Background
The highway belongs to a high-grade highway. The highway is specified by the road engineering technical standard of China department of transportation, and is a highway which can adapt to the average day and night passenger car traffic of more than 25000 vehicles in the year, is specially used for the high-speed lane-dividing running of automobiles and controls the entrance and the exit of automobiles. Although the names of the highways are different in all countries, the highways are specially designed to have more than 4 lanes, drive in two-way separation, completely control the entrances and exits and completely adopt the grade crossing. In addition, some countries control partial entrances and exits, and some direct trunks that do not all use grade crossings are also called highways.
The highway still brings considerable dust because of the large traffic flow, and some drivers often throw some plastic bottles on the highway due to low quality, so that the highway is necessary to be cleaned regularly. Therefore, a road surface cleaning device is needed, but the current road surface cleaning device has the defects of unclean cleaning, low working efficiency and low automation degree.
A patent number is CN 106351157B's a cleaning device for highway, including bottom plate, wheel, pushing hands, left side frame, right side frame, water tank, water pump, water pipe, slide rail, roof, slider, rack, branch, first motor, first gear, fixed cover, cleaning device, second connecting rod and shower nozzle. The invention can clean the road surface dust and has higher efficiency. However, the lifting mechanism of the invention occupies a large amount of space, is troublesome to maintain, and cannot effectively clean large garbage such as bottles.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a road surface cleaning apparatus for an expressway.
The invention provides pavement cleaning equipment for an expressway, which comprises a support frame, a lifting device, a water storage tank, a spraying device, a cleaning device, a scraping device and a storage battery, wherein a partition plate which is horizontally arranged is arranged in the support frame, the partition plate divides the inner space of the support frame into a first space and a second space, a mounting groove for mounting the storage battery is formed in the side wall of one end of the support frame, a sealing door is arranged on the mounting groove, the lifting device is mounted at the bottom of the partition plate, a window for the lifting device to penetrate through is formed in the bottom of the support frame, the water storage tank is mounted in the second space and located beside the window, a connecting pipe communicated with the interior of the water storage tank is arranged on the outer wall of the water storage tank, a control valve is arranged on the connecting pipe, the spraying device and the cleaning device are both mounted, the spraying device is communicated with the water storage tank, the scraping and sweeping device is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the rear end of the support frame, two pushing hands are further arranged on the outer wall of the rear end of the support frame, and four traveling wheels which are distributed in a rectangular shape are arranged at the bottom of the support frame.

Secondly, the crank handle is manually shaken to rotate forwards or backwards, the crank handle drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives the two first racks and the second racks to rotate, the first racks and the second racks respectively drive the first linkage rod and the third linkage rod to rotate, the first linkage rod drives the second linkage rod to rotate around the first connecting shaft together, so that the first linkage rod and the second linkage rod can be extended or folded, the third linkage rod drives the fourth linkage rod to rotate around the second connecting shaft together, so that the third linkage rod and the fourth linkage rod can be extended or folded, compared with the prior art, the lifting mode adopts linkage rod matching to lift, the occupied space is small, and the maintenance is convenient.
