one or more of a plant-based dressing, a hydrocolloid-based dressing, and a hydrogel-based dressing. The wound dressing 5 can be dissolved and adhered to the tube hole, so that effusion can be prevented from leaking outside, and the wound healing can be promoted.
In order to increase the effect of the application of the invention on absorbing effusion, the bulge part 2 is provided with the communicating hole 21 for communicating the absorbing layer 4 with the inner space of the groove, in this case, the tissue fluid flowing out from the tube hole can be directly absorbed by the wound dressing 5 in the groove, and under the condition of large effusion quantity, the effusion can be absorbed by the absorbing layer 4 through the communicating hole 21, thus increasing the absorption effect of the application of the invention.
The fixing part can be an adhesive tape which can stick and fix the patch on the human body, and can also be an elastic tape which can tightly bind and fix the patch on the human body. In other embodiments, the securement portion may also serve as a complimentary member for use in cooperation with a leak resistant patch of the present invention to secure the leak resistant patch to the wound tissue.
The locking part 7 is used for fixing the protruding part 2 on the cushion layer 3, the protruding part 2 and the locking part 7 are fixed through a mortise and tenon joint structure, and the cushion layer 3 is clamped and fixed between the protruding part 2 and the locking part 7. Specifically, an annular groove is formed in the protruding portion 2, the diameter of the bottom of the annular groove is increased, and a tenon structure 71 capable of being inserted into the annular groove is formed in the locking portion 7. The through hole that the diameter is greater than the ring channel external diameter is seted up at the middle part of bed course 3, so tenon structure 71 can not be blockked by bed course 3 when impressing in the ring channel, as long as make tenon structure 71 shape and ring channel complete adaptation can guarantee that bulge 2 can press from both sides tightly to fix between the two with the bed course 3 after locking portion mortise-tenon joint. The part of the locking part 7 at the outer edge of the tenon structure 71 cooperates with the part of the protrusion 2 at the outer edge of the annular groove to clamp the cushion layer 3 at the edge of the through hole, and the part of the locking part 7 at the outer edge of the tenon structure 71 forms a clamping end surface. In other embodiments, in case the thickness of the cushion layer 3 is much smaller than the depth of the annular groove, the middle of the cushion layer 3 may also be provided without said through hole, but clamped directly between the protrusion 2 and the locking portion 7. An annular groove can be arranged on the locking part 7, and a tenon structure can be arranged on the convex part 2 so as to enable the locking part and the convex part to be in mortise and tenon connection.
The locking portion 7 cooperates with the projection 2 to clamp the cushion 3 with the following advantages: firstly, the convex part 2 is conveniently and quickly fixed on the cushion layer 3; secondly, the application can be more conveniently pasted through the locking part 7.
The film coating layer 6 comprises a protective film 61 and a cap 62 fixed in the middle of the protective film 61, the cap 62 is provided with a containing cavity for the protrusion 2 to extend into, the protective film 61 is adhered on the side of the absorbent layer facing the wound, and the cap 62 is used for covering the protrusion 2.
When the patch is used, the film coating layer 6 is firstly torn off, then the absorption layer 4 is pasted on the wound surface, the bulge part 2 is covered on the periphery of the pipe hole, and then the patch is fixed on the wound tissue by using the fixing part.
In this embodiment, bulge 2 is made by rubber materials or silica gel material, utilizes the better elasticity of material, has not only guaranteed to leak the travelling comfort when applying ointment or plaster the use, can adsorb in wound periphery more, plays fabulous fixed effect, and bulge 2 also can cover well when patient moves and establish in the tube hole periphery and can not drop, and wound dressing 7 in the recess can keep contacting with the tube hole and continuously take effect under this condition. The fixing part only needs simple auxiliary fixing without applying excessive pressure, thereby facilitating the fixation of the leak-proof application.
The bulge 2 made of rubber material or silica gel material also has the advantage of being difficult for organizing the adhesion, can not tear the tube hole again when changing and applying ointment or plaster. In other embodiments, the protruding portion 2 may also be made of other flexible materials that deform when stressed and rebound after the external force is removed, as long as the flexible materials are harmless to the human body and have better elasticity.
In this embodiment, the patch 1 has a butterfly shape, and the projecting portion 2 is provided at the center of the patch 1, which enables the patch 1 to be fixed at the orifice well in the case where the fixing portion is an adhesive tape or an elastic tape. By matching with the structural design of the bulge part 2, the leakage-proof application of the invention can avoid the phenomenon of application falling or effusion outflow along with the movement of a patient after the traditional application and dressing pressurization dressing.
