本发明涉及一种由固态烃类物料,加热裂解制造 液态烃类混合物的方法。它是将聚烯烃塑料薄膜等 废塑料放入蒸馏釜中搅拌加热到160℃~180℃使其 软化,然后加入塑料重量10%的高岭土和5%的铁 屑作为催化剂继续搅拌加热,最终加热液相温度为 400℃左右,约有塑料重量的70%蒸出物,冷凝后即 为液态烃混合物。本发明的优点是变废为宝,将目前 难以处理成为公害的废塑料加工成为液体燃料,生产 工艺简单易行,便于推广,开辟了一个新能源途径。

Description

本发明涉及一种由固态烃类物料加热裂解制造液态烃混合物的方法。
目前在社会上广泛使用的塑料薄膜在不用废弃之后,一般成为一个难以处理的三废排放物。
本发明的目的在于将聚烯烃类废塑料经过催化热裂解处理,生成的液态烃混合物加工成液体燃料,变废为利。
本发明的实施例方案是收集聚烯烃类废塑料经过清洗破碎后,放入蒸馏釜中,搅拌加热到160℃~180℃,使其软化,然后加入为塑料重量10%的高岭土和5%的铁屑作为催化剂,继续搅拌加热,最终加热到液相温度为400℃左右,约有塑料重量的70%蒸出物,冷凝后即为液态烃混合物,进一步可加工成为汽油或轻柴油等液体燃料。
本发明的优点是:能变废为宝,将目前难以处理成为公害的聚烯烃速料薄膜等废塑料加工成液体燃料,生产工艺简单易行,便于推广,开辟了一种新能源途径。
实施例:
取100公斤经洗净和破碎好的聚烯烃类废塑料放入蒸馏釜中搅拌加热到160℃~180℃使其软化,然后加入10公斤高岭土、5公斤铁屑继续搅拌加热,最终加热到液相温度约为400℃左右,初馏气相温度约200℃,终馏气相温度约为330℃左右,收集其蒸出冷凝物,总蒸出量约为70公斤。

1、一种废塑料生产液体燃料的方法,其特征在于:将洗净和破碎好的聚烯烃类废塑料放入蒸馏釜中搅拌加热到160~180℃使其软化,然后加入为塑料重量10%的高岭土和5%的铁屑作为催化剂,继续搅拌加热,最终加热到液相温度约为400℃,初馏气相温度约为200℃,终馏气相温度约为330℃,收集其蒸出冷凝物。
