本发明公开一种茶叶分选系统,包括机箱,所述机箱顶部设有进料口,机箱内一侧设有过滤筛板,机箱靠近过滤筛板的一侧设有吸风口,吸风口处接有吸风管,吸风管上设有吸风机,所述废料箱内顶部设有喷洒头,所述机箱下部从上至下设有粒径依次减小的一级筛板、二级筛板和三级筛板,一级筛板、二级筛板和三级筛板均倾斜设置,并在倾斜的低端处设有出料口,所述机箱底部设有减震装置,机箱外内壁设有出个冷却孔,冷却孔内设有输冷管,输冷管外接有冷气机。本发明能有效对不同粒径的茶叶进行分选,分选效率高,同时具有良好的除尘效果,并能将筛选后余下的茶叶进行重新筛选,降低了筛选过程中出现的浪费,大大节约了生产的成本。

本发明属于茶叶技术领域,具体涉及一种茶叶分选系统。
背景技术
茶叶在采集后,难以避免掺杂尘土,树叶或其他叶子,而且茶叶的大小、重量不均匀,因此在加工前需要对茶叶进行筛选,但是传统的茶叶在分选过程中,通常采用人工筛选,需要大量的劳动力,造成劳动力的大量浪费,同时效率低下,有些简易机械的筛选,在筛选过程中,筛选效果不佳,同时在筛选过程中产生大量扬尘,影响周边工作环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种茶叶分选系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种茶叶分选系统,包括机箱,所述机箱顶部设有进料口,机箱内一侧设有过滤筛板,机箱靠近过滤筛板的一侧设有吸风口,吸风口处接有吸风管,吸风管一端与吸风口连接,另一端处接有废料箱,吸风管上设有吸风机,所述废料箱内顶部设有喷洒头,所述机箱下部从上至下设有粒径依次减小的一级筛板、二级筛板和三级筛板,一级筛板、二级筛板和三级筛板均倾斜设置,并在倾斜的低端处设有出料口,所述机箱底部设有减震装置,机箱外内壁设有出个冷却孔,冷却孔内设有输冷管,输冷管外接有冷气机。
作为优选,所述进料口处设有除尘喷雾头。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明结构简单、设计合理,能有效对不同粒径的茶叶进行分选,分选效率高,同时具有良好的除尘效果,并能将筛选后余下的茶叶进行重新筛选,降低了筛选过程中出现的浪费,大大节约了生产的成本。

作为优选,所述进料口2处设有除尘喷雾头。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,能有效对不同粒径的茶叶进行分选,分选效率高,同时具有良好的除尘效果,并能将筛选后余下的茶叶进行重新筛选,降低了筛选过程中出现的浪费,大大节约了生产的成本。
