本发明涉及一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法,它包括坯料准备、注浆坯料制备、注浆成型、素烧、上釉、釉烧、检验。本发明釉面色泽质感独特,坯料性能稳定,成品质量好,整体环保安全。

一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法。
背景技术
湿润如玉的紫砂艺品,因其非凡的材质美感而闻名天下。而当前市场上有注浆成型的紫砂制品的外观质感与前者相比,则无法令人满意的。由传统泥浆配方制成的胚体经500℃以上的温度煅烧而成,有很多不足,制成的陶瓷制品致密度低,吸水率高,容易出现渗漏、变形、釉面不光洁、针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,且目前坯料大部分性能不适用于机械化流水线生产,导致质量较低、生产成本高。
近几年,随着市场大环境的变化,国内陶瓷企业在生产成本日益攀升及当今社会大力倡导低碳经济环境下生存发展非常艰难,而市场对陶瓷产品的颜色、强度、吸水率、规格尺寸要求越来越高。另外,玉以质感美为世人所推崇几千年;紫砂,胜似玉质而折服了文人雅士上百年,具有丰富的中华文化底蕴积淀形成了紫砂陶艺精彩纷呈的好局面。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种釉面色泽质感独特,坯料性能稳定,成品质量好,整体环保安全的注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料准备:按照重量份数计,它包括宜兴紫砂泥60-65份、福建龙岩土18-22份、湖南长石粉8-12份、1200℃以上烧成温度的孰料5-8份;
(2)注浆坯料制备:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:2:0.6配比,再加占坯料质量0.1-0.2%的腐植酸钠和0.2-0.5%的泡化碱入筒球磨24小时,出筒过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,制得注浆坯料;
(3)将上述注浆坯料通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,注浆成型;
(4)素烧,烧成温度1189-1200℃,烧成时间5小时;
(5)上釉:外釉浸釉时间3-4秒;
(6)釉烧:烧成温度1050-1100℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1-1.5小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1050-1100℃,保温14-18分钟,然后在30分钟内降至970℃,再在25分钟内快速降至680℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至530℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(7)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
本发明中,在坯料的制备过程中,含水率32-39%,细度(万孔筛筛余)0.2-1.6%,比重:1.68-1.80g/ml,酸碱度:pH 值8-9,流动性:11-20s/100ml,陈腐时间:>3天,吸浆速度:6-10mm/h,干燥强度:3.5-4.3MPa,总收缩率:15-16%。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过坯料和釉料组分的合理选择和比例的精确控制,再通过严谨的加工工艺,烧成的陶瓷制品具有强度高、致密性高、吸水率低、尺寸精度高、耐腐蚀、抗渗漏、热稳定性好、不变形、不开裂、釉面平整光洁的优点,并且无针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,降低次品率,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,本发明的注浆坯料是以宜兴紫砂泥作为发色的主体原料,经高温烧成后呈现出紫色基调,福建龙岩土用以提高泥浆的注浆性能,湖南长石粉是为了调节制品的烧成温度范围控制在1189-1200℃,特制熟料则在高温烧成后,其制品具有温润玉如的质感,在釉烧过程中,结合本釉料配方,制定专用烧成曲线,使陶瓷制品的外观精美,本发明可实现大批量规模化生产,其应用充分诠释出紫砂艺术的陶然形易、精美华彩,见证了传神的紫玉质感陶器超乎非凡。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料准备:按照重量份数计,它包括宜兴紫砂泥62.5份、福建龙岩土19.2份、湖南长石粉10.7份、1200℃以上烧成温度的孰料6.3份;
(2)注浆坯料制备:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:1:0.42配比,再加占坯料质量0.13%的腐植酸钠和0.3%的泡化碱入筒球磨24小时,出筒过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,制得注浆坯料;
(3)将上述注浆坯料通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,注浆成型;
(4)素烧,烧成温度1195℃,烧成时间5小时;
(5)上釉:外釉浸釉时间3秒;
(6)釉烧:烧成温度1060℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1.1小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1060℃,保温15分钟,然后在30分钟内降至970℃,再在25分钟内快速降至680℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至530℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(7)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料准备:按照重量份数计,它包括宜兴紫砂泥64.2份、福建龙岩土21.8份、湖南长石粉11.5份、1200℃以上烧成温度的孰料7.4份;
(2)注浆坯料制备:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:1:0.43配比,再加占坯料质量0.17%的腐植酸钠和0.4%的泡化碱入筒球磨24小时,出筒过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,制得注浆坯料;
(3)将上述注浆坯料通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,注浆成型;
(4)素烧,烧成温度1198℃,烧成时间5小时;
(5)上釉:外釉浸釉时间4秒;
(6)釉烧:烧成温度1090℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1.3小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1090℃,保温16分钟,然后在30分钟内降至970℃,再在25分钟内快速降至680℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至530℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(7)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。

Claims (1)

1.一种注浆成型的具紫玉质感陶器制品的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料准备:按照重量份数计,它包括宜兴紫砂泥60-65份、福建龙岩土18-22份、湖南长石粉8-12份、1200℃以上烧成温度的孰料5-8份;
(2)注浆坯料制备:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:1:0.4-0.5配比,再加占坯料质量0.1-0.2%的腐植酸钠和0.2-0.5%的泡化碱入筒球磨24小时,出筒过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,制得注浆坯料;
(3)将上述注浆坯料通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,注浆成型;
(4)素烧,烧成温度1189-1200℃,烧成时间5小时;
(5)上釉:外釉浸釉时间3-4秒;
(6)釉烧:烧成温度1050-1100℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1-1.5小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1050-1100℃,保温14-18分钟,然后在30分钟内降至970℃,再在25分钟内快速降至680℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至530℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(7)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
