本发明公开一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,包括输送带装置,输送带装置上设有除铁装置,输送带装置输送末端下方设有第一清洗机,第一清洗机出料口下方设有塑料粉碎机,塑料粉碎机出料口下方设有第二清洗机,第二清洗机出料口下方设有斜向设有细孔筛网,细孔筛网出料端设有烘干机,烘干机出料端设有塑料造粒机,塑料造粒机出料端下方设有滚筒输送机,滚筒输送机内侧壁设有螺旋轨道,滚筒输送机表面沿着输送方向均布有不同孔径大小的筛孔;本发明能够有效对废旧塑料制品进行加工回收操作,同时能够避免粉碎机及后续造粒设备受到铁质杂质的损害,并最终对造粒得到的塑料制品进行分级。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品生产设备领域,具体地指一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统。
背景技术
废旧塑料制品回收利用有利于环境保护和节省资源,塑料废弃物是价值良好的可再生资源,将它们回收造粒,或通过改性以后再造粒,可以再次用来生产新的塑料制品。目前废旧塑料在回收过程中,需要对其进行粉碎,然而由于废旧塑料中可能存在的铁质杂质,会对粉碎机及后续造粒设备产生极大损害,另外经过造粒后的塑料颗粒大小不一,没有根据粒径大小进行分级。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,有效对废旧塑料制品进行加工回收操作,同时能够避免粉碎机及后续造粒设备受到铁质杂质的损害,并最终对造粒得到的塑料制品进行分级。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,包括输送带装置,所述输送带装置上设有除铁装置,所述输送带装置输送末端下方设有第一清洗机,所述第一清洗机出料口下方设有塑料粉碎机,所述塑料粉碎机出料口下方设有第二清洗机,所述第二清洗机出料口下方设有斜向设有细孔筛网,所述细孔筛网出料端设有烘干机,所述烘干机出料端设有塑料造粒机,所述塑料造粒机出料端下方设有滚筒输送机,所述滚筒输送机内侧壁设有螺旋轨道,所述滚筒输送机表面沿着输送方向均布有不同孔径大小的筛孔。
优选地,所述输送带装置输送末端斜上方还设有滚刷。
优选地,所述第一清洗机内竖向设有第一搅拌装置,所述第二清洗机内水平设有第二搅拌装置。
优选地,所述塑料造粒机出料端与滚筒输送机进料端之间还设有接料斗。
优选地,所述细孔筛网上还设有振动电机。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够有效对废旧塑料制品进行加工回收操作,同时能够避免粉碎机及后续造粒设备受到铁质杂质的损害,并最终对造粒得到的塑料制品进行分级。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,包括输送带装置1,所述输送带装置1上设有除铁装置2,所述输送带装置1输送末端下方设有第一清洗机3,所述第一清洗机3出料口下方设有塑料粉碎机4,所述塑料粉碎机4出料口下方设有第二清洗机5,所述第二清洗机5出料口下方设有斜向设有细孔筛网6,所述细孔筛网6出料端设有烘干机7,所述烘干机7出料端设有塑料造粒机8,所述塑料造粒机8出料端下方设有滚筒输送机9,所述滚筒输送机9内侧壁设有螺旋轨道9.1,所述滚筒输送机9表面沿着输送方向均布有不同孔径大小的筛孔9.2。
优选地,所述输送带装置1输送末端斜上方还设有滚刷1.1。通过滚刷1.1可以将输送带装置1残留的塑料制品不断刷入第一清洗机3内,从而保证输送带装置1末端的清洁度。
优选地,所述第一清洗机3内竖向设有第一搅拌装置3.1,所述第二清洗机5内水平设有第二搅拌装置5.1。本实施例第一清洗机3通过第一搅拌装置3.1对废旧塑料进行搅拌,并完成初步清洗;第二清洗机5通过第二搅拌装置5.1对废旧塑料进行搅拌,并完成第二次清洗。
优选地,所述塑料造粒机8出料端与滚筒输送机9进料端之间还设有接料斗10。
优选地,所述细孔筛网6上还设有振动电机6.1。当塑料制品从第二清洗机5出料口出来后还含有水分,通过细孔筛网6可以滤掉水分,由于细孔筛网6斜向设置,同时通过振动电机6.1的振动使得塑料制品易朝下滚落,从而进入烘干机7中。
本实施例工作原理如下:
首先,废旧塑料制品在输送带装置1上输送,经过除铁装置2时,通过除铁装置2内的磁铁或电磁铁来对废旧塑料制品中的铁质杂质进行吸引,除去废旧塑料制品中的铁,然后废旧塑料制品进入到第一清洗机3中进行初步清洗,然后通过塑料粉碎机4对清洗后的废旧塑料制品进行粉碎,粉碎后的废旧塑料制品通过第二清洗机5进行再次清洗,然后废旧塑料制品进入到细孔筛网6上,本实施例中细孔筛网6的筛孔孔径要比粉碎后的塑料制品的粒径要小,同时通过振动电机6.1的振动使得塑料制品易朝下滚落,从而进入烘干机7中,经过烘干后的废旧塑料制品进入到塑料造粒机8进行造粒过程,经过造粒后的塑料制品通过接料斗10进入到滚筒输送机9,由于滚筒输送机9内侧壁设有螺旋轨道9.1,其表面沿着输送方向均布有不同孔径大小的筛孔9.2,所以滚筒输送机9对塑料制品颗粒输送的过程中,也将其筛分并分级,经过筛分的塑料制品颗粒从筛孔9.2进入到下方的收集槽(图中未展示)。

1.一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,包括输送带装置(1),其特征在于:所述输送带装置(1)上设有除铁装置(2),所述输送带装置(1)输送末端下方设有第一清洗机(3),所述第一清洗机(3)出料口下方设有塑料粉碎机(4),所述塑料粉碎机(4)出料口下方设有第二清洗机(5),所述第二清洗机(5)出料口下方设有斜向设有细孔筛网(6),所述细孔筛网(6)出料端设有烘干机(7),所述烘干机(7)出料端设有塑料造粒机(8),所述塑料造粒机(8)出料端下方设有滚筒输送机(9),所述滚筒输送机(9)内侧壁设有螺旋轨道(9.1),所述滚筒输送机(9)表面沿着输送方向均布有不同孔径大小的筛孔(9.2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,其特征在于:所述输送带装置(1)输送末端斜上方还设有滚刷(1.1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,其特征在于:所述第一清洗机(3)内竖向设有第一搅拌装置(3.1),所述第二清洗机(5)内水平设有第二搅拌装置(5.1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料制品加工回收系统,其特征在于:所述塑料造粒机(8)出料端与滚筒输送机(9)进料端之间还设有接料斗(10)。
