Background
Since offset presses use viscous inks, a large number of different types of inking rollers are required to level them. The ink distributing device is the main part of the offset press for distributing ink uniformly, and the ink distributing roller is the core of the ink distributing system. Offset printing machines typically use 3-4 form rollers, the movement of which involves both a circumferential rotational movement and an axial lateral movement, and which, in a reciprocal movement with an adjacent distribution roller, rolls and stretches the ink, making it spread uniformly in the axial and circumferential directions, and also making up for the inaccuracies of the local adjustment of the ink by the form rollers' oscillating movement.
Usually the rotational motion power of the oscillating mechanism comes from the plate cylinder, and the axial motion power of the oscillating roller adopts different driving modes. The traditional series moving mechanism of the offset press consists of a worm gear mechanism and a set of connecting rod mechanism, and the connecting rod mechanism has two dead points, so that the stability is difficult to avoid being influenced; the link mechanism needs a certain rotating radius, so a certain installation space is also needed; in addition, since the radius of the link mechanism is fixed during adjustment, it is difficult to adjust the play distance.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the oscillating mechanism of the oscillating roller of the offset printing press of the present invention includes a driving mechanism, a worm and gear mechanism and a cam mechanism.
The driving mechanism comprises a driving gear 11 which is arranged on a mandrel 10 of the oscillating roller through keys and a transmission gear 12 which is meshed with the driving gear 11; the thickness of the transmission gear 12 is larger than that of the driving gear 11; the oscillating roller bearing 13 is provided on the front end of the drive gear 12 on the mandrel 10 of the oscillating roller.
The worm 21 of the worm gear mechanism is mounted on a worm shaft 22a, the worm shaft 22a is mounted in the center hole of the transmission gear 12 by a key, the center hole of the worm wheel 22 of the worm gear mechanism is mounted with a camshaft 3 by a key, and the camshaft 3 is mounted on the frame 20 by a pair of bearings.
The cam mechanism comprises a disc-shaped eccentric cam 31, a running block 32 and a stop block 33; wherein, the eccentric cam 31 is installed on the upper portion of the camshaft 3 by a key;

The working principle of the oscillating mechanism of the oscillating roller of the offset press is as follows: the axial movement of the oscillating roller is from the driving gear 11 arranged on the oscillating roller, the driving gear 11 drives the transmission gear 12 to rotate, the transmission gear 12 drives the worm 21 of the worm gear mechanism to rotate, the worm 21 drives the worm wheel 22 to rotate, thereby driving the eccentric cam 31 to rotate through the cam shaft 3, and the eccentric cam 31 drives the oscillating block 32. Because the serial block 32 is rectangular and has a certain gap with the two side plates of the stop block 33, and the serial block 32 is made of copper material with small friction coefficient, the serial block 32 does not rotate along with the eccentric cam 31, but is pushed by the high surface of the eccentric cam 31 to move back and forth and left and right. When the string moving block 32 moves back and forth, the front end and the rear end of the stop block 33 are opened, and the string moving block 32 is not blocked at the front side and the rear side, so that the stop block 33 cannot be driven to move back and forth, and the stop block 33 can be driven to move left and right only when the string moving block 32 moves left and right, so that the mandrel 10 of the string moving roller is ensured to move axially without moving radially. By replacing the cam mechanism, the amount of movement of the mandrel 10 of the running roll can be changed on the same set of mechanism. Because the axial series power of the ink distributing roller comes from circumferential rotation power, in order to reduce the series frequency and improve the ink distributing effect, the invention utilizes the gear speed reducing mechanism to reduce the series speed. That is, the first-stage speed reduction is achieved through the driving gear 11 and the transmission gear 12 on the mandrel 10 of the oscillating roller, and the second-stage speed reduction is achieved through the worm gear mechanism, so that the eccentric cam 31 and the mandrel 10 of the oscillating roller rotate at a certain speed difference.
The oscillating mechanism of the oscillating roller of the offset press adopts the cam mechanism to replace the link mechanism in the prior art, thereby avoiding instability caused by dead points of the link mechanism. The space occupied by the whole series mechanism is greatly reduced, and the whole series mechanism is simplified.
