Abstract
耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,涉及球阀的生产技术领域。在阀体内布置由阀杆和球体整体设置的阀芯,在球体内设置流体通道,在球体和阀体之间布置进口阀座,在球体和阀盖之间布置出口阀座,阀杆伸出阀体,在阀杆和阀体之间设置动密封装置,在阀杆的外端连接扳手;在进口阀座和阀体之间设置进口调整垫,在出口阀座和阀盖之间设置出口调整垫。本发明中球体与阀杆整体设置的阀芯强度高,性能好,启闭轻便。在阀门组装调试过程中,通过分别设置的进口调整垫和出口调整垫可以方便地调整球体在阀体内的轴线位置,以保证球体及阀杆轴线与填料函轴线在同一轴线上,阀门启闭灵活,无卡阻。

技术领域
本发明涉及球阀的生产技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用于化工行业中氯气、氯水、氯化氢、精制盐水、高纯盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、氢氟酸、王水、碱液等强腐蚀性、强氧化性介质管路控制介质流动的阀门为一般普通衬里阀门,由于在选材上还是阀门结构上都不具备专用的特点,一方面这种阀门的性能不稳定,密封效果不好;另一方面在腐蚀、有毒有害的工艺条件下,耐腐蚀性能差,易泄漏,衬里层易脱落,壳体基体易穿孔,衬里层损坏从而导致阀门整体使用寿命短,不能满足长期有效输送介质的特殊要求,而有毒介质一旦泄漏,会对周边环境和人身安全带来很大的危害。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种密封好、具有耐受强酸强碱、静电性能的氟塑料全衬球阀。
本发明包括相互连接的阀体和阀盖,阀体设置阀体通道,阀盖设置阀盖通道,所述阀体通道和阀盖通道同轴设置,在阀体通道和阀盖通道内分别布置阀体衬套和阀盖衬套;在阀体内布置由阀杆和球体整体设置的阀芯,在球体内设置流体通道,在球体和阀体之间布置进口阀座,在球体和阀盖之间布置出口阀座,所述阀杆伸出阀体,在阀杆和阀体之间设置动密封装置,在所述阀杆的外端连接扳手;在进口阀座和阀体之间设置进口调整垫,在出口阀座和阀盖之间设置出口调整垫。
本发明中球体与阀杆整体设置的阀芯强度高,性能好,启闭轻便。在阀门组装调试过程中,通过分别设置的进口调整垫和出口调整垫可以方便地调整球体在阀体内的轴线位置,以保证球体及阀杆轴线与填料函轴线在同一轴线上,这样阀门启闭灵活,无卡阻现象。本发明由于采用了衬套,安全系数提高,密封性能好,耐腐蚀,填料免维护,无介质内外泄漏,使用寿命长,安全可靠。
进一步地,本发明在阀体的内表面设置燕尾槽,阀体衬套通过燕尾槽连接在阀体上。
在阀盖的内表面设置燕尾槽,阀盖衬套通过燕尾槽连接在阀盖上。
在球体外表面、球体的流体通道表面、阀杆的外表面分别设置燕尾槽,通过该燕尾槽连接阀芯衬套。以往球体与阀杆采用分体式,分别衬里,阀杆旋转启闭球体打开阀门时,衬里层很容易受挤压损坏,有时阀门启闭不到位,影响使用。本发明解决了以往阀杆与球体分体式衬里层易损坏的难题。
由于采用了燕尾槽,衬里不起层、不脱落、不鼓包,使用寿命长,有效防止介质的内、外漏。
另外,本发明在球体至流体通道之间设置通孔,在所述通孔内设置与所述阀芯衬套一体的渗入衬套层。可使阀芯衬套在形成过程中通过渗入的衬套材料,更好地使阀芯衬套固定于球体及阀杆。
本发明动密封装置包括套置在阀杆外且与阀体连接的填料函,在填料函和阀杆之间设置V形填料,在V形填料的上方设置填料压盖,所述填料压盖通过螺杆与填料函连接。
在朝向阀体和阀杆的填料函表面设置填料函衬套,所述填料函衬套通过设置在填料函表面设置的燕尾槽连接在填料函上。
在填料压盖上设置与扳手配合的限位块。由于没有限位块时球体可以在手柄的作用下360度旋转,不能确定阀门是否开启或关闭。在有限位块时,阀门在90度全开或全关位置范围内运动,手柄顺时针旋转90度阀门关闭,逆时针旋转90度阀门打开。限位块不但起到限位作用,也提醒了操作工阀门启闭的位置(即开度)。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,阀盖10配合在阀体1一端的法兰上,通过螺杆相互连接,阀体1设置阀体通道,阀盖10也设置阀盖通道,阀体通道和阀盖通道同轴设置。
阀体通道内布置阀体衬套12。具体的是:在阀体通道内表面设置若干燕尾槽1-1,通过燕尾槽1-1将阀体衬套12连接在阀体1上。
在阀盖通道内分别布置阀盖衬套13,同样的,在阀盖通道内表面设置若干燕尾槽,通过燕尾槽将阀盖衬套13连接在阀盖10上。
在阀体1内布置由阀杆11和球体5整体设置的阀芯,阀杆11和球体5可采用整体式结构经锻造而成,在球体5内设置流体通道5-1,在球体5至流体通道5-1之间设置若干通孔5-2。在球体5外表面、流体通道5-1表面、阀杆11的外表面分别设置若干燕尾槽,通过该燕尾槽连接阀芯衬套14,同时,在各通孔5-2内设置与阀芯衬套14一体的渗入衬套层14-1。
在球体5和阀体1之间布置进口阀座3,在进口阀座3和阀体1之间设置进口调整垫2。在球体5和阀盖10之间布置出口阀座9,在出口阀座9和阀盖10之间设置出口调整垫15。
阀杆11伸出阀体1,在阀杆11和阀体1之间设置动密封装置,在阀杆11的外端连接扳手16。
动密封装置为套置在阀杆11外,且与阀体1通过螺栓连接的填料函6,在填料函6和阀杆11之间设置V形填料4,在V形填料4的上方设置填料压盖8,填料压盖8通过螺杆与填料函6形成可调节式的连接。
在朝向阀体1和阀杆11的填料函6的表面设置填料函衬套17,填料函衬套17通过设置在填料函6表面的燕尾槽连接在填料函6上。
在填料压盖8上设置与扳手16配合的限位块7。
上述所说的通孔及燕尾槽中与零件表面均衬里聚四氟乙烯或聚全氟乙丙烯树脂,构成防腐层,有效防止介质的腐蚀,且不易自相应的零件上脱落。
Claims (8)
1.耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,包括相互连接的阀体和阀盖,阀体设置阀体通道,阀盖设置阀盖通道,所述阀体通道和阀盖通道同轴设置,在阀体通道和阀盖通道内分别布置阀体衬套和阀盖衬套;在阀体内布置由阀杆和球体整体设置的阀芯,在球体内设置流体通道,在球体和阀体之间布置进口阀座,在球体和阀盖之间布置出口阀座,所述阀杆伸出阀体,在阀杆和阀体之间设置动密封装置,在所述阀杆的外端连接扳手;其特征在于在进口阀座和阀体之间设置进口调整垫,在出口阀座和阀盖之间设置出口调整垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在阀体的内表面设置燕尾槽,阀体衬套通过燕尾槽连接在阀体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在阀盖的内表面设置燕尾槽,阀盖衬套通过燕尾槽连接在阀盖上。
4.根据权利要求1所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在球体外表面、球体的流体通道表面、阀杆的外表面分别设置燕尾槽,通过该燕尾槽连接阀芯衬套。
5.根据权利要求4所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在球体至流体通道之间设置通孔,在所述通孔内设置与所述阀芯衬套一体的渗入衬套层。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于所述动密封装置包括套置在阀杆外且与阀体连接的填料函,在填料函和阀杆之间设置V形填料,在V形填料的上方设置填料压盖,所述填料压盖通过螺杆与填料函连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在朝向阀体和阀杆的填料函表面设置填料函衬套,所述填料函衬套通过设置在填料函表面设置的燕尾槽连接在填料函上。
8.根据权利要求6所述耐强腐抗静电氟塑料全衬球阀,其特征在于在填料压盖上设置与扳手配合的限位块。
