Background
The textile machines are also called textile machines, weaving machines, cotton spinning machines and the like, and the ancient textile machines are weaving machines driven by manpower. The current weaving machine adopts the manual work to tailor when tailorring more, if the cloth broad, the level and smooth at cloth edge can't be guaranteed in the manual work tailorring, thereby and the yardage roll can produce the uneven problem that the cloth was tailor because of the cloth fold.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fabric cutting device for textile machinery, which solves the problems that the existing textile machinery mostly adopts manual cutting during cutting, if the fabric is wide, the manual cutting cannot ensure the smoothness of the edge of the fabric, and the fabric roll can generate irregular fabric cutting due to the fabric wrinkles.

The clutch blocks is used for setting up the separating tank, and the notch phase-match on separating tank and the leveling mechanism, leveling mechanism's notch can take away the end of a thread attached to on the cloth, and the end of a thread follows leveling mechanism and leaves the cloth, drops after touching the separating tank and collects in collecting tank, has increased the cleanliness of cloth, is favorable to the cloth to tailor evenly, prevents that the end of a thread from influencing the level of cloth to cut and cause small difference to the sanction.
Further, cloth cutting mechanism includes fixed block, sliding plate, disconnected cloth board and cut-off knife, and disconnected cloth board is connected with the cut-off knife, and the both ends of disconnected cloth board all are equipped with the sliding plate, and the fixed block is equipped with first spout, first spout and sliding plate sliding connection, and the locating plate is equipped with the second spout, second spout and sliding plate sliding connection. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a fabric cutting device for textile machinery according to the present invention includes a textile frame 1, a first connecting frame 2 and a second connecting frame 3 are provided at both sides of the textile frame 1, the textile frame 1 plays a role of fixing the whole device, the first connecting frame 2 and the second connecting frame 3 provided at both ends play a role of protecting a fabric, preventing an external machine from touching the fabric, and allowing the fabric to be transported inside the first connecting frame 2 and the second connecting frame 3. A first cloth roller 4 and a second cloth roller 5 are arranged below the first connecting frame 2, the first cloth roller 4 is arranged on the outer side of the second cloth roller 5, cloth enters the lower portion of the second cloth roller 5 from the upper portion of the first cloth roller 4, the tightness of the cloth is increased, and the cloth is prevented from being loosened and affecting cutting. An operation flat plate 6 and a leveling device 7 are arranged in the middle of a textile rack 1, the operation flat plate 6 is in threaded connection with the textile rack 1, cloth breaking mechanisms 8 are arranged on two sides of the operation flat plate 6, the cloth breaking mechanisms 8 are connected with the textile rack 1, a positioning plate 9 is arranged on one side of each cloth breaking mechanism 8, the positioning plate 9 is provided with a first rotating roller 10 and a second rotating roller 11, the first rotating roller 10 and the second rotating roller 11 are both provided with a transmission mechanism 12, the first rotating roller 10 and the second rotating roller 11 are arranged on two sides of each cloth breaking mechanism 8, the cloth is cut by the cloth breaking mechanisms 8, the cloth is conveyed through the first rotating roller 10 and the second rotating roller 11, the transmission mechanism drives the first rotating roller 10 and the second rotating roller 11 to move, the cloth is arranged between the first rotating roller 10 and the operation flat plate 6, the cloth is arranged between the second rotating roller 11 and the operation flat plate 6, and the cloth promotes the movement of the cloth through the first rotating roller 10 and the second rotating roller 11. The cloth cutting mechanism 8 comprises a fixed block 19, a sliding plate 20, a cloth cutting plate 21 and a cutter 22, wherein the cloth cutting plate 21 is connected with the cutter 22, the sliding plates 20 are arranged at two ends of the cloth cutting plate 21, the fixed block 19 is provided with a first sliding chute 23, the first sliding chute 23 is in sliding connection with the sliding plate 20, the positioning plate 9 is provided with a second sliding chute 24, and the second sliding chute 24 is in sliding connection with the sliding plate 20. The fixed block 19 plays a role in fixing the sliding plate 20, the sliding plate 20 slides up and down along the first sliding chute 23 and the second sliding chute 24, the cloth cutting plate 21 and the cutting knife 22 are driven to move, and the cutting knife 22 cuts cloth. Leveling mechanism 14 includes rolling disc 25 and rotor plate 26, and rotor plate 26 evenly sets up around rolling disc 25, rotor plate 26 and rolling disc 25 fixed connection, and the tip of rotor plate 26 evenly is equipped with the spread groove 27, and spread groove 27 and separating tank 17's position phase-match, the both sides of spread groove 27 evenly are equipped with arc portion 28, and arc portion 28 and rotor plate 26 are the integrated into one piece structure. The transmission mechanism 12 comprises a motor 29, a first transmission wheel 30, a second transmission wheel 31 and a transmission belt 32, wherein the second transmission wheel 31 is connected with the motor 29, the transmission belt 32 is respectively connected with the first transmission wheel 30 and the second transmission wheel 31, the axle center of the first transmission wheel 30 is connected with the first rotating roller, and the axle center of the first transmission wheel 30 is connected with the second rotating roller. The motor 29 provides power for the first driving wheel 30, the second driving wheel 31 is promoted to rotate through the transmission belt, the second driving wheel 31 is connected with the first rotating roller to drive the first rotating roller 10 to rotate, and the cloth is driven to move through the first rotating roller 10.
The top of the first connecting frame 2 is provided with an air blowing device 33, the air blowing device 33 comprises a machine shell 34 and an air outlet 35, the air outlet 35 is uniformly arranged at the bottom of the machine shell 34, and the air outlet 35 is arranged above the first cloth roller 4 and the second cloth roller 5. The blowing device 33 can blow air to the cloth, and separates the thread end attached to the cloth from the cloth, so that the cloth is cleaned and cut conveniently. The top of first spout 23 and second spout 24 is equipped with stopper 36, and stopper 36 is threaded connection with first spout 23, and second spout 24 is threaded connection with stopper 36. The stopper 36 increases the stability of the device, prevents the sliding plate 20 from sliding out of the first and second sliding grooves 23 and 24, and facilitates the operation of the device. The bottom of the textile frame 1 is provided with a connecting pad 37, and the bottom of the connecting pad 37 is provided with an anti-skid pad (not marked in the figure). The connecting pads 37 increase the structural stability and increase the adhesion between the textile frame 1 and the ground, and the non-slip pads (not marked in the figure) enhance the non-slip property of the textile frame 1.
