Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric, in particular to a single-sided weft knitting mesh fabric.
Background
In recent years, as the living standard of people is continuously improved, the attention of people to physical health is increasingly high, and more people begin to strengthen physique through physical exercise; more and more consumers are beginning to purchase athletic wind apparel, thus resulting in the rapid rise of the athletic apparel industry. The number of the sports clothing brands in the market is insufficient, the performances and the appearances are different, and the different requirements of consumers in different layers on the sports clothing are greatly met; but high-end consumers are required not only to have excellent comfort and functionality but also to have a beautiful appearance effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the single-sided weft knitting mesh fabric, which has obvious and exquisite meshes and smooth and comfortable hand feeling, so that the sportswear has a unique appearance; fine dense meshes provide good air permeability; meanwhile, the pattern effect of the fabric is obvious, and the fabric has more attractive appearance.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a single-sided weft-knitted mesh fabric, which adopts a weft-knitted structure, adopts a 28-needle 34-inch weft knitting machine for knitting, takes 20 paths as a cycle, and adopts a needle arrangement structure of 3 11 11 2 11 1 1; two groups are adopted to weave one course during weaving, the first group is the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th, 7 th, 9 th, 11 th, 13 th, 15 th, 17 th and 19 th, the second group is the 4 th, 6 th, 8 th, 10 th, 14 th, 16 th, 18 th and 20 th, yarns fed into the needle hook of the first group are controlled on a needle tongue without loop detachment, the loop detachment is carried out on a loop collecting or floating triangle of the second group, and the 2 nd and 12 th paths are floating loop detachment triangles; the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th, 7 th, 9 th, 11 th, 13 th, 15 th, 17 th, 19 th paths adopt polyester semi-gloss high stretch yarns, and the 2 nd, 4 th, 6 th, 8 th, 10 th, 12 th, 14 th, 16 th, 18 th, 20 th paths adopt polyester semi-gloss high stretch yarns and spandex; the loop which is taken off on the tucking triangle contains 2 terylene semi-gloss high stretch yarns and a spandex, so as to form a plain weave part of the fabric; the coil which is separated from the coil on the floating triangle only contains one terylene semi-gloss high stretch yarn, and the coil is easy to be elongated to form a larger mesh.
Preferably, the specification of the terylene semi-gloss high stretch yarn is 30-50D, the specification of the spandex is 20-40D, and the yarn content ratio of the spandex to the terylene semi-gloss high stretch yarn is 1:9.
The process flow of the invention is as follows: weaving, washing, pre-shaping, overflow dyeing, dehydrating, scutching, drying and finished product detection.
In the post-finishing process, a broken-width washing machine is adopted to remove oil and relax grey cloth; shaping by using a door Fuji shaping machine, which is beneficial to controlling the gram weight edge mid-difference so as to obtain satisfactory color edge mid-difference; dyeing: the overflow dyeing is selected, so that the edge middle difference and the head-tail difference of the fabric color can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, fluffy and comfortable handfeel can be obtained; and soft, moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing is carried out in a dye vat, so that the clothing made of the fabric is soft and comfortable to wear, and has good moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing performance.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the fabric has fine meshes, good air permeability and beautiful appearance; the unique mesh style, combined with the use of the fine denier yarn, gives the fabric a beautiful appearance, soft hand feeling and excellent air permeability, and is the preferred material for sports and leisure clothes.
2. The special mesh pattern has obviously excellent air permeability.
3. The polyester low stretch yarn is selected to ensure that the surface of the fabric has fluffy feel, the hand feeling is softer and more comfortable, the flower shape is outstanding,
excellent elasticity is sufficient to ensure extensibility and comfort of exercise, as well as good shape retention.
4. The softening treatment is added in the finishing process, so that the clothing made of the fabric is soft and comfortable to wear;
5. moisture absorption and sweat release treatment are added in the after-finishing process, so that static accumulation is reduced, sweat and water vapor can be absorbed and released in time during exercise, and the body is kept fresh and comfortable.
