Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the present invention relates to a detection method applied to a detection device, which may be any electronic device capable of performing a substance detection function, such as an optical detection device (spectrometer, etc.). The specific flow of the detection method is shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring a laser focal length of the detection device.
Specifically, the detection device in this embodiment includes a laser lens for generating a laser focus, and a laser focal length of the laser lens is a fixed value, and a specific value of the laser focal length is stored in a parameter database of the detection device, so that after the detection device obtains the detection start instruction, the detection device obtains the specific value of the laser focal length from the parameter database according to the detection start instruction. For example, in practical applications, the specific value of the laser focal length may be 3cm, but this embodiment is merely an example, and the specific value of the laser focal length is not limited in this embodiment.
In the case that the focal length of the laser is known, the position of the focal point of the laser can be determined from the focal length of the laser.
Step 102, obtaining specification information of the container.
Specifically, by acquiring identification information on the container, specification information is acquired according to the identification information, wherein the specification information comprises size information of the container and material information of the container. In practical applications, the identification information may be a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag or a bar code. In this embodiment, when the specification information is acquired according to the identification information, two direct or indirect acquisition methods may be adopted:
in the first direct acquiring method, the specification information included in the identification information is acquired by reading the identification information. For example, an NFC tag is attached to a container, and the NFC tag includes specification information "diameter: 10 mm, thickness: 3 mm, material: quartz ", the detection device can directly obtain specification information" diameter: 10 mm, thickness: 3 mm, material: quartz ".
A second indirect acquisition mode, which is to obtain a code number contained in the identification information by reading the identification information; and matching the code number with a database to obtain the specification information corresponding to the code number, wherein the database stores the corresponding relation between the code number and the specification information. In this embodiment, the identification information includes a code number, the detection device can only obtain the code number included in the identification information by reading the identification information, each code number represents a container specification information, and the detection device can indirectly obtain the specification information corresponding to the code number by matching the obtained code number with the database. For example, an NFC tag is attached to a container, the NFC tag includes a code number "001", the detection device reads the NFC tag on the container to obtain the code number "001", and the database stores specification information corresponding to the code number 001 as "diameter: 10 mm, thickness: 3 mm, material: quartz ", and specification information corresponding to code No. 002 is" thickness: 0.2 mm, material: polyethylene ", the detection device can indirectly obtain the specification information" diameter "corresponding to" 001 "by matching the code number" 001 "with the database: 10 mm, thickness: 3 mm, material: quartz ".
And 103, adjusting the position of the container according to the laser focal length and the specification information, so that the laser focal point determined by the laser focal length after the position is adjusted irradiates the article to be detected through the container.
In this embodiment, after the specification information of the container is obtained, the type of the container may be determined according to the material information in the specification information, wherein the type of the container includes a sample bag or a sample bottle. For example, the inspection apparatus may obtain the type of the container by matching the material information with a container type matching list, and determine the type of the container as a sample bottle if the material information in the specification information is quartz, and determine the type of the container as a sample bag if the material information in the specification information is polyethylene. In the present embodiment, the description is given by taking the example of determining the type of the container based on the material information, but it is needless to say that the type of the container may be determined in another manner, for example, the detection apparatus includes an imaging device, an image of the container is acquired by imaging, and the acquired image is analyzed to determine the type of the container.
It should be noted that, when the type of the container is determined to be a sample bag, the total thickness of the sample bag containing the object to be detected is measured, the sample bag can be clamped by the detection device for the total thickness of the sample bag and obtained by measurement by the measurement device, and of course, an image of the sample bag can also be obtained by the camera device, and the total thickness of the sample bag can also be obtained by analyzing the obtained image. If the type of the container is determined to be a sample bottle, the size information of the container includes: the diameter of the sample vial and the thickness of the sample vial; if the type of the container is determined to be a sample bag, the size information of the container comprises the thickness of the sample bag before the container is filled with the object to be detected.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the position of the container is adjusted according to the laser focal length and the specification information, the following specific methods are adopted: determining a first distance from a first side surface of the container to the laser lens according to the laser focal length and the specification information, wherein the first distance is the closest distance from the container to the laser lens; and determining a second distance from the second side surface of the container to the laser lens according to the laser focal length and the specification information, wherein the second distance is the farthest distance from the container to the laser lens.
In one implementation, taking the container type as a sample bottle as an example, a determination manner of a first distance from a first side surface of the sample bottle to a laser lens and a second distance from a second side surface of the sample bottle to the laser lens is specifically described. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for determining the position of a sample bottle, and the right tangential plane of the sample bottle is taken as a first side surface and the left tangential plane of the sample bottle is taken as a second side surface. Determining a first distance from the first side surface of the sample bottle to the laser lens, wherein the laser focal length is f, the diameter of the sample bottle is d, the thickness of the sample bottle is n, and then the first distance from the first side surface of the sample bottle to the laser lens is: f-n, just passing the sample bottle through the laser focus, irradiating the object to be detected with the laser focus, and determining that the second distance from the second side surface of the sample bottle to the laser lens is as follows: f + d-n.
In another specific implementation, taking the container type as a sample bag as an example, the determination manner of the first distance from the first side surface of the sample bag to the laser lens and the second distance from the second side surface of the sample bag to the laser lens is specifically described. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a position determination method of the sample bag, and the right side of the sample bag is taken as a first side surface and the left side of the sample bag is taken as a second side surface. Determining a first distance from the first side of the sample bag to the laser lens, wherein the laser focal length is f, the total thickness of the sample bag is D, the thickness of the sample bag is N, and then the first distance from the first side of the sample bag to the laser lens is: and f-N, just passing the laser focus through the sample bag, irradiating the laser focus on the article to be detected, and determining that the second distance from the second side surface of the sample bag to the laser lens is as follows: f + D-N.
Compared with the prior art, the detection method provided by the embodiment can determine the specific position of the laser focus by acquiring the laser focus of the detection device, can acquire the specific parameter information of the container by acquiring the specification information of the container, and can accurately adjust the position of the container according to the specific position of the laser focus and the specific parameter information of different containers, so that the laser focus determined by the laser focus irradiates the to-be-detected object through the container, and therefore accurate detection can be achieved for the to-be-detected object contained in the containers of different types.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a detection method. The embodiment is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the specific improvement is as follows: after the position of the laser focus is determined, emission of laser light according to the position of the laser focus is added to collect spectral information, and a detection result is obtained according to the spectral information. The flow of the detection method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 4. Specifically, in the present embodiment, steps 201 to 204 are included, where steps 201 to 203 are substantially the same as steps 101 to 103 in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again, and differences are mainly introduced below, and technical details that are not described in detail in the present embodiment may be referred to the detection method provided in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
After step 201 to step 203, step 204 is executed.
And step 204, emitting laser to collect spectrum information, and obtaining a detection result according to the spectrum information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, after the position of the container is adjusted, the detection device emits laser light, the laser light just penetrates through the container and irradiates on the object to be detected, and spectrum information of the laser light irradiating on the object to be detected is collected. However, the obtained spectral information includes not only the spectral information of the object to be detected, but also the spectral information of the container, which is interference information for the detection process of the substance. Because the specification information includes material information of the container, and the database stores the spectral information corresponding to the material of the container, the spectral information of the container is excluded from the spectral information collected by the laser, so that the accurate spectral information of the substance to be detected can be obtained. Accurate detection results can be obtained by matching the accurate spectral information of the substance to be detected with the spectrum of the known substance, and the detection results obtained through spectrum matching are not the key points of the application, so that the method is not repeated in the application.
The emission laser collects the spectral information, and the interference of the spectral information of the container is eliminated from the collected spectral information, so that the accuracy of the detection result can be further improved.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
