Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法及系统,其主要分为垃圾预处理区块、沼气发酵发酵区块和肥料加工区块,所经历的加工方法主要包括垃圾的粉碎、分离分类、净化、发酵、压榨、洗涤、过滤等步骤,配合相应的处理系统及机械设备,将垃圾转变为可供农业生产利用的肥料,同时产生的沼气还可以用于电热联产。不仅解决垃圾处理的难题,而且真正实现垃圾的综合利用。而且垃圾制肥产品能带来可观的经济效益,又节约了资源,实现了节能减排,在经济、环境等方面都具有重大的实践意义和价值。

本发明涉及一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法及系统。
背景技术
据有关部门统计,随着城市居民的生活提高,我国每个城市居民年产生垃圾为450~500kg/年人。城区的垃圾环卫工人日收集垃圾在1200~1400吨左右,这些垃圾被转运到填埋场填埋或燃烧处理。然而垃圾中潜伏着的病毒和有害物质,填埋对环境的水土资源造成潜在污染,垃圾的长期堆放和燃烧还会产生二恶英,对居民的身体、生活构成了直接的威胁。因此如何有效、绿色、环保的处理垃圾,成为亟待解决的难题。
垃圾制肥是一项新兴起的垃圾处理技术,其不仅可以解决垃圾污染问题,还可以将垃圾资源化,用于农业生产。传统的垃圾制肥技术包括厌氧发酵和好氧堆肥等方式,其中厌氧发酵技术在有机物去除率和甲烷产率方面尚需要很多改进,好氧堆肥技术,由于垃圾本身含水率高,加上有机物分解产生的水分,导致堆肥过程中升温慢,制约了堆肥的处理进程,并且容易恶臭污染严重。因此有必要提出一种全新的垃圾制肥技术,不仅可以充分分解利用垃圾中的有机质,而且清洁无污染。
发明内容
为解决城市生活垃圾处理带来的污染及危害问题,本发明提出一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法及系统,以城市生活垃圾作为原料,通过一系列机械、化学及生物方法处理后形成可供农业生产利用的肥料,不仅解决了垃圾处理的问题,还变废为宝,实现了可持续发展的科学理念。该利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法及生产系统具体方案为:
一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其包括的步骤如下:
S1:垃圾接收:将收集的混合垃圾运送至垃圾贮存区,此混合垃圾为制备有机肥料的初始原料;
S2:粗破粉碎:将步骤S1中所述的混合垃圾进行初破粉碎处理,获得便于后续处理的我垃圾粗料;
S3:分类分离:将步骤S2中粗破的垃圾进行分类分离,剔除垃圾粗料中的惰性无机物,获得的用于制备有机肥料的有机物料;
S4:细破处理:将步骤S3中获得的有机物料进一步破碎处理,获得有机物细料;
S5:净化处理:将步骤S4中获得的有机物细料进行净化清洁处理,净化后获得的有机物净料直接进入发酵步骤;
S6:发酵沤肥:将步骤S5中获得的有机物净料加入到发酵罐中,利用兼氧菌和厌氧菌处理可生物分解的物质,产生的沼气脱硫后用于发电和产生热能,产生的沼渣沼液进入下一步处理;
S7:压榨处理:将步骤S6中获得的沼渣沼液进行压榨处理使其固液分离,压榨得到的固体物质制成固体有机肥料Ⅰ,剩余的物质进入下一步骤;
S8:倾注洗涤:将步骤S7中压榨后剩余的物质倾注入具有震荡套筒的洗涤器中进行进一步固液分离处理,获得的固体物质制成有机肥料Ⅱ,液体需进一步处理;
S9:终极过滤:将步骤S8中的洗涤液进行终极过滤,其滞留物进行真空蒸发处理获得固体有机肥Ⅲ,过滤液进入下一步骤;
S10:渗透蒸发:将步骤S9中获得的过滤液进行逆向渗透处理,获得浓缩液态肥和符合排放标准的清水。

一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产系统,包括垃圾预处理区块子系统,沼气区块子系统和肥料加工区块子系统;所述沼气区块子系统连接在垃圾预处理区块子系统的输出端,所述肥料加工子系统连接在沼气区块子系统的输出端;所述垃圾预处理区块子系统包括自动过磅装置、混合贮存系统、切碎机、分离分类系统、研磨机和自动化清洁系统;所述沼气区块子系统包括发酵罐、脱硫装置、热电联产系统和联合储藏设备;肥料加工区块子系统螺旋压榨机、震荡洗涤器、过滤设备、真空蒸发设备和渗透设备;
将收集来的垃圾经垃圾预处理区块子系统的过磅装置接收后塞入混合贮存系统混合储存,然后经切碎机粗破后进入分类分离系统,分离出的有机物料再经研磨机细碎处理后进入自动化清洁系统;清洁后的生物质投入到沼气区块子系统的发酵罐中进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经脱硫设备脱硫处理后进入热电联产系统进行发电产热,或者进入联合储藏设备以备它用;发酵产生的沼渣沼液输入肥料加工子系统,经螺旋压榨机压榨后的固体成分进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,榨出的浆液注入震荡洗涤器,洗涤所得的固体进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,所得的液体进入过滤设备终极过滤,过滤的滞留物经真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,过滤液进入渗透设备经逆向渗透后制成浓缩肥料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明有效地解决城市生活垃圾处理面临的难题。从原料入手分离分类,清洁处理,解决垃圾中的细菌污染,产生异味,等问题。以过期食品、猪粪和污泥等为制肥的主料,经发酵处理,解决厌氧发酵的有机质分离问题和肥通风不畅、升温较慢、产生大量渗滤液等问题,而且产生的沼气用于电热联产,真正实现垃圾的综合利用。
而且本发明的生产系统,设备先进,采用的全自动控制系统,操作简单、易行,不仅加速垃圾制肥效率,而且产品能带来可观的经济效益。更为重要的是,本发明在有效减少生活垃圾清运量,节约资源,控制恶臭气体的产生以实现节能减排,在经济、环境等方面具有重大的实践意义和价值。

一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,如图1所示,其包括的步骤如下:
S1:垃圾接收:将收集的混合垃圾运送至垃圾贮存区,此混合垃圾为制备有机肥料的初始原料;所述的混合垃圾包括城市生活垃圾、粪便或者淤泥,所述城市生活垃圾又包括厨余垃圾、过期食品、菜场的剩菜叶以及其他有机垃圾。
S2:粗破粉碎:将步骤S1中所述的混合垃圾进行初破粉碎处理,获得便于后续处理的垃圾粗料;所述的粗破垃圾粗料,其粒径大小为0-100mm。
S3:分类分离:将步骤S2中粗破的垃圾进行分类分离,剔除垃圾粗料中的惰性无机物,获得的用于制备有机肥料的有机物料;所述的惰性无机物包括塑料、玻璃、金属、木材、纸板或者石块等无机物,将其分离出来后清洗很干净,装入专用的容器以用于其他途径处理使用。
S4:细破处理:为了利于后续的发酵处理,将步骤S3中获得的有机物料进一步破碎处理,获得有机物细料;所述的有机物细料,其粒径大小为0-5mm。,方便有机物分解肥料化。
S5:净化处理:为了避免垃圾中细菌、化学成分等有害物质的污染,在发酵前需将步骤S4中获得的有机物细料进行净化清洁处理,净化处理的方法为物理方法、化学方法或者生物方法,具体的可采用吸附、萃取、氧化还原、酸碱平衡、生物分解等方法,净化后获得的有机物净料直接进入发酵步骤。
S6:发酵沤肥:将步骤S5中获得的有机物净料加入到发酵罐中进行发酵沤肥,发酵沤肥的配料比,垃圾干物质和水分的比例为85:15~60:40。其包括前期的初发酵和后期的后发酵,初发酵时间为6-8h,后发酵时间8-12h,发酵温度为30-60℃,发酵液的pH值调至6-8。制作成有机肥料的有机物净料需要进行后发酵处理。所述发酵沤肥,即利用兼氧菌和厌氧菌分解垃圾中的可生物分解物质,发酵过程中产生的沼气经脱硫后可用于发电和产生热能,产生的沼渣沼液进行进一步处理,制成肥料。
S7:压榨处理:将步骤S6中发酵产生的沼渣沼液进行压榨处理,使其固液分离,压榨得到的固体物质制成固体有机肥料Ⅰ,剩余的物质进入洗涤器洗涤。
S8:倾注洗涤:将步骤S7中压榨后剩余的物质倾注入具有震荡套筒的洗涤器中洗涤,即进一步固液分离处理,将洗涤获得的固体物质制成有机肥料Ⅱ,洗涤液进行过滤处理;
S9:终极过滤:将步骤S8中的洗涤液注入过滤器中,进行终极过滤处理,过滤的滞留物进行真空蒸发处理后制得固体有机肥Ⅲ,过滤液进行渗透处理;

一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产系统,如图2至图4所示,包括垃圾预处理区块子系统1,沼气区块子系统2和肥料加工区块子系统3;所述沼气区块子系统2连接在垃圾预处理区块子系统1的输出端,所述肥料加工子系统3连接在沼气区块子系统的输出端;所述垃圾预处理区块子系统包括自动过磅装置、混合贮存系统101、切碎机102、分离分类系统103、研磨机104和自动化清洁系统105;所述沼气区块子系统包括发酵罐201、脱硫装置202、热电联产系统203和联合储藏设备204;肥料加工区块子系统螺旋压榨机301、震荡洗涤器302、过滤设备303、真空蒸发设备304和渗透设备305;
将收集来的垃圾经垃圾预处理区块子系统1的过磅装置接收后塞入混合贮存系统101混合储存,然后经切碎机102粗破后进入分类分离系统103,分离出的有机物料再经研磨机104细碎处理后进入自动化清洁系统105;清洁后的生物质投入到沼气区块子系统2的发酵罐201中进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经脱硫设备202脱硫处理后进入热电联产系统203进行发电产热,或者进入联合储藏设备204以备它用;发酵产生的沼渣沼液输入肥料加工子系统3,经螺旋压榨机301压榨后的固体成分进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,榨出的浆液注入震荡洗涤器302,洗涤所得的固体进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,所得的液体进入过滤设备303终极过滤,过滤的滞留物经真空蒸发器304蒸发后制成固体肥料,过滤液进入渗透设备305经逆向渗透后制成浓缩肥料。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的。 此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非只包含一个的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (10)
1.一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:其包括的步骤如下:
S1:垃圾接收:将收集的混合垃圾运送至垃圾贮存区,此混合垃圾为制备有机肥料的初始原料;
S2:粗破粉碎:将步骤S1中所述的混合垃圾进行初破粉碎处理,获得便于后续处理的我垃圾粗料;
S3:分类分离:将步骤S2中粗破的垃圾进行分类分离,剔除垃圾粗料中的惰性无机物,获得的用于制备有机肥料的有机物料;
S4:细破处理:将步骤S3中获得的有机物料进一步破碎处理,获得有机物细料;
S5:净化处理:将步骤S4中获得的有机物细料进行净化清洁处理,净化后获得的有机物净料直接进入发酵步骤;
S6:发酵沤肥:将步骤S5中获得的有机物净料加入到发酵罐中,利用兼氧菌和厌氧菌处理可生物分解的物质,产生的沼气脱硫后用于发电和产生热能,产生的沼渣沼液进入下一步处理;
S7:压榨处理:将步骤S6中获得的沼渣沼液进行压榨处理使其固液分离,压榨得到的固体物质制成固体有机肥料Ⅰ,剩余的物质进入下一步骤;
S8:倾注洗涤:将步骤S7中压榨后剩余的物质倾注入具有震荡套筒的洗涤器中进行进一步固液分离处理,获得的固体物质制成有机肥料Ⅱ,液体需进一步处理;
S9:终极过滤:将步骤S8中的洗涤液进行终极过滤,其滞留物进行真空蒸发处理获得固体有机肥Ⅲ,过滤液进入下一步骤;
S10:渗透蒸发:将步骤S9中获得的过滤液进行逆向渗透处理,获得浓缩液态肥和符合排放标准的清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1所述的混合垃圾包括城市生活垃圾、粪便或者淤泥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S2所述的垃圾粗料,其粒径大小0-100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述的惰性无机物包括塑料、玻璃、金属、木材、纸板或者石块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S4所述的有机物细料,其粒径大小为0-5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述的净化处理方法包括物理方法、化学方法和生物方法。
7.根据权利要求1所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S6所述的发酵沤肥包括前期的初发酵和后期的后发酵,制作成有机肥料的有机物净料需要进行后发酵处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:发酵沤肥的配料比,垃圾干物质和水分的比例为85:15~60:40。
9.根据权利要求7所述的利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S4所述的发酵沤肥的初发酵时间为6-8h,后发酵时间8-12h,发酵温度为30-60℃,发酵液的pH值调至6-8。
10.一种利用垃圾制备有机肥料的生产系统,其特征在于:包括垃圾预处理区块子系统(1),沼气区块子系统(2)和肥料加工区块子系统(3);所述沼气区块子系统(2)连接在垃圾预处理区块子系统(1)的输出端,所述肥料加工子系统(3)连接在沼气区块子系统的输出端;所述垃圾预处理区块子系统包括自动过磅装置、混合贮存系统(101)、切碎机(102)、分离分类系统(103)、研磨机(104)和自动化清洁系统(105);所述沼气区块子系统包括发酵罐(201)、脱硫装置(202)、热电联产系统(203)和联合储藏设备(204);肥料加工区块子系统螺旋压榨机(301)、震荡洗涤器(302)、过滤设备(303)、真空蒸发设备(304)和渗透设备(305);
将收集来的垃圾经垃圾预处理区块子系统(1)的过磅装置接收后塞入混合贮存系统(101)混合储存,然后经切碎机(102)粗破后进入分类分离系统(103),分离出的有机物料再经研磨机(104)细碎处理后进入自动化清洁系统(105);清洁后的生物质投入到沼气区块子系统(2)的发酵罐(201)中进行发酵,发酵产生的沼气经脱硫设备(202)脱硫处理后进入热电联产系统(203)进行发电产热,或者进入联合储藏设备(204)以备它用;发酵产生的沼渣沼液输入肥料加工子系统(3),经螺旋压榨机(301)压榨后的固体成分进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,榨出的浆液注入震荡洗涤器(302),洗涤所得的固体进入真空蒸发器蒸发后制成固体肥料,所得的液体进入过滤设备(303)终极过滤,过滤的滞留物经真空蒸发器(304)蒸发后制成固体肥料,过滤液进入渗透设备(305)经逆向渗透后制成浓缩肥料。
