Abstract
The invention relates to a high-speed high-torque main shaft of a new energy motor test board, which comprises an inner shaft barrel, an outer shaft barrel, a right bearing end cover, a main shaft, a left bearing end cover, a lock nut, a bearing, a pressing ring, a spring, a distance sleeve and a shaft sleeve, wherein the inner shaft barrel is arranged on the main shaft; the main shaft is sleeved with a shaft sleeve, the main shafts on the left side and the right side of the shaft sleeve are respectively provided with a group of bearings, the shaft sleeve is sleeved with a distance sleeve and a pressing ring, a spring is arranged between the distance sleeve and the pressing ring, the pressing ring abuts against the bearings, the main shaft is in threaded connection with a lock nut, and the lock nut compresses the two groups of bearings; an inner shaft cylinder is sleeved on the distance sleeve, an outer shaft cylinder is sleeved on the inner shaft cylinder, and a water cooling cavity is formed between the outer circle of the inner shaft cylinder and the inner circle of the outer shaft cylinder. Technical Field
The invention relates to a main shaft, in particular to a high-speed high-torque main shaft of a new energy motor test board.
Background
The high-speed large-torque main shaft is mainly applied to a new energy motor test board so as to detect the performance of a new energy motor under the working conditions of large torque and high rotating speed, the main shaft in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of large torque and high rotating speed, and the service life of the main shaft can be influenced due to the fact that the temperature is too high after long-time operation.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the high-speed high-torque main shaft of the new energy motor test board, which has the advantages of simple structure, good cooling and capability of greatly prolonging the service life.

After the main shaft 3 is provided with the bearings 6, the main shaft is arranged in the inner shaft barrel 11, the distance between the bearings 6 is adjusted in place through the distance sleeve 9, the pretightening force of the bearings 6 can be properly adjusted to be optimal through the springs 8, and the right bearing end cover 2 and the left bearing end cover 4 are assembled on the inner shaft barrel 11 and fixed by screws.
The water cooling cavity 20 is formed between the inner shaft barrel 11 and the outer shaft barrel 12, cooling water is introduced into the water cooling cavity 20, so that the main shaft 3 can be cooled in a circulating water mode, the service life of the main shaft 3 can be greatly prolonged by cooling the main shaft 3, the bearing 6 can be accurately and axially positioned in the shaft sleeve 10 by using the distance sleeve 9, the assembly progress is improved, the assembly is convenient and fast, the internal clearance of the bearing 6 is adjusted by using the spring 8, the assembly precision of the bearing 6 is improved, the bearing 6 with high precision can be used for bearing a large torque and a high rotating speed of the main shaft 3, and the maximum torque can reach 800NM.
