Background
The cylinder body and the cylinder cover of the automobile engine are usually sealed by adopting a steel sealing gasket, and the steel sealing gasket is formed by riveting a plurality of thin steel sheets with the same structure. In the riveting process, the steel plate is conveyed and clamped manually, so that the work efficiency is low, and the steel plate is easy to misplace during riveting, so that the welding quality is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a riveting gripping apparatus for sealing gaskets of an engine cylinder body, which can replace manual work to smoothly grip a plurality of layers of steel sealing gaskets to be riveted, and has the advantages of high working efficiency and good welding quality.

2. The gripping apparatus can achieve gripping of sealing gaskets with different types, namely different lengths and different widths by adjusting the stroke of the internal supporting cylinder.
3. The multi-layer thin steel sheet is riveted under the clamping of the gripping apparatus, dislocation of the steel sheet can not be generated in the riveting process, and the forming quality of the riveted sealing gasket is high.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings and a preferred embodiment.
In the following description, the upper part of the gripper is "up" and the opposite is "down" based on the orientation of the gripper shown in fig. 1; the left side of the gripping apparatus is left, the reverse side is right, the front side of the gripping apparatus is front, and the reverse side is back.
Embodiment 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an engine block gasket riveting gripper comprises a gripper body 1, a manipulator connecting piece 8 arranged on the gripper body 1, pressing plate connecting pieces 51 and 52 and two internal support cylinders 2. The pressing plate connecting pieces 51 and 52 are connected with pressing plates 61 and 62, the head of a piston rod of the internal stay cylinder 2 is connected with the grabbing head connecting piece 3, and the grabbing head 4 is connected to the grabbing head connecting piece 3.
The gripper body 1 comprises a vertically arranged support plate 11. In the present embodiment, the support plate 11 has a rectangular flat plate shape, and its horizontal dimension is larger than that of the vertical dimension. The top surface both ends symmetry of backup pad 11 are equipped with the clamp plate connecting hole, and the clamp plate connecting hole is the screw hole. The front and back sides of the supporting plate 11 are respectively provided with a sliding groove extending along the length direction of the supporting plate, and the sliding grooves are matched with the internal stay cylinder and the cylinder piston rod. In order to reduce the weight, the flat plate is also provided with a plurality of holes penetrating through the thickness of the flat plate.
The robot link 8 includes a plate and a tripod for supporting the plate. The triangular bracket is provided with four triangular brackets, two triangular brackets are symmetrically arranged, the upper end face of each triangular bracket is in spot welding connection with the lower side face of the flat plate, the lower end face of each triangular bracket is in spot welding with the upper ends of the central parts of the front side face and the rear side face of the supporting plate 11, and the manipulator connecting piece 8 is fixed at the top center of the supporting plate 11 through the triangular bracket.
The platen connectors 51, 52 are identical in construction, and in this embodiment, the platen connectors are inverted U-shaped brackets that can be formed by compression molding a rectangular flat plate. The top surface center part of the pressing plate connecting piece is provided with a mounting hole which is a smooth through hole. The two pressing plate connecting pieces 51 and 52 are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the supporting plate 11 respectively by penetrating screws in the mounting holes and the pressing plate connecting holes at the two ends of the top surface of the gripping apparatus body 1, the two side surfaces of the pressing plate connecting pieces 51 and 52 are respectively positioned at the front and the rear of the supporting plate 11, the front side surface is provided with first connecting ends 511 and 521, the rear side surface is provided with second connecting ends 512 and 522, the lower ends of the first connecting ends and the second connecting ends are respectively provided with a pressing plate connecting hole penetrating through the thickness of the pressing plate connecting holes, and the pressing plate connecting holes are smooth through holes.
The pressing plates 61 and 62 are identical in structure, and in this embodiment, the pressing plate 6 is a rectangular plate, the dimension in the horizontal direction of which is larger than that in the vertical direction, and the central portion of the long side of the pressing plate is provided with a U-shaped groove penetrating the plate thickness thereof, and the opening of the U-shaped groove faces upwards. The clamp plate upper end of U-shaped recess both sides is equipped with the clamp plate mounting hole, and the clamp plate mounting hole is the screw hole. The first pressing plate 61 is mounted on the front side of the supporting plate 11 by penetrating screws in the pressing plate coupling holes of the first coupling ends 511, 521 of the pressing plate coupling members 51, 52; the second pressing plate 62 is mounted on the rear side of the supporting plate 11 by penetrating screws in the pressing plate coupling holes of the second coupling ends 512, 522 of the pressing plate coupling members 51, 52; the first and second pressing plates 61, 62 are symmetrically disposed with their bottom surfaces in the same plane a, which exceeds the bottom surface 111 of the support plate 11.
The cylinder heads of the two internal supporting cylinders 2 are oppositely arranged in the sliding grooves on the front side surface and the rear side surface of the supporting plate 11 respectively, and cylinder piston rods are positioned in the sliding grooves. The heads of the cylinder piston rods are respectively connected with a grabbing head connecting piece 3. In the embodiment, the grabbing head connecting piece 3 is an L-shaped bracket, a through hole is formed in the upper end of the bracket, and the grabbing head connecting piece 3 is sleeved on the head of the cylinder piston rod through the through hole and locked and fixed by a nut. The bottom surface of the bracket is provided with a grabbing head connecting hole which is a threaded through hole penetrating through the thickness of the bracket bottom plate.
Referring to fig. 4, the head 4 includes a head body 41 and a cylindrical stay 42. In this embodiment, the gripper body 41 is in a flat cylindrical shape, the stay 42 is a round rod, and an external thread is provided at the upper end of the stay, and the external thread is in threaded engagement with an internal thread of the gripper connection hole. The upper end of the stay bar passes through the threaded through hole of the grabbing head connecting piece 3 in a threaded fit manner, is connected with the grabbing head connecting piece 3 in a threaded fit manner, and can be locked and fixed through a nut. The lower end of the stay bar is connected with the grabbing head body 41, in this embodiment, the stay bar 42 can be connected with the upper side surface of the grabbing head body 41 in a welding manner, the diameter of the stay bar 42 is smaller than the diameter of the outer circle of the grabbing head body 41, and a circular clamping surface is formed between the stay bar 42 and the upper side surface of the grabbing head body 41. The length of the grabbing head 4 can be changed through screw thread adjustment, so that the grabbing head 4 can grab steel plates with different stacking thicknesses more conveniently.
In other embodiments, the head body 41 may be other shapes having a horizontal upper side. The flat cylindrical shape of embodiment 1 is better processed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
The sealing gaskets are stacked on the support according to a set thickness after being separated by the separating mechanism, the manipulator drives the gripping apparatus body 1 to press downwards, the pressing plates 61 and 62 are flatly pressed on the upper surface of the sealing gasket 7, the extension length of the supporting rod 42 of the gripping head 4 above the gripping head connecting piece 3 is adjusted, the gripping head body 41 extends out of a cylinder hole of the sealing gasket 7, the upper side surface of the gripping head body 41 is attached to the lower side surface of the bottommost sealing gasket 7, and the inner supporting cylinder 2 is in a retracted state at the moment; the piston rods of the two internal stay cylinders 2 extend out to push the two grabbing head connecting pieces 3 to move oppositely, the outer peripheral surface of the stay rod 42 is attached to the inner wall of the sealing gasket cylinder hole, the upper side of the grabbing head body 41 is attached to the lower side of the sealing gasket 7, and the clamping surfaces are clamped in the cylinder openings of the sealing gasket 7, so that the multi-layer sealing gasket is grabbed smoothly.
The riveting operation is carried out under the clamping of the gripping apparatus, dislocation can not be generated between steel sheets in the riveting process, and the forming quality of the sealing gasket after riveting is high.
