Background
The hardware processing is to process raw materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, iron, etc. into various parts according to the drawing requirements by using machines such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, polishing machines, etc., and in the field of finish machining, the precision of the processed dimension needs to be further improved.

The invention provides a hardware finish machining device and an operation method thereof, which have the advantages of variable-pitch section-by-section polishing and high variable-pitch precision, and solve the problems that due to the fact that burrs at the edge of a hardware are different in length, the integrity of the edge of the hardware is easily damaged due to sudden change of stress at the edge of the burr by adopting fixed-distance polishing, and polishing inferior-quality products occur.

s3, starting a bidirectional driving motor, pressing a clockwise rotation switch of the bidirectional driving motor, driving a driving screw to rotate by the bidirectional driving motor through a speed regulating device, driving a loop bar to transversely move by the driving screw, driving a grinding device to slowly transversely move by the loop bar, and finally grinding the edge burrs of a clamping piece at a clamping block by the high-speed rotation of a grinding wheel;
and S4, after the equipment is used for a period of time, the bolt at the sealing plate needs to be unscrewed, the sealing plate is opened, and the scraps in the transverse adjusting groove are cleaned.

s3, starting the bidirectional driving motor 9, pressing a clockwise rotation switch of the bidirectional driving motor 9, driving the driving screw 7 to rotate by the bidirectional driving motor 9 through the speed regulating device 8, driving the loop bar 5 to transversely move by the driving screw 7, driving the grinding device 6 to slowly transversely move by the loop bar 5, and finally grinding the edge burrs of the clamping piece at the clamping block 21 by the high-speed rotation of the grinding wheel 67, wherein when the clamping piece is ground by the grinding wheel 67, the handle 19 needs to be manually pressed, and the spring 18 is driven to be compressed by the handle 19, so that the clamping piece at the clamping block 21 is driven to vertically move, and the clamping piece at the clamping block 21 is kept to be ground by up-down, left-right and comprehensive movement;
s4, after the equipment is used for a period of time, the bolt at the position of the sealing plate 23 needs to be unscrewed, the sealing plate 23 is opened, and the scraps in the transverse adjusting groove 10 are cleaned.
