本发明提出了一种硬脂酸盐的一步合成技术,它 是以硬脂酸与金属氢氧化物(或氧化物)在含有分散 剂的水相中快速直接合成,本法与经典复分解法相 比:具有工艺简单,生产周期短,无废水排放,效率高, 成本低,无氯(或无硫酸根)离子等优点。

Description

本发明提出了一种高质量的硬脂酸盐快速一步合成技术。
硬脂酸盐是工业生产中必不可少的一种助剂。例如硬脂酸钙,它用作聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚氯乙烯等各种塑料,纤维的热稳定剂,润滑剂和卤素吸收剂。对其质量要求很高,其中氯离子含量要求不大于0.01%或更低,堆积密度不大于0.2g/ml。
硬脂酸盐的制造,历来均采用复分解法:即硬脂酸先制成钠盐,再与金属的氯化物(或硫酸盐)复分解而得相应的硬脂酸盐,反应后副产大量的氯化钠(或硫酸钠)必须用大量无离子水洗涤除去,因而工艺周期长,成本高,废水多,欲克服其缺点,只有用金属氢氧化物(或氧化物)直接反应才行。
我们曾研究了非水一步合成技术(GKCN1052846A),仅由于溶剂回收有一定困难,未能实施。在水相中合成专利(DD241900)发明了以金属氢氧化物或氧化物与脂肪酸进行两步或多步反应连续合成技术。
本发明的特点是:用金属氢氧化物(或氧化物),在水相中与硬脂肪酸一步直接反应而成。金属氢氧化物(或氧化物)以1%-5%浓度悬浮于水中,并经粉碎,旋液分离后,逐渐加入硬脂酸中。硬脂酸用一种表面活性剂分散于水中,呈乳液状态,在摄氏80-100度下两者反应,直到PH值8-14为终点,再经脱水,洗涤,干燥即得成品。
用此法制造的硬脂酸钙,实测熔点为摄氏142-155度,堆积密度为0.12至0.16g/ml,无氯离子。
可以看出,本法具有如下优点:
1,工艺流程简单,设备投资少,生产周期短,快速一步合成。
2,产品质量好,无氯(或硫根酸)离子。
3,用水少,并可循环使用,既无废水排放又提高了产品收率。
4,本法比经典法每吨成本约低1000-1500元。

Claims (2)

1、一种硬脂酸盐的一步合成技术,其特点在于:硬脂酸分散于水中,与金属氢氧化物(或氧化物)的水溶液直接反应,再经离心洗涤,干燥而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于以表面活性剂使硬脂酸分散于水中,反应温度下呈乳液状态;金属氢氧化物悬浮于水中,并经粉碎,旋液分离后缓慢加入硬脂酸乳液中,反应温度摄氏80-100度,直到PH值8-14即为终点。
