Communication management method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a communication management method and apparatus.
Background
With the advent of the information society, individuals face increasing opportunities and requirements to publish personal information, and even privacy, to the outside. In order to receive indiscriminate services, people provide private information such as mailbox registration addresses, mobile phone numbers, personal accounts and the like to service providers, individual service personnel and the like; however, the personal information may be illegally acquired or even leaked, and the leakage may cause the user to be harassed by a harassing party.
After obtaining the private information, the harassing party sends corresponding harassing information to the target user for multiple times for the purposes of profit, popularization and the like; the frequent reception of the harassment information can cause adverse effects on the life and work of the user; at present, the harassment information of a specific sender is transmitted in a large quantity and high in transmission frequency, so that statistics and analysis processing (such as marking the sender and screening and identifying the content of the sender information) are facilitated; in order to avoid harassment to users, the prior art can limit or intercept specific information contents such as marketing, promotion, preferential activities and the like frequently sent by a specific sender to a target user according to various feature information of the sender.
Although the method can reduce the high-frequency harassment information sent by the specific object, the method cannot solve the harassment caused by the leakage of small-scale and large-batch private information. On one hand, small-scale information leakage causes the information of the user to be acquired by a large number of unknown third parties, so that the user can face a plurality of times of harassments from different harassers (for example, after the mobile phone number of the user A is leaked, the harasser B carries out one-time call promotion aiming at the number, the harasser C only pushes promotion information through mobile phone short messages in the double eleven, and the like), and effective prevention and avoidance can not be realized aiming at the harassment condition; on the other hand, in an open communication system for receiving and sending mails, messages, short messages and the like, a harassing party sends harassing information (such as advertisement pushing, promotion short messages and the like) based on an acquired addressee account (such as a mobile phone number, a mailbox address and the like); at present, except that a user lists a relevant account of a harassing party into a blacklist or selects to unsubscribe relevant information after being harassed for the first time, no effective method for preventing or ending harassment exists temporarily.
Therefore, how to protect the safety and privacy of the user, avoid harassment and improve the user experience is a problem to be solved urgently.

First, some terms in the present application are explained so as to be easily understood by those skilled in the art.
(1) The sending account is an account for sending information or pushing information to the receiver; taking mailbox as an example, the sending account can be a sending mailbox address.
(2) And the recipient account comprises an account which can accept non-instant messages, such as a mailbox address, a mobile phone number, a Taobao WeChat account and the like. Taking the mailbox address as an example, the access account is the user identification of the e-mail which is obtained by the user through the manufacturer providing services in the form of SMTP/POP3 and can be distinguished and accessed. Such as the serviceability web @ qq.
(3) Accessing an account number, wherein the account number is generated for a server and is provided for a third party such as a registered service provider, an individual service broker and the like; taking the mailbox address as an example, the access account is a mail address which has the authority information among the users and displays the mail addresses among the users on an operation interface of the client.
(4) The registered service provider is a service organization which attracts VIP, members and the like in favor of each other and even requires users to provide personal information including mailbox registration addresses in necessary conditions. These registrars often collect a large amount of personal information that is intentionally or even actively sold or stolen due to loss of protection, which is a major aspect of privacy disclosure. Privacy leaks that occur at the registrar are often small but large in size at each time.
(5) The individual service broker serves individual services for the user to serve the surrounding life. Although most of these service individuals also belong to commercial establishments or even large commercial establishments, these individuals go through the users in a one-to-one manner, so that they both obtain and possess personal information including the personal privacy aspects of the users. More and broader customer sources are the fundamental appeal of these serving individuals. Therefore, the dissemination and dissemination of already acquired customer information among individual service intermediaries is also a major aspect of personal privacy disclosure. The personal privacy leakage occurring in the individual service intermediary is usually that the number of users leaked at a time is not large or even sporadic with the information gauge, but the leakage is very common and frequent.
(6) The database (data base, DB) can be regarded as an electronic file cabinet, that is, a place where electronic files are stored, and a user can perform operations such as adding, intercepting, updating, and deleting on data in the files. A "database" is a collection of data that is stored together in a manner that can be shared by multiple users, has as little redundancy as possible, and is independent of the application.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a communication management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication management method is applied to a communication management system (including a first architecture, a second architecture, and a third architecture). The communication management system includes a first device, an account receiving terminal, and a server, which will be described below with reference to fig. 5 from a single side with the server as an execution subject, and the method may include the following steps S501 to S507; alternatively, step S501, step S502, step S503, step S504, and step S507 are included.
Step S501: and acquiring the communication authority between the first sending account and the receiving account.
Specifically, a communication authority between a first delivery account and a receiving account preset by a user at a receiving end is obtained. The communication authority can be communication authority between a receiving account and a sending account which sends a message to the receiving account, wherein the communication authority is set by a user at a receiving end; the receiving terminal is a client terminal where the receiving account is located; and at the receiving and receiving client, setting the receiving address characteristics and the sending authority visible to the sender aiming at the definite sending address, and then synchronizing corresponding request and setting to a background server. Taking a scene of sending and receiving mails as an example: the user sets the mail authority for the sender with the receiving address as the object on the mail client interface, and the setting interface comprises: authority targets, recipient address identifiers, authority date and time ranges, whether the mail outside the authority is classified as harassment, whether harassment mail is blocked and classified in harassment reports, additional information and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending account includes a sending number, and the receiving account includes a receiving number; or the sending account comprises a sending mailbox address, and the receiving account comprises a receiving mailbox address; or the sending account number comprises a social account number used for initiating a session, and the receiving account number comprises a social account number used for receiving the session; or the sending account comprises a service account used for pushing service information, and the receiving account comprises a service account used for receiving the service information.
Step S502: and generating the access account, and determining the mapping relation between the access account and the communication authority.
Specifically, after the communication authority is determined, a random access account is generated, and a mapping relation between the access account and the communication authority is determined by combining the acquired communication authority between the receiving account and the sending account; and the mapping relation is used for determining whether the information sent by the sending account can be smoothly received by the receiving account according to the access account. The random access account is an account formed by numbers, letters, symbols and the like according to a random permutation and combination rule; taking an access account of a mailbox as an example, according to an original mailbox address (such as jason @ gmail.com) of a user, an access account (or called access address) containing corresponding characteristic information and communication authority is generated aiming at a mailbox sender address (such as service @ cmc.com) of a service provider, and the access account is in a random access account form such as mjs. cmctn @ eetypal.com, jason & server cmc @ gmail.com or jassercmc @ wmal.com.
Step S503: and sending the access account to the first device.
Specifically, after an access account is generated, sending the access account corresponding to a receiving account to a first device where a sending account which is ready to send communication information to the receiving account is located; and the access account is used for sending the communication information to the receiving account by the sending account only according to the access account.
In a possible implementation manner, a server responds to an account request of a first device, wherein the account request is used for requesting an access account corresponding to a receiving account from the server through an address authority data interface after the first device obtains the receiving account input by a user through a receiving account input plug-in; the first equipment is a webpage or mobile phone software; and the server sends the access account to the first equipment.
Step S504: first information sent by first equipment is received.
Specifically, first information sent by first equipment is received, and the received first information is processed according to a sending account and an access account, which are used for sending the first information, in the first equipment. The first device is a device where a first sending account is located, the first information is first communication content sent by the sending account to an access account, and the access account is a display account of a receiving account in the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, a server receives second information sent by a second device, wherein the second device is a device where a second delivery account is located, the second information is first communication content sent by the second delivery account to a recipient account, and the access account is a display account of the recipient account in the second device; the server determines a second communication authority between the second delivery account and the receiving account according to the communication record between the first delivery account and the receiving account; the second sending account is a sending account with the same preset identification as the first sending account; and the server determines whether to send the second information to the receiving account according to the second communication authority.
Step S505: and determining the receiving account number and a first communication authority between the first sending account number and the receiving account number according to the access account number.
Specifically, a sending account and a receiving account are determined according to an access account, and then communication permissions of the sending account and the receiving account are determined according to the access account, for example, time and content of the receiving account allowing the sending account to send the first information, sending times within a certain time period, and the like.
In one possible implementation, the communication right includes: and under the condition that the first information comprises preset image-text contents, prohibiting the first sending account from sending the first information to the receiving account.
Step S506: and determining whether to send the first information to the receiving account according to the first communication authority.
Specifically, for the received first communication authority, analyzing the information content which meets the requirement of the sending account on the receiving account in a set time period; and judging whether the time for receiving the information sent by the sending account and the information content meet requirements or not, and sending the received first information to the receiving account after judgment and confirmation. And if the time or the content of the sent information does not meet the preset requirement, intercepting the content sent from the sending account to the receiving account.
Step S507: and storing a communication record between the first sending account and the receiving account.
Specifically, the communication record between the sending account and the receiving account is stored and recorded in the database for each time. The communication records can be used for analyzing and processing disturbance and leakage conditions in the follow-up process.
In a possible implementation mode, a server acquires suspected harassment mails and mark information, analyzes harassment source information in the received suspected harassment mails, determines harassment sources, and collects and records the harassment sources in a database; the marking information comprises a mark of the received harassment mails; and the second sending account is the disturbance source. On the basis of realizing communication management in combination with the method shown in fig. 5, the application provides a method for preventing information leakage and avoiding harassment and a corresponding software architecture. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of preventing information leakage and avoiding disturbance according to an embodiment of the present invention. The flow chart shown in fig. 6 is described as follows:
and after the user receives the harassment information, marking the target information on a software interface of the user receiving account. The marking process comprises editing the sending account, such as marking the sending account with a name of a service provider, an industry attribution and the like; these suspected leak records and the marker information are synchronized to the server.
And the server receives the information of the sending account in the suspected leakage information, analyzes and obtains the leakage source, and collects and records the leakage source into a related database.
After the server obtains sufficient leakage source data, the server timely releases the data to the outside to warn relevant parties, thereby playing a demonstration role in subsequently reducing information leakage and avoiding disturbance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server provides the sending account with the access account, so that even if the access account is leaked, the real account of the user is not leaked; and on the basis that the server judges the communication authority between the sending account and the receiving account, the sending account which does not have the corresponding authority cannot cause harassment to the receiving user after being confirmed as a harassing party.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a software architecture for preventing information leakage and for preventing harassment according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein,
the receiving and sending record database not only records the receiving and sending records synchronized to the background during the information receiving and sending, but also records the receiving and sending records of harassment and suspected leakage generated in the active marking process of the user.
The address leakage database records data which are divided into two types: one is from records sent by a sending account with authority once, and the records record the sending condition after the authority is invalid (namely, the sending intention and operation that a user breaks through the authority intentionally but does not form a harassment result when using the client implementing the embodiment of the invention); and the other type of mark comes from the receiver (that is, the user receives the mail which is not sent by the client software which does not implement the embodiment of the invention and is out of the authority), and after the receiver of the harassing mail determines the harassment attribute of the mail, the client software displays the state of the mail and synchronizes the relevant information to the server.
And the leakage statistical analysis module is used for synchronously obtaining the receiving and sending records of the two types of information. Analyzing, classifying by time, space, service provider, industry and other labels, and finally generating a report of leakage and harassment calls.
With reference to the method shown in fig. 6 and the software structure shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present invention provides two ways of counting leakage and harassment records according to information records, taking mail receiving and sending as an example, as follows:
1. synchronizing mail records of the first device as leakage and harassment records:
the server obtains a mail record synchronized with the first equipment; and determining the authority of the sending address to the receiving address, and if the authority is not available, recording harassment and leakage according to the sent mail address and/or a corresponding facilitator or industry.
2. The process of analyzing the leakage and harassment of the mail records of the synchronous receiving account terminal comprises the following steps:
the receiving account terminal obtains harassment and leakage mail records marked by the user, and collects and extracts editing information aiming at the sending address and contact information corresponding to the sending address in a database; synchronizing the information to a background server; and according to a called model of the same sender address in the database (namely, the same or basically same harassers are owned), obtaining the same source sender relationship of another sender address which is determined as a harassment source. If the source is the same, the sending address is determined as a harassing mail source; searching records of the same or similar service providers or industries and the like in a database according to information of service providers and industries corresponding to the mail record sending address so as to determine whether the mail is harassment or not and whether information such as a receiving address and the like obtained by the sender is leaked or not; and analyzing and determining disturbance and leakage source data, generating time, region, service provider, industry and other marks, and recording the marks into an information leakage and disturbance mail database.
The following describes the application of the above method embodiment to a mail receiving and sending scenario based on the first architecture corresponding to fig. 1, for example:
user a applies for an address of a mail identified by micheal. The user has this expectation: most buddies may send mail to this mailbox address at any time, a person named janet Jackson @ hotmail (user B) in a month, a telco with service @ cmc.com mail address (facilitator C) may send mail in time T1, and a bank with service @ mbc.com mail address (facilitator D) may send mail in time T2.
The user a has four mail receiving addresses (mail access addresses) with transmission authority for the four sending parties, respectively. And the user A respectively sets mail authority aiming at the senders of the four mail addresses on a mail client interface, and the setting interface comprises the following steps: authority targets, recipient address identifiers, authority date and time ranges, whether the mail outside the authority is classified as harassment, whether harassment mail is blocked and classified in harassment reports, additional information and the like.
The user or the service provider B/C/D can only send mails to the user A within the date and time range set by the user A, the mails in other periods cannot be successfully sent, and the user A cannot receive the mails which are not authorized to pass through the mail service system.
Under the authority management, a mailbox address provided by a friend which can send a mail to the user A at any time is Michelson @ eetymail.com, a mailbox address provided for the user B is mjg.jcnjh @ eetymail.com, a mailbox address provided for the service provider C is mjg.cmctn @ eetymail.com, and a mailbox address provided for the service provider D is mjg.mbc @ eetymail.com.
It should be understood that the above application scenarios are only exemplary implementations in the embodiments of the present invention, and the application scenarios in the embodiments of the present invention include, but are not limited to, the above application scenarios.
With reference to the application scenario, the interaction condition of the first device, the receiving account terminal, and the server is expressed as interaction among the receiving client (i.e., the receiving account terminal), the sending client (i.e., the first device), and the background service for accessing the address (i.e., the server), please refer to fig. 8 and 9, where fig. 8 is an interaction flowchart provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the illustrated flow is as follows:
the receiving client side obtains a mailbox registration address of the sender, and obtains the characteristics of a preset recipient access address and the communication authority between the sender address and the recipient address;
the access address background service generates an addressee access address, registers the access address and establishes an access relation;
the sending client side obtains an access address of a receiver;
the access address background service checks the communication authority between the mailbox registration address of the sender and the target receiving address, determines whether to continue sending the mail according to the communication authority, and feeds back the mail state to the sending client;
and the sending client displays the sending state of the mail, synchronizes to the background service of the access address and acquires the sending/receiving record data of the mail.
FIG. 9 is a software architecture diagram corresponding to an interaction flow diagram provided by an embodiment of the present invention; wherein,
and the sender client can be used for sending information to the access account through the sender account. A rights DB (rights database) for storing communication rights; a contact DB (contact database) is used to store relevant information of contacts. The core invention of the client side of the sender is embodied in a sender address management module and a corresponding authority address data interface. The sending address management module mainly completes the acquisition and permission check of the sending access address; the address authority data interface is used for requesting and synchronizing data items related to the access address. Taking the e-mail sending end as an example, the e-mail sending end (e.g. the receiving address inherited by the user input or by the reply operation of the user) obtains the called access address, and checks the sending authority of the owned sending address to the receiving address. Under the condition of sending authority, sending the target mail through a registration address corresponding to the receiving access address; and in the case of no sending authority, displaying the result of the failure of mail sending. And synchronizing the mail sending record of the sending/receiving party information of the sent mail to the background server.
The access address background service can be used for judging the communication authority between the sending account and the receiving account of the sending terminal according to the access account, and then judging whether the information sent by the sending terminal is sent to the receiving account. The access address and authority management module can be used for respectively allocating and displaying the access address generated by the registered address conversion to the user terminal (responding to the request of the called user) and corresponding the communication authority of the transmitting side and the receiving side according to the requirement of the receiving user. The server provides background service of access address, and the core of the service is a unified address database which stores and manages user access address with registration address as key value, associated target of the access address, and effective period of access to the access address. Taking an access address background service as an example, acquiring a permission setting request, and converting to obtain a mail access address of a receiver relative to a sender; and recording related data into a database in combination with the permission setting.
The recipient client can be used for receiving the information sent by the recipient account through the recipient account. The permission DB and the contact DB may refer to the related description of the sender client, and are not described herein again. The core of the receiver client is embodied in a recipient address management module and a corresponding authority address data interface. The receiving address management module mainly provides a user with the editing and management functions of the receiving address; the address authority data interface is used for sending the communication authority preset by the user at the receiver client to the background service and requesting and synchronizing data items related to the access address and the authority. Taking a mail receiving end as an example, at an receiving and receiving client, setting the receiving address characteristics and the sending authority visible to the sending party aiming at the definite sending address, and then synchronizing the corresponding request and setting to a background server.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a communication management method applied to a communication management system (including a fourth architecture) according to another embodiment of the present invention. And if the time or the content of the sent information does not meet the preset requirement, intercepting the content sent from the sending account to the receiving account.
Step S1007: and storing a communication record between the first sending account and the receiving account.
Specifically, the communication record includes whether the first information is received by the delivery time, the first delivery account, the recipient account, and the recipient account.
In the present application, a schematic diagram of an application scenario of communication management and a corresponding software architecture are provided based on the implementation of communication management shown in fig. 10.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic view of a communication management application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the application scenario includes a first device (in the figure, a registered service provider side is taken as an example, and the first device is a device where a delivery account is located), a receiving account side (in the figure, a mail receiving client side is taken as an example), a server (in the figure, a uniform mail address background service is taken as an example), and a service client side (in the figure, a web page is taken as an example), and communication between the server and the first device, the receiving account side, or the service client side may be performed through Wi-Fi and a mobile network. In the application scenario, a sending account is a sending mailbox address, and a receiving account is a receiving mailbox address; the device where the sending account is located is called a sending account terminal, and the device where the receiving account is located is called a receiving account terminal; wherein,
the unified mail address background service is used as a server and is mainly used for storing access addresses and authority data, unified mail addresses and corresponding mail receiving and sending records.
The mail receiving client is used as receiving software of a user, provides an editing and permission setting interface of a mail access address of a receiver for the user, and synchronizes a set result to the background server; and synchronizing the recommended access address and the permission from the background server.

The embodiment of the invention provides the following two ways for protecting the mailbox address:
1. after a user inputs an email address, an information input plug-in the webpage or the mobile software requests an access address corresponding to the email address from a background server through an address authority data interface, and then the access address is sent to a service provider, so that the service provider only obtains the access address, and the privacy information of the user is better protected. Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of converting an email address during registration according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the flowchart includes the following steps:
the user sets an addressee access address and a mail sending authority aiming at a mail registration address of a target sender (a target service provider); synchronizing the related setting result to a background server; after the user fills in the information required by registration and submits input information to a registration service provider, the address authority data interface extracts the mail address and other information of the receiver in the plug-in and sends the mail address and other information to the background server; the embodiment of the invention does not limit the sequence of the user setting process and the user registering process.
If the background server side has address and authority pair information of the receiver and the corresponding sender, the background server extracts the generated mail access address and authority; if the background server side does not have the address and permission pair information of the receiver and the corresponding sender, the background server side generates a suggested mail receiving address and permission and sends the information to the receiver client software according to the network condition; sending the mail access address of the receiver and other user information input by the user in the plug-in to a target sender (registration server); the sender saves the information containing the mail access address of the receiver in a related database; the sender obtains the mail to be sent and the mail access address of the receiver (in another time period); the sender sends an authority synchronization request of a target receiver, and the server sends related authority to the sender according to the access address of the receiver; the sender requests synchronization and obtains the mail registration address and the sending and receiving authority of the target receiver; under the condition that the authority permits, the sender sends a corresponding mail by using a mail registration address corresponding to the mail access address of the receiver, and generates a mail receiving and sending record; and the background service synchronously obtains the receiving and sending records and records the receiving and sending records.
2. For the scene of registering and acquiring the original mail address of the target user, the embodiment of the invention provides a/series address conversion interface, so that a service provider can acquire the converted mail access address again through the original mail address of the user; the facilitator replaces the original mailbox address with the access address of the new mail, thereby completely desensitizing user privacy. Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of converting an email address through an address translation interface after registration according to an embodiment of the present invention; the flow shown in fig. 13 is as follows: the user sets a mail access address and mail sending authority aiming at a mail registration address of a target sender (target service provider); synchronizing the related setting result to a background server; initiating (at another time period) a conversion operation by the sender to a corresponding mail access address with the mail registration address of the registered user; extracting a user mail registration address stored in a sender database, and requesting a corresponding mail access address; inquiring the access address and the set authority of the receiver according to the mail registration address; the sender obtains the mail access address and the authority of the target receiver, and replaces the mail registration address with the mail access address; the sender obtains the mail to be sent and the mail access address of the receiver (in another time period); the sender sends an authority synchronization request of a target receiver, and the server sends related authority to the sender according to the access address of the receiver; the sender requests synchronization and obtains the mail registration address and the sending and receiving authority of the target receiver; under the condition that the authority permits, the sender sends a corresponding mail by using a mail registration address corresponding to the mail access address of the receiver, and generates a mail receiving and sending record; and the background service synchronously obtains the receiving and sending records and records the receiving and sending records.
