The invention belongs to the field of chimneys, and particularly relates to a self-cleaning dust filtering chimney.
Background
The chimney is an important facility for reducing air pollution in the exhaust emission process. At present, the chimney mainly depends on installing the tube-shape air filter core to purify and filter the smoke and dust etc. in the waste gas to reduce the pollution to the air, however, tube-shape air filter core in the use, need regularly carry out the deashing to it and handle, because the chimney is generally high, the clearance difficulty to air filter core is great, wastes time and energy, and the danger of high altitude construction is higher.
To this end, we propose a self-cleaning type dust-filtering chimney to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a self-cleaning type dust filtering chimney cleaned by wind power.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a self-cleaning dust-filtering chimney comprises a chimney body, wherein an annular sealing plate is fixedly connected in the chimney body, a cylindrical filter element is fixedly connected in the annular sealing plate, an annular plate is arranged in the cylindrical filter element, a plurality of dust-collecting branch pipes are embedded in the side wall of the annular plate, the input ends of the dust-collecting branch pipes are abutted to the inner side wall of the cylindrical filter element, a dust-collecting main pipe is connected in the cylindrical filter element in a sliding and sealing manner, the output ends of the dust-collecting branch pipes are communicated with the dust-collecting main pipe, a conical rain shielding plate is arranged on the upper side of the chimney body, a conical cavity is arranged in the rain shielding plate, the upper end of the dust-collecting main pipe extends into the conical cavity and is fixedly connected with the rain shielding plate, the upper end edge of the dust-collecting main pipe is turned outwards to form a dust-shielding, the wind ball-free turbine blade is characterized in that a dust filtering plate is fixedly connected to the turbine blade, the upper end edge of the dust filtering plate is in butt contact with the upper side wall of the conical cavity, and the upper end edge of the dust filtering plate and the upper side wall of the conical cavity are made of silk and glass materials respectively.
In the self-cleaning type dust filtering chimney, the lower end of the dust collection main pipe is connected with the rotating pipe in a sealing and rotating mode, the output ends of the dust collection branch pipes are communicated with the dust collection main pipe through the rotating pipe, the dust collection branch pipes are in a fan blade shape, and the dust collection branch pipes are evenly distributed around the circle center of the annular plate.
Compared with the prior art, the self-cleaning dust filtering chimney has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the dust absorption pipe and the unpowered wind ball are arranged, so that dust absorption treatment can be carried out on the filter element, the filter element can be kept clean, the dust filtering effect can be improved, the cleaning period of the filter element is greatly prolonged, and the investment of manpower and material resources is reduced.
2. The invention can move the dust absorption branch pipe up and down under the action of lifting force by arranging the conical rain shielding plate when wind rises, so as to clean parts with different heights of the filter element.
3. The dust-proof structure has the advantages that the self weight of the rain shield can be reduced by arranging the conical cavity, the rain shield can be used for storing dust, static electricity is generated by utilizing the rotation friction between the dust filter and the side wall of the conical cavity, so that the dust is adsorbed, and in addition, the dust ring is arranged, so that the dust can be prevented from falling into the dust collection main pipe again.
4. Through the arrangement of the fan-blade-shaped dust collection branch pipe, when smoke and dust are discharged, the annular plate can be driven to rotate, so that dust can be collected on the inner side wall of the filter element in an all-round manner, and the dust collection effect is further improved.

In the figure, a chimney body 1, an annular sealing plate 2, a cylindrical filter element 3, an annular plate 4, a dust absorption branch pipe 5, a dust absorption main pipe 6, a rain shielding plate 7, a conical cavity 8, a dust blocking ring 9, an unpowered wind ball 10, a dust filtering plate 11 and a rotating pipe 12 are arranged.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, a self-cleaning dust-filtering chimney comprises a chimney body 1, an annular sealing plate 2 is fixedly connected in the chimney body 1, a cylindrical filter element 3 is fixedly connected in the annular sealing plate 2, an annular plate 4 is arranged in the cylindrical filter element 3, a plurality of dust-collecting branch pipes 5 are embedded on the side wall of the annular plate 4, the input ends of the dust-collecting branch pipes 5 are in contact with the inner side wall of the cylindrical filter element 3, a dust-collecting main pipe 6 is connected in the cylindrical filter element 3 in a sliding and sealing manner, the output ends of the dust-collecting branch pipes 5 are all communicated with the dust-collecting main pipe 6, the output ends of the dust-collecting branch pipes 5 are arc-shaped and matched with the side wall of the annular plate 4 (as shown in fig. 3), a conical rain shielding plate 7 is arranged on the upper side of the chimney body 1, it should be noted that, because the, make the flashing 7 receive ascending lift, the principle is similar with the lift when the aircraft takes off, conical flashing 7 when receiving the air current that certain direction blows, its cross-section is similar with the shape of wing, also can receive the same lift, be equipped with toper cavity 8 in the flashing 7, the upper end of dust absorption house steward 6 extends to in the toper cavity 8 and with flashing 7 fixed connection, the upper end border of dust absorption house steward 6 turns up and forms dust ring 9, can prevent that the dust from falling into dust absorption house steward 6 again from toper cavity 8, and leave sufficient clearance between dust ring 9 and the top of toper cavity 8, make the dust have enough time to get into in the toper cavity 8.
In this embodiment, an opening is formed at the upper end of the conical cavity 8, an unpowered wind ball 10 is fixedly connected in the opening, the unpowered wind ball 10 is a device which utilizes the natural air convection principle and combines with a unique structural design thereof to accelerate and convert air flow in any parallel direction into vertical air flow from bottom to top so as to improve the indoor ventilation effect, for the prior art, the specific structure and the like of the device are not repeated, a dust filter plate 11 is fixedly connected to a turbine blade of the unpowered wind ball 10, the upper end edge of the dust filter plate 11 is in abutting contact with the upper side wall of the conical cavity 8, the upper end edge of the dust filter plate 11 and the upper side wall of the conical cavity 8 are made of silk and glass respectively, it should be noted that the dust filter plate 11 can be made by wrapping the peripheral edge of the filter plate with silk, the upper side wall of the conical cavity 8 can be embedded with a glass plate, and friction between the silk and the glass is utilized, static electricity is generated to adsorb dust, so that the dust can be collected in the tapered cavity 8, and it should be noted that a dust exhaust port (not shown) communicated with the tapered cavity 8 is formed in the side wall of the rain shielding plate 7, and is used for cleaning the dust in the tapered cavity 8.
In the embodiment, when wind blows, firstly, the rain shielding plate 7 can drive the annular plate 4 to move up and down along the inside of the cylindrical filter element 3 in the process of continuously changing the wind power, and act on different positions of the cylindrical filter element 3, meanwhile, the unpowered wind ball 10 can continuously draw out the gas in the dust collection header pipe 6, the dust collection header pipe 6 carries out dust collection treatment on the inside of the cylindrical filter element 3 through the plurality of dust collection branch pipes 5, in addition, the turbine fan blade of the unpowered wind ball 10 can drive the dust filter plate 11 to rotate when rotating, the dust filter plate 11 rotates to rub with the side wall of the tapered cavity 8, so that the side wall of the tapered cavity 8 is provided with positive charges (silk rubs and glass rods are provided with positive charges), when the dust flows to the dust filter plate 11 along with the wind power, the dust enters the tapered cavity 8 under the attraction of static electricity, and the air flow passes through the dust filter plate 11 and is discharged from the air outlet of the unpowered, under the effect of outside wind-force, realize the dust absorption processing to tube-shape filter core 3 to in saving the dust to toper cavity 8, the extension carries out the cycle of artifical clearance to tube-shape filter core 3, reduces the input of manpower and materials.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the lower end of the dust collection main pipe 6 is connected with a rotating pipe 12 in a sealing and rotating mode, the output ends of the dust collection branch pipes 5 are communicated with the dust collection main pipe 6 through the rotating pipe 12, the dust collection branch pipes 5 are in a fan blade shape, the dust collection branch pipes 5 are evenly distributed around the circle center of the annular plate 4, and it needs to be explained that the windward side of a pneumatic wheel formed by the dust collection branch pipes 5 faces downwards.
In this embodiment, since the plurality of dust suction branch pipes 5 are in the shape of fan blades, the dust drives the annular plate 4 to rotate in the discharging process, so as to more comprehensively clean the cylindrical filter element 3.
